This entire stay was a nightmare. A significant amount off money was taken from our room during our stay. We are a young couple back packing and with a significant amount of our budget stolen, this is absolutely devastating. The staff on reception were unhelpful and hung up the phone when we reported it.

The website does not list a photo of the room, it is located like in a camp under a canopy, there are plastic blinds instead of windows, there is no soundproofing at all, the rooms are old and shabby.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Money was taking from our bag during our stay. No safe’s in the room. When we called the hotel they hung up on us and when we tried to call back there was no answer. We are absolute devastated.

Not a bad option for location, close enough to the beach, not noisy, despite the large number of rooms, quite a nice common area by the pool, all possible supermarkets and various services nearby, the room is simple, a bit old, with Thai cleanliness, but they try, a good option for budget accommodation for a short time

Typical 3* Thai Style Hotel.
Room was clean & good service.
Location is good. Many restaurants around & Malin Market not far.
OTOP with many Bars & nightlife about 10min away.

One of the best bookings I have made in phuket for the price. I was skeptical about the staff because of a few older negative reviews but they were very friendly and helpful actually! One of them brought my money back at night which I forgot in the lobby. I recommend the superior room with ac because the area is very hot! Also loved the greenery which is not easy yo find around this street and the small pool was not bad! Only negative are the mosquitos but it was still worth it.

Not the ideal place if you are looking for a good night of sleep.
The room is ok-ish but the place is really loud, people coming in and out all the time and talking in the corridors. The windows are really thin therefore you will hear every noise.
The door in our room had a gap, so the room got full of mosquitoes. We stucked the towels all around the door as a "solution".
It's the place to go if you wanna go out late night in patong and you don't care where to sleep as long as it is cheap.
We stayed one night. Didn't sleep at all.

Perfect hotel for the price and quality. The location is chic, the pool is warm, the terrace for evening gatherings. We go not the first time, there is something to compare.
