Not too close to the main road so there is little noise. It's down a side street, but it feels safe. + Two decent, well priced restaurant over the road. Excellent to cool off after the heat of the day

I paid for included meals and beverages and in my check in, they said that if I wanted the international breakfast I had to pay 400baths more, then only “selected beverages” was included in my package and they didn’t said which ones

Now, let’s talk about the breakfast — absolutely amazing! Hands down the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. If you stay here, make sure breakfast is included — it’s worth it. One downside was the poolside service

One of the better hotels I’ve stayed at in Phuket, great location! Half block from beach, 3 blocks to Bangla bar street. Two huge pools(one have a kids water park), kids indoor play area, air conditioned breakfast buffet

We have stayed at a lot of hotels in Phuket and it's definitly the best. The hotel has a prime location. It's just a stone's throw away from the beach, which is perfect for those who love the sun, sand, and sea

The separate pools with dedicated play areas for the kids were a lifesaver, and the fact that there was a pool bar at each location made it even better (adult beverages for Mom and Dad after a long day of poolside fun!)

Fantastic! Deluxe pool room view. Comfortable beds, staff helpful and friendly, loved the swim up bar and beautiful gardens around the pool. Lots of choices for breakfast and found the prices for room service reasonable

We booked two rooms, and since we were traveling with our elderly mother, they thoughtfully placed us in rooms close to the front desk and parking lot. We really appreciated this gesture

High quality resort vacation if you are into that. Good and drinks at the venue is quite expensive for Thailand and yoh have to add a total of 600 bath back and forth to Patong beach for alternatives

We live in the sea view room. We wake up with wonderful ocean view. But the hotel restaurant is just normal and not impressive. I will give credit to gentle and helpful staff.

Liked the fact that this hotel is a few minutes taxi ride away from the bustle of Patong beach - so you have the best of both worlds - the relaxing atmosphere of the resort with its own little pristine and beautiful private beach and bay, then all the fun and night life of Patong close by

Pools at the resort are fantastic as are the grounds. Caters for young families, couples etc. - my wife and I were on a week's getaway, and we were made to feel very welcome

The location is very nice with only a couple minute walk to Patong Beach. It’s nestled in between some very good restaurants and a shopping center. The staff is extremely polite and friendly, and the rooms are very nice

Sometimes it can seem loud within the room from hallway or poolside noises randomly throughout the day and night. Breakfast is one of the best buffets ever experienced

The Swissotel Resort is only a stones throw away from the beach where it is quite relaxing although crowded. It is also nearby many street markets and a short walk away from a nearby shopping mall

We loved our stay at the Kee resort ! We stayed 8 girls and the hotel always had fun music and activities on. The pool bar was great! They also had a bell you could ring which meant drinks for everyone

What was nice it has been the service from the lobby to the room and back , always available and on time is very important especially because the building is huge and can take few minutes walking to arrive from a point to another

They charged us 200 bath for a laundry bag that we used , that was ok but we didn’t know it and I guess it’s not a kind of treatment that you reserve for who stay a week in your hotel and spend a lot of money in it

You can easily reach beaches from the hotel in few minutes walking and within a 20 minutes walking you are in Bangla Road where the clue of Patong is. So we were satisfied with location

We waited at the restaurant and they gave us water (not even a soda or something). We booked the honeymoon room with sea view, and the view is amazing. We paid 50€ per night which I think is ok for this room

Didn’t have any issues with the bath water like some other posts but did have issues with mosquitoes. The half bath of the one bedroom suite has a serious mosquito issue that I’ve notified them about

Through my own choices I ended up booking three times for my 5 night stay so I will have 3 reviews I’m assuming. The first booking is for one night so I will give this review for the first night

I prefer not to sleep in the middle of Patong although it is more convenient to be close to all the stores so this part is good for me especially when the hotel provides a shuttle to Patong

The property is on a hillside so there’s plenty of greeneries but it’s also challenging going up and down the hill when walking to and back from the hotel restaurants and pools

I had an absolutely incredible stay at the Oceanfront Beach Resort! Food: The dining experience was phenomenal, with an extensive variety of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options that catered to every palate
