I ended up cancelling my stay due to the staff, normally people are so friendly in Thailand.
The room was a little outdated but acceptable, but it smelled extremely bad, normally I am not that bothered.
Food was well below average
I do not know how this place got a 5 star rating.
The food is absolutely rubbish even the cocktails where disgusting.
AVOID AN MOVE ON TO SOME THING BETTER
First hotel in my life to have charged for the use of hotel laundry .during our 5 day stay the room wasn't cleaned not even given water as stated.
Never recommend anyone to stay at this hotel
