Look for the tiger bar then go down that road. - Bed quite hard for my taste, but so is every bed in Thailand. - 10mins + to get to the beach. Not the hotels fault, but worth remembering - View onto street below

+ Room is large, airy and in good condition. + Room had good basic facilities including a fridge and a safe. - 1000bht deposit is very high. - A bit tricky to find if using google maps

8 I understand that previously the road from the hotel to the sea was convenient and direct, but now you need to return to the second line and go around it. Less convenient, but not critical

A fine place to stay for a few nights. The best bit is that it is down a small side street so you don't get loud noise. + Location is ok (Ignoring the fact that Phuket is a dump)

We decided to take a risk and did not regret it. 1 Yes, indeed, in real life the appearance of the rooms is not so beautiful and new. There are cracks on the walls, a shabby headboard, black stains on the bathroom mirror

  Since it's a newly built hotel, it's sparkling everywhere you look.   The location is also good.  Patong Beach is right in front of you. There is a Family Mart about a 5-minute walk away

Room was awesome (family room) my kids had their own room and we had the master room. Recommended for people with kids. beach is in front of the hotel. Also, it has a swimming pool with the beach view

Right across the street from the beach, next to convenience stores, and restaurants. Great location! The service was great. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast was delicious and convenient

Literally, a 20 second walk to the nice beach if the swimming pools aren’t your thing. Really enjoyed our stay, and, while I am not a fan of Patong, would recommend the hotel if anyone wants to visit the area

If you want a resort experience, this might not be the fit. But otherwise, it’s worth the stay. Breakfast also worth it, fantastic and delicious options! Titanium members also can get easily a suite upgrade

Also the position of the line from the sea near a pretty quiet room, very clean downstairs there is a swimming pool nice

We book the room with pool access and we love it very much. Hotel location is perfect, everything is within walking distance. Front desk staff Pangpond is exceptionally friendly and alway with a smile

Other food served through Room Service/Pool Bar was great though. - Location was great as it was near the beach and had access to a food street and many local convenience stores. - Pool was very clean and nice

The bed sheet for the double bed was clean until I found an old blood stain on the sheet. Close to restaurants and everywhere. And the swimming pools are the best! Kids loved them! Generally ok

Our favourite resort in Phuket. The property is huuuuge! It so big that it has its own jetty! And it offers room for almost all budget, from beautiful sea view bungalows to tower rooming

Unfortunately, there is no balcony, but there is a nice sea view. It takes 10 minutes to walk to Patong Beach. Betty at the front desk is very helpful and gives good advice

Gym, swimming pool, massage centre, kids and toddler playhouse, shopping and merchandise all available. All the rooms have sea view and morning views are just amazing

We travelled as a family with one toddler and the walk to rooms, breakfast or the hotel itself is not a trouble! Yes, there is a hill to get to the hotel but if travelled by taxi or other means of transport, it is totally fine

We had a great stay in the 1 bedroom suite. Bale was frequently our driver on the resort and constantly gave us awesome advice. The food was good, the view was good, and the staff were all very friendly

Breakfast has a lot of options, but it is quite busy. You need to use a buggy to go from the room to the lobby, and sometimes you have to wait. The room is big and comfortable

Sometimes it can seem loud within the room from hallway or poolside noises randomly throughout the day and night. Breakfast is one of the best buffets ever experienced

The Swissotel Resort is only a stones throw away from the beach where it is quite relaxing although crowded. It is also nearby many street markets and a short walk away from a nearby shopping mall

First I want to say prior to arriving I read the reviews here and was quite disappointed by seeing so many negative comments, HOWEVER, upon my arrival I received the exact opposite

- Not fit for elderly people - Not good to walk nearby - Some of the staff members are extremely rude (while others are nice) - Beautiful view from the pool access rooms but you ned more than just view - You get only one key which has thinnest ring with your card, if you lose it, admin hasn’t got the second key

Venue is great but be prepared to wait for 3 hours to board a shuttle to go to the city or beach or else be prepared to pay for your commute extra. You can’t go anywhere by walk from the resort

The male staff Dealing with me at 1:30 am (approx) was extremely rude, told me to go out, told me I talk too much while I was asking if anyone handed over the key as lost and found

Location is good and shuttle buses and taxis offered are great and handy. Reception staff however come across rude and dismissive, not a great way to start and end your stay

This place has a lot of potential. The hotel does a very good staff training program. The bar needs considerable work. Needs seating and friendlier staffing. The restaurant is lovely and the wait staff are fantastic

The structure is beautiful and very big. You have two pools and we had a deluxe suite with Jacuzzi and sea view which was stunning

City / Bangla road 20 min walk approx but there is alwals Bolt and Tuktuk to use. The beach is beautiful as well as the view

They charged us 200 bath for a laundry bag that we used , that was ok but we didn’t know it and I guess it’s not a kind of treatment that you reserve for who stay a week in your hotel and spend a lot of money in it

There are three pools to enjoy, and the pool bars offer happy hour deals, which is a nice touch. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, even arranging early check-in when available

A 3-in-1 product, whist cost effective for the hotel, is not how guests paying these prices would like to feel. It left my skin and hair very dry. Hopefully in future these products will improve

Unlike many other hotels which only provide 4 x 500ml bottles of water, staff provided a lot of complimentary water which was greatly appreciated. The gym is spacious with a beautiful view

The Infinity Bar is one of the best paces to watch the sunset and enjoy the 2 for 1 cocktail happy hour from 5-7pm, it was also not over crowded which I found surprising

The cleaning staff was very friendly but the reception couldn’t help me less…for restaurants, tours, or anything else, they would just tell me to go see in the street! Gym is ok (except for pecs…very important information 😂😂😂) and the pool is nice with a lot of shade

The location is ideal or at least it was to me. I could go to the beach in 5min (walking) and to the very center of Patong (10min) without having to suffer from its noise

Patong Beach is clean, large and has swimming patrolled areas. Well worth a visit when on Phuket and in Patong

Staff are all super friendly and helpful here. We loved spending days just lounging by the spectacular pools. The hotel is also situated very close to the infamous Bangla road where the party never stops

Stayed here one night during off season. It was a very nice hotel but what is even better is it's location! Located right behind the new shopping center and right next to the main walking strip with bars and clubs

Great facilities and nice spacious rooms. The shower was great but quickly ran out of hot water. Location is perfect for partying on Bangla road. The pool was big enough for the amount of guest that were there.

I can say about this huge little place that perched in the hills at the beginning of Nanai for those coming from Karon, you don't expect there to be such an imposing complex

Staying in a grand deluxe room. However it is equipped with a bar fridge and microwave. Pool is a decent size with deck chairs. Room is decent and beds are very comfortable

Room was so big, air con was lovely! Definitely recommend a visit to the plunge pool! Will 100% recommend and go to stay there again! Honestly 5/5 can not recommend more!

Wifi and transfers to and from shopping centres 4 to 5 times a day. Short trips under 30min use the tuk tuks. Longer trips use an app called BOLT. Similar to Uber but great prices

The ground floor deluxe rooms have a pool access and once you open the door, it takes you directly to the pool. There are suites also but not on the ground floor I guess. The rooms are really good and very clean too

An extremely decent place exactly opposite the Patong beach. It's not a very big resort but very decent enough and the idea of surrounding the rooms around a big swimming pool was superb

The floor tiles inside the pool are falling apart and it is rough on the feet. I and the same problem with the umbrellas in this area also. The drinks the bartender made were very good and his service was excellent
