The beach is great and water very clear

I recently had the pleasure of staying with them, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. The hotel was perfect in every aspect, from the comfortable accommodations to the excellent amenities

Cute private beach with a house reef for snorkeling or diving. Only wish is that one of the 3 pools was adults only

We really want to acknowledge Patty, she’s a server extraordinaire! We have 6 restaurants and she has the “eyes of an eagle”…sees everything within the whole restaurant while giving excellent service at the same time! Move to California Patty and I will hire you!!! Friends came to town and wanted to stay here. This was my first experience with an all-inclusive resort in Phuket. Amazing service during the entire stay and one of the best breakfast buffets I've had in Thailand

Beach - the sand, the sea has tides 2 times a day. Sometimes water does not, but at the reception there is a schedule prerevolution. Every day on a person rely on bottle water for free

Staff is exceptionally friendly and helping. I would recommend you book a room in the fourth building,it is a bit of a walk down to the beach but it isn't too noisy

(This is the choice fell on this hotel) if you walk further along the beach hanging swing ,so to say the visiting card of hotel. Why it was removed two restaurants , whom they prevented?

But the beach does become a dry reef in the afternoons. So you gotta move to the pools. Breakfast was good and had most things you’d want. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was old but clean and spacious

The best thing about this hotel is the private beach and having breakfast at the beach. It’s a nice private beach and great to swim at. We even did some mild snorkeling

The location is great for families close enough to walk to everything you would want to do in Patong but far enough away that you don't hear it

This is a beautiful place just outside the hotel where you can see the ocean, the market is also nearby. The staff are nice and friendly. Overall this was a great experience for me

Room was very spacious and clean. Our room had ocean view and was near to road but still there was no noise and we could sleep peacefully. There's separate pool for kids too and both of them were so clean

No elevator and stairs were steep and felt dangerous. Close to Pattong but not suffering of being too central which would come with many downsides. The staff was super professional and nice and helpful

The place is awesome as it is near to the beach. The view from the balcony is very much entertaining. Indian and continental restuarants are adjacent to the hotel. It has only issue with elevator as it is not available.

The owner is Italian he is very nice guy. The room is cleaned and the service is perfect. The location is just 1 minute walking to bangala road and 3 minutes walking to the beach. The room is safe and has a safety box

Upon arriving, there were some problem of AC, the Italian owner allowed to upgrade my room to be room with Balcony. The room is big ,clean with TV, bathroom inside

The junior suite rooms are good, the bed is excellent. Decorates it to look a little old again for my taste.

The hotel could have been a 5-star experience, but my check-in was delayed as a receptionist mistook me for a check-out guest

Housekeeping service was top notch. The beach is private and beautiful at sunset. Gym is well equipped and open 24hrs. Steam room and sauna are located within the gym’s shower room

A dream resort with all the facilities and comforts you can wish for. It has a good swimming pools, also scuba diving pool, kids play area, Gym. The breakfast here is best with a lot to choose from

What a great spot this is!!! They gave us a free upgrade to a room with out own somewhat private mini infinite pool in the middle of a marsh. Close to an outdoor market, shops, 711s, everything you need is right there!!

High floors with sea view is stunning, not at front side no less beautiful mountain views. The entire staff is absolutely welcoming and friendly. Always say Hello, help, wish a good day

Look for the tiger bar then go down that road. - Bed quite hard for my taste, but so is every bed in Thailand. - 10mins + to get to the beach. Not the hotels fault, but worth remembering - View onto street below

+ Room is large, airy and in good condition. + Room had good basic facilities including a fridge and a safe. - 1000bht deposit is very high. - A bit tricky to find if using google maps

7 There is a place to put your things, which is very convenient. We dried our swimsuits on hangers by the window; there is no special place for this

A fine place to stay for a few nights. The best bit is that it is down a small side street so you don't get loud noise. + Location is ok (Ignoring the fact that Phuket is a dump)

But overall, it didn't cause any inconvenience. 3 You can borrow beach towels every day

Areas of improvement: The Unclean floors (although mopped daily) in the hallways and in the room, The Sound proof is really bad. Easy to wake up once house cleaning start their shifts as the doors slam in the morning

The bed sheet for the double bed was clean until I found an old blood stain on the sheet. Close to restaurants and everywhere. And the swimming pools are the best! Kids loved them! Generally ok

We got a family room for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and the service was good. The morning buffet was okay, not as good as we expected. But the rice noodles are very good

We had a great stay in the 1 bedroom suite. Bale was frequently our driver on the resort and constantly gave us awesome advice. The food was good, the view was good, and the staff were all very friendly

Unfortunately, there is no balcony, but there is a nice sea view. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Patong Beach. Betty at the front desk is very helpful and gives good advice

We travelled as a family with one toddler and the walk to rooms, breakfast or the hotel itself is not a trouble! Yes, there is a hill to get to the hotel but if travelled by taxi or other means of transport, it is totally fine

We even walked a few times and had no trouble. The buggy service at the hotel is 10/10, we were never left without one. They have an efficient process for this that I cannot fault

Breakfast has a lot of options, but it is quite busy. You need to use a buggy to go from the room to the lobby, and sometimes you have to wait. The room is big and comfortable

Lovely hotel and extremely friendly staff. It’s set on a hillside so you have to call reception to call for a tuktuk to move around the complex, but they’re really efficient

The Swissotel Resort is only a stones throw away from the beach where it is quite relaxing although crowded. It is also nearby many street markets and a short walk away from a nearby shopping mall

Absolutely loved this hotel, we took a Cabana room which looked out onto the swimming pool, with our own private jacuzzi. Service is excellent, they seem to love changing towels twice a day for whatever reason

Right in the heart of things, ten minute from the beach, even less for the notorious nightlife. Attached to Jungceylon shopping centre, so never far from a shopping experience

I asked for extra towels for two days in a row, but I didn’t receive them until I physically approached the cleaning staff and took the towels myself. If I had been paying $100 per night, I would have been satisfied

The supervisor upgraded us to two bedrooms, and it was okay. However, they need to do some maintenance, especially in the bathrooms. The beach is within walking distance, and the food is good

However, at $250 per night, I expected much better value. The breakfast was good , and the hotel is located right on Patong Beach, which is a fantastic spot!

On one occassion, our A/C stopped working and they sent someone to fix it within 30 minutes. I really enjoyed the rooftop pool and bar, the gym was also decently equipped

The structure is beautiful and very big. You have two pools and we had a deluxe suite with Jacuzzi and sea view which was stunning

City / Bangla road 20 min walk approx but there is alwals Bolt and Tuktuk to use. The beach is beautiful as well as the view

You can easily reach beaches from the hotel in few minutes walking and within a 20 minutes walking you are in Bangla Road where the clue of Patong is. So we were satisfied with location

This hotel is near to the beach and room can fit up to 4pax max. There is balcony for chilling and hang wet clothes. 3days in a row porridge (fish, prawn, chicken). It halal (confirmed by the restaurant manager)

We stayed here for 6 nights and we absolutely loved it. The location was in a much quieter area of Patong and is only 5 minutes away on foot from the beach

We’re currently staying here at the Ibis and we have loved it! And our bartender was lovely and we truly loved the drinks offered here, they have a buy one get one 50% off during happy hour which starts at 2pm! The rooms are nice and tidy with good aircon and the pool area is lovely with a massage place on site as well as hair braiding

The pool area really gave that relaxing holiday vibe that I feel like the other similar properties and budget range in the area didn’t have. The beds are super comfortable allowing for much needed rest

The location is ideal or at least it was to me. I could go to the beach in 5min (walking) and to the very center of Patong (10min) without having to suffer from its noise

The cleaning staff was very friendly but the reception couldn’t help me less…for restaurants, tours, or anything else, they would just tell me to go see in the street! Gym is ok (except for pecs…very important information 😂😂😂) and the pool is nice with a lot of shade

Shuttle service of hotel is not very attractive, with drop amd pick up time being the same, it could've been better spaced like drop at 7 pm and pick up at 9pm. Beach is good 2 kms from the hotel

I can say about this huge little place that perched in the hills at the beginning of Nanai for those coming from Karon, you don't expect there to be such an imposing complex

There are cheeses, sausages, sausage,bacon,pancakes,omelette, fried and boiled eggs,fruit, vegetables,drinks ( children have allergies-I do not advise),pastries,goulash,a lot of Underwear if you want, you can lay down a sign and changed,towels were changed every day

The location is very beautiful! Easily accessible shops & not to far from the beach. 7 eleven at the end of the street

All the staff are very friendly and can not do enough for you, shuttle bus available to help drive you to your hotel a they’re in the mountains

The villa located on the hill so you will need take a shuttle from the lobby. The breakfast buffet was also really good, there were so many food options. Overall , I had a good experience with this hotel
