Did not stay in hotel only use swimming pool and outdoor restaurant facilities next to beach / pool facilities, amazing pool different levels grwat for all age groups excellent food and drinks available well worth visiting and staying at hotel 🏨

Room was very nice. Sea view from the balcony is mind blowing. They have their own private beach. Overall experience was great. Food was good.

It's based north side of pattaya and is adjacent to beach. We stayed there for 3 days and breakfast was average with less options. The city is around 15 minutes by taxi and is not easily feasible by walk

The room I was in has sea view and on tenth floor, but only problems I had are the standing shower can't use the water heater, the beds are too hard for me, and the T. is unable to work due to signal problem

I really like this hotel, I have been here many times since 2007, but during this time a lot has changed, there is no longer a chef who oversaw breakfast in the restaurant for many years, the cost has doubled during this time, strangers are coming to the beach and It’s not the guards who always deal with them, but basically everything is like the good old days

The hotel area is huge, it has its own beach, swimming pools, restaurants, in general, everything you need for a comfortable stay. And the location is just super-remote from the noise and hubbub of the center

The hotel is next to the private beach, environment is ok, room is ok.. in the certain age luxury but not modern. Staff is very nice

excellent view of the temple, 1 line to the sea, a nice swimming pool with a smooth entrance, a large area with benches and sea views - for privacy. The rooms are a bit old, the nearest shops are relatively not far away

When we arrived at Pattaya bus station, it was difficult to find a taxi to come to this hotel, we were standing in scorching sun at 40 degree Celsius!I called the hotel to arrange for a car to come pick us up

I especially enjoyed attending the annual circuit festival held there. It was a three-day event filled with fun, parties, and the opportunity to meet new people. The food and organization of the festival were top-notch

A small room but enough for a solo traveler like me with adequate amenities for a solo traveler. There was a beautiful pool outdoor. Breakfast was fine and reasonable for the price. 7-11 just next door.

Overall ok, the water is a bit stinct at first, variety of breakfast and huge pool. The resort looks newer than the villa.

Some semblance of it migrated to the 1st floor under the terrace of the restaurant almost at the exit to the beach. I haven't seen any visitors there in 2 weeks. Going out to the beach itself 1

Had a wonderful family time. Great ambience. Easy accessibility to a safe and clean private beach. To top it all...lip smacking Thai food by beach side. We had a pleasant stay and would love to come back.

Why not hire at least one intelligent employee at the restaurant and at the reception who speaks English????!!!! Customer orientation is also not great - we needed a microwave oven - our request was categorically rejected, regardless of the willingness to pay for it

As for the beach: there used to be a bar on it, the staff set up sun loungers and gave out towels. Now the bar has been demolished

Apparently, different people read the mail and receive guests( However, those who read the mail helped me quickly arrange additional flowers in the room on my daughter's birthday upon arrival

sometimes the water rises so much that it completely absorbs the sand line right up to the stone curb. But the owls went further north and sunbathed on other beaches; there are almost no people there

Only down sides are: can get noisy sometimes at late night for some guests - as it is Pattaya, and the food isn’t as diverse as street food. I recommend the Pad Thai with Prawns!

Went thinking that we will move on the Islands there and take a sea bath, but in the distant movement was not necessary because the sea is gorgeous right outside the hotel you can swim, we walked along the shore for a change in the next beaches of other hotels where it was also, well, there were sand and stones with fish for the fun of children, adults simply take a dip in complete calm and tranquility...

This resort is high around 30 meters abd far away 1km form the beach, so it was so hard for my old family members. One more thing is we could not swim on the beach
