Look for the tiger bar then go down that road. - Bed quite hard for my taste, but so is every bed in Thailand. - 10mins + to get to the beach. Not the hotels fault, but worth remembering - View onto street below

7 There is a place to put your things, which is very convenient. We dried our swimsuits on hangers by the window; there is no special place for this

Not too close to the main road so there is little noise. It's down a side street, but it feels safe. + Two decent, well priced restaurant over the road. Excellent to cool off after the heat of the day

A fine place to stay for a few nights. The best bit is that it is down a small side street so you don't get loud noise. + Location is ok (Ignoring the fact that Phuket is a dump)

The resort is situated right on the beautiful Patong Beach (situated on the northern part of the beach line) The swimming pools and restaurants are main attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful

The hotel is located right across the Patong Beach It is very convenient to go anywhere and many restaurants near the hotel Pool is also great

Now, let’s talk about the breakfast — absolutely amazing! Hands down the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. If you stay here, make sure breakfast is included — it’s worth it. One downside was the poolside service

The location is solid too — right across the street from the beach, although the beach was closed for most of my stay. Shops and restaurants are just a short walk away, so it’s still a convenient spot overall

Great Location, Great amenities and beautifully designed resort. I went there as a business traveller along with my colleagues and network. But i saw that this resort is absolutely perfect for the Families and Couples

On a brighter note, the restaurant out front is a hidden gem — great food, great drinks, and very reasonable prices. Overall, I’d stay here again but would definitely request a larger room next time

We book the room with pool access and we love it very much. Hotel location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. Front desk staff Pangpond is exceptionally friendly and alway with a smile

Other food served through Room Service/Pool Bar was great though. - Location was great as it was near the beach and had access to a food street and many local convenience stores. - Pool was very clean and nice

The separate pools with dedicated play areas for the kids were a lifesaver, and the fact that there was a pool bar at each location made it even better (adult beverages for Mom and Dad after a long day of poolside fun!)

Liked the fact that this hotel is a few minutes taxi ride away from the bustle of Patong beach - so you have the best of both worlds - the relaxing atmosphere of the resort with its own little pristine and beautiful private beach and bay, then all the fun and night life of Patong close by

Pools at the resort are fantastic as are the grounds. Caters for young families, couples etc. - my wife and I were on a week's getaway, and we were made to feel very welcome

We enjoyed the food and service. The staff are amazing and the place is beautiful. The beach is mainly for snorkelling, can be used for swimming for an hour or two a day.

Absolutely loved this hotel, we took a Cabana room which looked out onto the swimming pool, with our own private jacuzzi. Service is excellent, they seem to love changing towels twice a day for whatever reason

The location is very nice with only a couple minute walk to Patong Beach. It’s nestled in between some very good restaurants and a shopping center. The staff is extremely polite and friendly, and the rooms are very nice

Sometimes it can seem loud within the room from hallway or poolside noises randomly throughout the day and night. Breakfast is one of the best buffets ever experienced

The Swissotel Resort is only a stones throw away from the beach where it is quite relaxing although crowded. It is also nearby many street markets and a short walk away from a nearby shopping mall

Day open another door and you can go quietly through the pool. In the room some problems with the air conditioning system. Heard the sound of water all night, like flush the toilet if left enabled

This Resort is perched on the headland just south of Patong Beach the views are superb but these views come at a cost: steep land. Be prepared to use shuttles to travel around the resort

We had a great stay in the 1 bedroom suite. Bale was frequently our driver on the resort and constantly gave us awesome advice. The food was good, the view was good, and the staff were all very friendly

From Day 1 we had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The toilet is very big which is a huge plus for me and I like that they provide racks to hang your wet clothes on the balcony

The structure is beautiful and very big. You have two pools and we had a deluxe suite with Jacuzzi and sea view which was stunning

The breakfast is good but unfortunately they do not have soy milk and even if I requested they did not provide me soy milk which I guess is a normal and common request for who cannot drink cow milk

City / Bangla road 20 min walk approx but there is alwals Bolt and Tuktuk to use. The beach is beautiful as well as the view

The staff is neat and responsive. The beach is about 15 minutes. The inconvenience that the road there is no sidewalk. Patong beach it's cleaner ,unlike the beach which is closer to the center

There’s a duck noodle stall opposite the hotel which is super b. Walkable distance to nearby massage , roti stall. Convenience stall further down the road. There’s an outdoor parking with guard as well
