The location is at Naklue area, it is very closed to the Sactuary the truth and the fresh seafood market. Hotel buffet is indeed very good & with great variety. Rooms with sea view are the must & beautiful

PRO: The experience of staying at this hotel was overall good. The location is perfect, the beach is close by, they even have a beach bar / restaurant next on the beach

We had a great time at this hotel. We like the swimming pool. The breakfast is very good with a variety of options.

  CONS: When it is windy, one of the windows is not shuting perfectly, so it will constantly make a noise (and during the night can be annoying)

The minor thing is the bathroom shower problem cos it’s aged & water splash out makes wet around

Beach is peaceful, and the pool if waterfall wonderful. The facility is pleasantly Thai clean. Cockroaches were found in the closet, and a used condom was under our bed

2,000 baht incidental deposit is required. Please make sure you note all leaks/broken items to the front desk/engineer upon arrival. The same procedure is with the pool towels

Pool water was dirty and when we told management front desk nothing was done! Room was great breakfast food was very good very great. Only problem with pool was too dirty

The hotel has its own beach, where you can bring your beavarage. So you can have wonderful time near the sea. Sea is much clearer comparing to djomtien.

Food was nice. Hotel-private pool and beach were also nice.

Great experience in this hotel. Definitely a family resort! The water park, lazy river and the pools are a great way to entertain kids as well as adults. You can have a meal / snacks by the pool

This was my family’s first time staying here, and we really loved it. The hotel is beautiful and has a very large water park and swimming pool. My family and I spent the whole day enjoying the water park

But the Waterpark is fantastic. Breakfast is average for vegetarians. There aren't much lunch and dinner options for vegetarians either. Only pasta and pizza + 1-2 salads at the beach club

Khun Ommy on the Club Team member welcomed us and gave us all the details of our Club room she then met us in the Club Lounge later in the evening with superb and very friendly service that’s she provide to us for 3 nights as we are staying here

I stayed at Holiday Inn Pattaya for a weekend getaway and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is right by the beach, and the sea view from my room was absolutely stunning

SWOT analysis Strengths: New, helpful staff, 4 elevators, extremely clean, breakfast better then average, kids club, 2 + 1 (kid) pool, generally quiet place, close to beach, balcony, feels very safe, child friendly, sunset from infinity pool, kids under 11 free (max 2 same room)

The room is spacious with a sea view, and it’s just a very short and easy walk to the beach. There’s plenty of parking available

Perfect for families! The 2 swimming pools are very nice. Breakfast buffet has a variety of food including kids food and vegetarian. My daughter really loves the kids’ club which has lots of fun activities and sliders

The location on the beach is amazing. All three pools provide amazing views. Rooms could use a bit of updating (carpet, paint) but very good size. Bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great

Have bath tab and strong shower. Hotel have two building and have swimming pool both. Restaurant is good, I order soup and salad, it is quite a big portion. Sea view in front of restaurant is fantastic

The resort hotel is located in the Northen part of Pattaya and can view the Ssntuary of Truth from the beach. There are massage services at the beach too.

It was a good hotel with nearby to pattaya beach and just 10 min walk to walking street. The cleanliness were good and hotel staff was also having good behaviour. The main attraction was the Indian breakfast

There is also restrictions like not to smoke or use bottles and glass in the poolside, but it is also not strictly followed. Breakfast, noth Indian and English will be served from 6am to 10 am

This is a decent hotel that was newly renovated. Of course you can get a hotel with newer rooms and amenities but it has everything you need, including a fitness tomorrow and decent pool

The location is great, on 2nd Road - an easy walk to the beach and most places of interest in Pattaya. The car park is huge, but not covered. Swimming pool is nice, but very little shade so pretty hot until about 4pm

The small Playroom was enjoyable. The pool and water play pirate ship area could be improved. Rooms facing the night market was very noisy until midnight, fortunately we requested for a room change.
