Do not expect luxury, as it looks much better on the pictures but still good and wide rooms. Breakfast buffet was rather low on quality. Not worth it if you expect quality food

(This is the choice fell on this hotel) if you walk further along the beach hanging swing ,so to say the visiting card of hotel. Why it was removed two restaurants , whom they prevented?

Experienced a slight disappointment from the beach. 5 years ago was kept clean,with sun loungers

But the beach does become a dry reef in the afternoons. So you gotta move to the pools. Breakfast was good and had most things you’d want. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was old but clean and spacious

They also offer a shuttle to and from the main city shopping center and the hotel offers activities every night at the beach restaurant

The other way to get the is up a very steep hill past the supermarket and hotels cross over the road and follow signs to Beach Restaurant then either take the dirt track or follow the road to the beach

Room pleased, fresh , clean,true, no robes, Slippers and toothbrush. ??? The beach is not clean , some staff is lethargic, the feeling that night, and then go to work! Vacationers can collect trash, but that green fence

, but I took a free Abs workout class with Coach Ek at the Fitness Center who kindly shared his knowledge and made a challenging class enjoyable! Breakfast was good but the resort is big, so can be quite crowded

Do go early! A variety of restaurants (Italian, Japanese, Thai) and little shops on site made it fun to roam around and feel less lonely as a solo traveler

Avoid having breakfast at peak hours, 8am onwards. The breakfast queuing system was a failure. I was guided to my table and right after I turned my back from the table to get breakfast, someone came and took my table

I had a very comfortable stay in the garden view room. Highly recommended for families with kids. Majority are foreign tourists. This resort has many activities - tennis courts, mini golf, archery, etc

Unfortunately, it was another staff who gave the other guest my table as he thought the table wasn’t taken yet. Some guests walked in without getting the queue from the staff and finding their own table

Apart from this down side, and by getting early breakfast at around 7am for the rest of my stay, the breakfast itself was good variety. Gluten free and soy milk alternative are available on request

The room has a refrigerator, kettle, cups. 6 The hotel has its own small swimming pool and relaxation area where you can spend time during lunch, when it is very hot and the sun is scorching

Take 1 star away because my room was next to electricity lines and they were really loud at night.

Look for the tiger bar then go down that road. - Bed quite hard for my taste, but so is every bed in Thailand. - 10mins + to get to the beach. Not the hotels fault, but worth remembering - View onto street below

7 There is a place to put your things, which is very convenient. We dried our swimsuits on hangers by the window; there is no special place for this

Not too close to the main road so there is little noise. It's down a side street, but it feels safe. + Two decent, well priced restaurant over the road. Excellent to cool off after the heat of the day

Love the Duangjitt Resort, have been many times. Close enough to the town of Patong, yet far enough away to be peaceful & relaxing. Staff are lovely, great grounds & 3 great pools

The room is quite spacious having all the amenities like an umbrella and a beach bag. Breakfast is out of the world. So many options in a breakfast you will ever see. Staff are really nice, welcoming and helpful

The separate pools with dedicated play areas for the kids were a lifesaver, and the fact that there was a pool bar at each location made it even better (adult beverages for Mom and Dad after a long day of poolside fun!)

We had an amazing stay at the Andaman Embrace! The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The resort was perfectly designed for families with both relaxation and fun in mind

Ocean City also close by The beach in front of you and very useful Balcony type room on the 6th floor the views well as the best〰? Not by the Japanese staff and the Yu is as well as good travel to the game

On the whole, Patong Beach and the surrounding areas could be kept more clean

Great hotel, friendly staff, amazing breakfast (tons of options), plenty of pools (none are ever too crowded), gym with plenty of equipment and great on-site Thai massages (slightly more expensive than in the city, but as guests you receive a 20% discount)

Hotel is indeed slightly outdated, but you can see they are renewing it bit by bit. The rooms, for example, have been refurbished

There is a bowling Court and snooker tables for extra charge

I reserved the rooms with beach views which is in a separate wing to the main hotel. More expensive than normal rooms but worth it

Guests can also choose to stay in rooms with the swimming pool just outside their balcony. Love how the fire hose cabinets are camouflaged with beautiful paintings. Good morning buffet spread too

Only gripe is that room walls are thin hence anyone walking through- coming back late at night could be heard loud and clear. Overall still a very lovely resort !

It was the first time I had seen, no one available on the live pan kitchen corner for eggs at breakfast time for almost one hour at breakfast time, which is again an awkward thing from any hotel

Poor Wi-Fi connection. Video calls were periodically interrupted due to that. It was easier to use cellular 4G internet.

The location was good, anyone can drag that wooden partition, and the room must have the provision of proper lighting if any guest is required to read or do anything

I asked for room cleaning when I was leaving the hotel, and when I returned then the bed was arranged but towels were not changed and a coffee cup was found in the bathroom which was really awkward

I don't know... Seems to be good, but not very! Russian yell, dance and hear everything. In the morning do not understand (heard the rooster)

I asked my tour operator to check these things and avoid fishermen for next time bookings and choose some other property

We even walked a few times and had no trouble. The buggy service at the hotel is 10/10, we were never left without one. They have an efficient process for this that I cannot fault

We really enjoy our stay here, all the staff from front desk, valets, cleaning crew, restaurants staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Food is also great, the facilities are great. See you next year

When we booked, I was slightly put off by some of the reviews here and was worried I’d made a mistake. However, I was pleasantly surprised by how great this hotel was

We travelled as a family with one toddler and the walk to rooms, breakfast or the hotel itself is not a trouble! Yes, there is a hill to get to the hotel but if travelled by taxi or other means of transport, it is totally fine

Breakfast and hotel staff were also 10/10. We stayed with club room and club access which I cannot fault. The rooms are terrific and so is this hotel

We were able to get a room at short notice at a good rate. Location is great, near the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby but not too close to the noise and nightlife. Staff are friendly and courteous

We did observe mould in shower. Rooms and facilities are getting dated. I did find it odd that you are assigned only one pool to use. They actively patrol and turn away guests who are not “entitled” to use the nicer pool

We waited at the restaurant and they gave us water (not even a soda or something). We booked the honeymoon room with sea view, and the view is amazing. We paid 50€ per night which I think is ok for this room

Plus, our terrace was just above the restaurant, so it’s not really intimate to take a bath there, it feels like everyone can see you. There is a lot of choice, the place is nice with the sea view

I wouldn’t recommend this hotel as it is not what you expect from a 5 stars’ hotel. This is a big resort, so don’t expect something intimate. It’s not about quality but quantity

1 room was with a living room and free mini bar and another room was separate. There is a roof deck upstairs. The view is amazing for sunset facing Pa tong beach. No noise from neighbors as we were in Villa zone

The view from our room was spectacular, overlooking a tranquil cove. The resort’s location, one of the last on the main road, ensured a peaceful atmosphere with deserted beaches nearby

The hotel offered us a free in-room breakfast with a floating basket which was amazing, special thanks to Mr Gulf. Overall, relaxing place to enjoy the infinity pool with awesome view with family or friends

While the main party and food areas are a bit far, the resort’s shuttle bus, though with fixed timings, makes it manageable. The infinity pool was amazing for sunset views, a favorite for many guests

The only constructive feedback I would give to Oceanfront is to replace their pool lounges as they are a bit on the weathered side but otherwise a fantastic experience and we were incredibly pleased with our spacious room!

We booked ocean comfy room and when we first arrived, there’s no one greeted us. We came by Grab and the driver left us below Lobby level which we didn’t even know where the lobby was

When we go to the lobby at Level 1, there’s no other customers at the lobby but all receptionists seem busy and no one entertain us even when we go to one of them

We had an outstanding 10-night stay at the Holiday Inn resort. The accommodations were excellent - the beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms were nice with roomy, updated showers

With four on-site restaurants, all providing 5-star quality cuisine, we had a wonderful variety of options. The breakfast buffet in particular was a standout, with an outstanding selection that we enjoyed daily

4) the curtains in the room don't reach all the way down to the floor so you have light that comes in once day breaks. 5) the toilet flush and bathroom made all kinds of noises when used, alerting everyone in the room

3) the doors/windows are not sound insulated so you hear everything from vehicles backing up in the lot next to the hotel, bags being wheeled and people talking in the corridors outside the room

Such a prime property, just needs a little thought put into the operations. Staff were all very friendly and helpful

There is a Shuttle to Patong beach from the hotel but the water is not very clean. For Breakfast the fried eggs in all variations, cereal, yogurt, salads, milk, juices, fruit, toast and various foods for the Chinese

I recommend if you are concerned about the noise of Bangala Road you ask for a room close to the lift and if you are worried about pool bar noise ask for a room far away from pool bar

Staying in a grand deluxe room. However it is equipped with a bar fridge and microwave. Pool is a decent size with deck chairs. Room is decent and beds are very comfortable

We were due to arrive after the designated check-in time due to our flight times and first impressions of the staff were great (we rang ahead to inform), they we very accommodating and assured us there would be someone at reception to check us in on our arrival (we arrived about 9pm local time)

Tan the manager is very friendly and helpful, she assisted us in booking various trips. They have a taxi service that are prepared to take you anywhere on the island at a very reasonable price
