Hotels with sea view in Pattaya

The room I was in has sea view and on tenth floor, but only problems I had are the standing shower can't use the water heater, the beds are too hard for me, and the T. is unable to work due to signal problem

Room was very nice. Sea view from the balcony is mind blowing. They have their own private beach. Overall experience was great. Food was good.

Visited in the daytime on weekday to enjoy the ride of the mono rail in their amusement park. The reality is not there now due to off-season. The staff was not ready to serve

There was some flooding in central Pattaya after a huge thunderstorm but this place is immune from all that. So glad I was here when that flooding happened. Always security in building and near elevators

This place has its own water park and dinosaurs 🦕 for the kids. Also has Zipline from top of tower to street. Neighborhood is mostly Russian now. Room is clean and has a balcony with view of ocean

Also has a revolving restaurant on top, but food there was mediocre. Has a night market, 2 7-elevens and scooter rental within walking distance. Pattaya night life is a 10 minute drive northwest

You can see the whole beautiful view from the view tower. We also rode the monorail which was okay experience.

The hotel is in front of the beach and has its private beach but the sea water is not very pretty. The hotel room is spacious with a large balcony

Room interior was a bit old fashion but comfortable, easy access to the beach and convenient store, breakfast buffet spread was average, recommend try local food than hotel buffet

Good Massage center at the gate which will take 300 bhat for Oil Massage. Have good wifi coverage which can be used for whatsapp call. 7-11 is just within 100 mtrs on either side of gate where all the stuff are available

A night market around the corner and 7/11 shops nearby. Fresh fruit stalls in the front area. Lifts are usually crowded and very hot, can hear the neighbours in their rooms. Water pressure is good and a bath available

This is a good place to halt with although Thailand is 2 hour ahead then India but in a day u are use to have breakfast at 7AM. Interconnected rooms if required. Availability of local transport at Hotel gate

Please don't buy instant noodles from 7-11 of which u won't like raste at all. Water bottle Nestle 5 liter cost 64 bhat. These are some basic points which need to be checked before check in

This visit happenes during Christmas holiday peak vacation season and is (last day tomorrow) ongoing and the resort stands out as an outstanding experience

The room was in excellent and cleaned condition all through, cleaning staff followed through in a nice kind way asking if there was anything extra needed and made sure we were happy and the room was well-kept alongside looking modern and all you’d expect from a five star hotel

The hotel has such a large variety of amenities and facilities with a gym, kids club and a massive water park and private beach access. The scenery on the property is divine, keeping the theme of nature present

Over all a great stay supported by the finest of staff friendly and kind on all levels and areas leading up to an amazing experience and something I can strongly recommend!

We visited the resort during peak vacation season and I have to say, it was an outstanding experience. The room was extremely clean and well-kept alongside looking modern and what you’d expect from a 4 to 5 star hotel

Stayed for 6 nights with wife and 2 kids. Great hotel, location, excellent breakfast food. Free minibar drinks, we just bought whiskey from 7/11 nearby because no alcohol is served. One of the best hotels I stayed in

One of the best kid club, I have ever been. The staff are amazing and willing to entertain the kids. The facilities are amazing and can accommodate my kids for the whole 4 days, without feeling bored

There are always extra activities pop up, which are different in each day. This is a kid playing area which is not just playground, it is soulful. Will surely come back next month

Beautiful Hotel just refurbished all rooms and restaurants. The brew and bar is very lovely. They have fantastic food a great barista during the day. I laughed her variety of sweets as well

The location on the beach is amazing. All three pools provide amazing views. Rooms could use a bit of updating (carpet, paint) but very good size. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great

The view on the sea is beautiful, the stairs to the beach are not though 😅 quite old and all different size, if you like to swim after sunset I highly recommend to bring a flashlight with you

The child is taken into account perfectly. They have, for example, a baby bed and children's own crockery and high chair for breakfast. I highly recommend and I usually don't recommend anything easily

Fantastic. Old style 5 star hotel with spacious lobbies, lots of marble everywhere and very attentive staff. The place has too much to offer to be described here. Just try it. Recommended.

I really like this hotel, I have been here many times since 2007, but during this time a lot has changed, there is no longer a chef who oversaw breakfast in the restaurant for many years, the cost has doubled during this time, strangers are coming to the beach and It’s not the guards who always deal with them, but basically everything is like the good old days

We were on vacation with our family. There are a couple of disadvantages. We were with children 9 and 3 years old in the evening, it was very boring in hotels and there was nowhere to take them

Location, location, location... Just brilliant! Stay here for the location and the views and nothing else. They have some great restaurants too, just in case one is hungry.

First of all, it's right in front of the sea and there are big shopping malls and massage shops nearby, so it's accessible

Booked a family room, found out from floor plan that they only have it facing inland(no sea view) Bed is super comfy, room is functional, all rooms has a balcony. It's a short walk to terminal 21, as well as to the beach

We selected to stay here again the second time, and would be more for the years to come! Hotel is great at its location, close to T21 (within 5 mins walk), good sea view, room size not too big but compensated with a nice balcony, bed is comfortable and bathroom well located next to the door! Must teach ethics to staff if how to speak with your guests

Understandably we returned to reception and they never even apologized and just thrust us another key (rude in my opinion). Our room was sea facing and in the garden area

The water quality in the taps was dirty on the day of our checkout, there was no water in the tap around 1. Even though it came in the morning it was dirty

Things to improve: There were several unnecessarily loud events but all finished before 11pm (the speakers were rattling level of loud). The breakfast buffet was bland and mostly the same every day

The pool is plenty big enough and there is a lot of coastline with two small sandy areas (but beware broken glass). We arrived at the lovely reception and were greeted by one of 6 front desk staff

We had to wait until 2pm for our room; at 2pm we walked to our room (which was tricky to find- a map would have been helpful) to find the maid cleaning it and she asked us to wait 1 hour

Good place to nearby sea beach. Only con is help desk which will not allow you for an early check in even if it's an hour. Please plan exact time to go and check in. Or u will have to sit in couch

It’s a very nice hotel with good size rooms. Location is great as it is walking 5 mins from the beach and equal distance to the Central Pattaya Mall. All restaurants and convenient stores are very nearby

I felt warm when I used the services at this hotel. The staff provided good service. The food was delicious and to my liking. Pongsiri Kangram, Food and Beverage Department, gave good advice

There was a promotion of Chang bucket beer and cocktails and recommended various dishes. I felt good to meet the staff who provided very good service and were very professional

They also gave me a cloth bag with the Sunbeam logo. I felt very impressed to use the services at this hotel and I hope to come back again

Great room and amenities in a secluded part of Pattaya. Services are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and relatively modern looking despite the actual age of the hotel. Breakfast have a wide range of choices

The only issue is that the location isn't walkable from Pattaya City centre and the shuttle service is only free for a single trip per guest. Parking for guests is also not great during events in the PEACH venue

Royal cliff hotel has a very beautiful architectural design and spread over a huge area. It is having a seperate own beach 🏖️, The view from hotel towards ocean is marvelous, as can be seen small islands nearby

This is a decent hotel that was newly renovated. Of course you can get a hotel with newer rooms and amenities but it has everything you need, including a fitness tomorrow and decent pool

It’s about 8 minutes walk to the beach and near Walking Street. The only big minus is that the walls are paper thin - still worth it but you really need to bring ear plugs for sleeping

Stayed here quite a few times simply because of its location. Everything you need is within walking distance, secure parking with security

The rooms are a good size and well equipped - the bed is firm but not hard so happy with that also. The swimming pool is large but the beds are taken quickly by the towel reservists that we all know about

I removed 4 towels and kidnapped the chairs for my party and nobody ever came to use the beds ! No surprise really !! The pool bar is limited in stock - What other bar in Thailand has no Leo 🤣😅🤣 Anyway I would recommend staying here 👌 Note: we did not book breakfast as there was so much choice around so we decided to go out at our own pace and get breakfast out

The stay was very pleasant and value for money.The rooms were clean with a balcony overlooking the pattaya beach. The food was great and withgood room service.

There is lot of confusion as Agoda does booking to hotel via third party. Any cancellation / rebook the property is not smooth process

Also one golf court & tennis court is available where equipment is given on rent. One massage shop is also available on campus. Breakfast also doesn't have many Indian options. Prices should be lower compared to services

The concierge Song and intern was particularly helpful. Of course, it's a large impersonal hotel, but somehow it doesn't feel like it

Great location for families, very peaceful and quiet, has it own beach that you can go to walk or swim. The room is a bit dated though but still hold up pretty well

Someone stole it and hotel couldn't comply my request only because they didn't install any CCTV or camera in that motorbike parking area

There are two entires of this resort, back side is walking street from side is lot of Indian restaurants. Rooms are neat and clean. Overall it’s a good experience.

Check in was a mess, staff couldn’t differentiate who is who due to the large amounts of people surrounding the check in counter. Housekeeping , lots of areas not cleaned , towels and bottled water not replaced

Suggest guests to buy their breakfast , as there aren’t that many morning options around the area. Evenings and nighttimes transforms the entire district to a bustling sleazy zone

So called superior rooms were very average n dated. Air conditioning was causing moisture to condense on all things including floor. Balcony doors were not sealing when closed
