Look for the tiger bar then go down that road. - Bed quite hard for my taste, but so is every bed in Thailand. - 10mins + to get to the beach. Not the hotels fault, but worth remembering - View onto street below

+ Room is large, airy and in good condition. + Room had good basic facilities including a fridge and a safe. - 1000bht deposit is very high. - A bit tricky to find if using google maps

7 There is a place to put your things, which is very convenient. We dried our swimsuits on hangers by the window; there is no special place for this

A fine place to stay for a few nights. The best bit is that it is down a small side street so you don't get loud noise. + Location is ok (Ignoring the fact that Phuket is a dump)

Very good hotel! Polite staff, cleaning every day, a restaurant opposite with cheap big breakfasts, close to the sea!

Not too close to the main road so there is little noise. It's down a side street, but it feels safe. + Two decent, well priced restaurant over the road. Excellent to cool off after the heat of the day

Room was awesome (family room) my kids had their own room and we had the master room. Recommended for people with kids. beach is in front of the hotel. Also, it has a swimming pool with the beach view

Two different pools and the north location makes it a different feel from being a little south. Beach across the street and there were many things within walking distance

We book the room with pool access and we love it very much. Hotel location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. Front desk staff Pangpond is exceptionally friendly and alway with a smile

Other food served through Room Service/Pool Bar was great though. - Location was great as it was near the beach and had access to a food street and many local convenience stores. - Pool was very clean and nice

Very beautiful resort and hotel, the island pool is amazing , many swimming pools there , I booked a bungalow and it was awesome , clean and luxury and many different kinds of plants around , you can walk around enjoy the landscape of the resort , food is good just the WiFi only in the lobby , close for the beach and the life of the city, is not expensive for such a resort

Big green territory of hotel, a variety of trees and flowers, three pools, ponds, quiet, no noise of the crowded streets and cafes, only the croaking of frogs from the pond?, excellent Breakfast, good attitude of the staff

One which leads to the beach at the front and the second an exit towards the town and is situated perfectly. Will definitely stay again at Graceland next time we are in Thailand

Had our nails done in the hotel at Multy Nail's. Point, Bum and Pam were beautiful, friendly and did an amazing job. Will definitely visit them again. Great prices and were able to match designs found online

This was our fourth time staying at the Holiday Inn. We stayed in the adults only pool villa again and have noticed the room and some areas of the hotel could do with a little refresh

The dedicated pool areas for kids, the kids club and the overall welcoming staff was a pleasure. When looking for a family holiday in Patong, I will come back here without a doubt

The bed sheet for the double bed was clean until I found an old blood stain on the sheet. Close to restaurants and everywhere. And the swimming pools are the best! Kids loved them! Generally ok

Friends came to town and wanted to stay here. This was my first experience with an all-inclusive resort in Phuket. Amazing service during the entire stay and one of the best breakfast buffets I've had in Thailand

Unfortunately, there is no balcony, but there is a nice sea view. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Patong Beach. Betty at the front desk is very helpful and gives good advice

Our favourite resort in Phuket. The property is huuuuge! It so big that it has its own jetty! And it offers room for almost all budget, from beautiful sea view bungalows to tower rooming

We travelled as a family with one toddler and the walk to rooms, breakfast or the hotel itself is not a trouble! Yes, there is a hill to get to the hotel but if travelled by taxi or other means of transport, it is totally fine

We had a great stay in the 1 bedroom suite. Bale was frequently our driver on the resort and constantly gave us awesome advice. The food was good, the view was good, and the staff were all very friendly

We even walked a few times and had no trouble. The buggy service at the hotel is 10/10, we were never left without one. They have an efficient process for this that I cannot fault

Breakfast has a lot of options, but it is quite busy. You need to use a buggy to go from the room to the lobby, and sometimes you have to wait. The room is big and comfortable

Sometimes it can seem loud within the room from hallway or poolside noises randomly throughout the day and night. Breakfast is one of the best buffets ever experienced

The Swissotel Resort is only a stones throw away from the beach where it is quite relaxing although crowded. It is also nearby many street markets and a short walk away from a nearby shopping mall

Day open another door and you can go quietly through the pool. In the room some problems with the air conditioning system. Heard the sound of water all night, like flush the toilet if left enabled

The staff is very friendly and will help you if needed to As for the service , it actually takes a long time for room service to clean your room and that bothered me a lot when I was staying as a guest there

Overall , the location of the place is situated very nicely and the rooms are mostly fine. The time it takes for cleaning the room is the only bad thing I can say about it. Hope this review will help you

Absolutely loved this hotel, we took a Cabana room which looked out onto the swimming pool, with our own private jacuzzi. Service is excellent, they seem to love changing towels twice a day for whatever reason

But all staff amazingly friendly. Gym is well equipped and the pool is massive, so you can get plenty of exercise. Breakfast choices are well stocked and more than enough to fill up the biggest of bellies

Right in the heart of things, ten minute from the beach, even less for the notorious nightlife. Attached to Jungceylon shopping centre, so never far from a shopping experience

I opted not to dine at the onsite restaurant as the prices were similarly high. Amenities: The hotel has a pool on-site, though I didn't end up using it myself. Towels are provided for guests to use at the pool area

City / Bangla road 20 min walk approx but there is alwals Bolt and Tuktuk to use. The beach is beautiful as well as the view

You can easily reach beaches from the hotel in few minutes walking and within a 20 minutes walking you are in Bangla Road where the clue of Patong is. So we were satisfied with location

The cleaning staff was very friendly but the reception couldn’t help me less…for restaurants, tours, or anything else, they would just tell me to go see in the street! Gym is ok (except for pecs…very important information 😂😂😂) and the pool is nice with a lot of shade

The location is ideal or at least it was to me. I could go to the beach in 5min (walking) and to the very center of Patong (10min) without having to suffer from its noise

Staying in a grand deluxe room. However it is equipped with a bar fridge and microwave. Pool is a decent size with deck chairs. Room is decent and beds are very comfortable

Very nice rooms, standard deluxe ones I don't know. Friendly staff at times a totally disinterested. If you go to eat grilled salmon, excellent thai seafood rice

Shuttle service of hotel is not very attractive, with drop amd pick up time being the same, it could've been better spaced like drop at 7 pm and pick up at 9pm. Beach is good 2 kms from the hotel

But -There’s no view from the balcony -Not a walking distance to Bangla street. -Breakfast buffet was nice but NOT the room service food. We were out whole time and just came back to sleep so it was perfect for us
