Location wise this hotel is situated in a very good place with easy access to the walkin market where we get all kinds of clothes, sovieners, excellent local food and drinks.
The hotel reception staff are very commercial with no smile on their faces except the lady in the night duty. She was super kind and always smiling.
She is the one who changed our room to the next category on our first night there because the room which we got had so many issues with the balcony door not locking, bathroom was leaking, surprisingly the room had only one point to charge our mobile and the room was so tiny we did not have room for walking. We got transferred at 9:30 pm after a hectic day of sightseeing but it was worth all the effort with a slightly larger room and everything was good except the kettle was leaking which they changed.
The breakfast was very good, lots of varieties both Indian and continental but so so noisy I could not hear myself speak.
Maintenance of the rooms is poor. This needs to be really looked into. The service was very very slow. If we ask for anything it comes only after 30 minutes that too after repeated requests.
They also took a refundable deposit of 1000 baht which was returned to us after checking the room if anything was missing or broken.
The swimming pool on the top floor where I saw beautiful pics online seem different than the one I saw.
Overall after the bad experience with the first room, stay was alright in Phuket.

This place has a wonderful ambience and excellent service. The breakfast was amazingly tasty and hygienic. Athit was especially attentive and courteous, taking great care of all the customers. His polite and welcoming nature truly stood out. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to stay in Patong.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. My room was well-designed, and very comfortable. I especially enjoyed the great and the convenient location. Thank you for making my visit so enjoyable—I will happily stay again

The stay here was very pleasant. Really good amenities with a pool and a gym and clean rooms. The buffet breakfast was really good. The location is very close to food streets and markets. At a walkable distance from the patong beach.A special mention to Athit one of the staffs at the hotel for his prodessional attitude and friendly behaviour. The hotel has strict policies. Breaking them may attract hefty fines.

⭐ 1/5 — Terrible Experience! Total Scam!
I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel in Thailand. Everything seemed fine until checkout — when they accused me of stealing a coffee spoon from the room! Yes, a single spoon! They charged me 120 baht for it, which is absolutely ridiculous.
I tried to explain that I didn’t take anything, but the staff insisted and refused to listen. It honestly felt like a scam to squeeze extra money from guests before leaving. The whole situation was embarrassing and ruined the end of my trip.
The management handled it very poorly — no apology, no professionalism, just blame and attitude.
⚠️ Recommendation: Avoid staying at this hotel. There are plenty of other places in Thailand with better service and honesty. Don’t waste your money or peace of mind here.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I couldn’t be happier with my experience!
The room was spotless and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the sheets and pillows were fresh and clean. It’s clear that the hotel takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From check-in to check-out, I felt welcomed and well cared for.

I have stayed here for 3 nights with my family. Eventhough the location is great, the rooms are so dirty. Hairs on shower tiles, dusty shelves, newly made bed sheet draging on the floor…Also, we wanted room cleaning everyday and nothing changed. Hotel thinks cleaning a room is only making the bed sheets I guess( and they drag on dirty floor…) The lock on the rooms do not work properly, you have to put the card and when it turns green you have to open it fast or it goes red again.And even sometimes it doesn’t open even when its green. I think the lock system is old and really frustrating to deal with.

Not a good hotel to stay. The hotel has three different buildings on a street, breakfast in a different building, and the main reception in another building. Room service is bad and staff was not helpful. Location is inside a street, so no great view. Overall, not worth staying; there are much better options at this price. Hotel policies are very bad. Initially, they collect 1,000 Thai Baht as a deposit amount. Also, we paid 480 Baht for a towel with marks that are not permanent and can be removed by washing.

Wrost service by hotel, I have stayed at this hotel for 3 days from 12/11/24 to 14/11/24 . No reception side help nor hotel manager 😕😕 side any welcome side or soft talk to guests. Unatheciacl charges also forcefully taken from my colleague. When denied by friends then deducted from security amt with rudely behaviour. I never suggest to anyone to stay at this hotel. It's like a hostel not a hotel. No drinking water no room service after 9 pm nor any guidance. Surprise, welcome drinking water or juice not serviced by hotel at day first. Due to that I have not taken a single photo of the hotel.

Not a good hotel to stay.Hotel has three different buildings in a street. breakfast in different building and main reception in different building. Room service is bad. Location in inside a street so no great view. Overall not worth staying, there are much better options in this price. Hotel policies are very bad . Initially they collect 1000 thousand thia bath in deposit amount. Also we have to paid 300 bath fine for just a small lipstick mark on the bed sheet . They said the bed sheet was damaged . lipstick mark it's not a permanent mark .I am very surprised .If you don't know how to remove it just google it .The staff were very rude and did not stay in the hotel at all. Overall Thailand trip was good but due to this hotel staff we are very disappointed. Initially we entered the room and told them the light was not working in front of the mirror The staff just clicked the photo and ignored it.
