Not too close to the main road so there is little noise. It's down a side street, but it feels safe. + Two decent, well priced restaurant over the road. Excellent to cool off after the heat of the day

Despite being directly at the busy beach of Patong the atmosphere is completely peaceful and relaxed. The pools are very nice, suitable for kids and all facilities are extremely clean

One of the better hotels I’ve stayed at in Phuket, great location! Half block from beach, 3 blocks to Bangla bar street. Two huge pools(one have a kids water park), kids indoor play area, air conditioned breakfast buffet

We have stayed at a lot of hotels in Phuket and it's definitly the best. The hotel has a prime location. It's just a stone's throw away from the beach, which is perfect for those who love the sun, sand, and sea

The separate pools with dedicated play areas for the kids were a lifesaver, and the fact that there was a pool bar at each location made it even better (adult beverages for Mom and Dad after a long day of poolside fun!)

Fantastic! Deluxe pool room view. Comfortable beds, staff helpful and friendly, loved the swim up bar and beautiful gardens around the pool. Lots of choices for breakfast and found the prices for room service reasonable

We booked two rooms, and since we were traveling with our elderly mother, they thoughtfully placed us in rooms close to the front desk and parking lot. We really appreciated this gesture

They charged us 200 bath for a laundry bag that we used , that was ok but we didn’t know it and I guess it’s not a kind of treatment that you reserve for who stay a week in your hotel and spend a lot of money in it

You can easily reach beaches from the hotel in few minutes walking and within a 20 minutes walking you are in Bangla Road where the clue of Patong is. So we were satisfied with location
