Hotel ammenities were complete and reaily avaliable.
Room is spacious and clean, furniture were enough to accommodate a small crowd of 3.
Housekeeping service was quick and extremely thorough. My blanket was only slightly stained, but Khun Lin noticed and helped me changed it out. She even went on to mopped the balcony floor after the rain.
Delicious full breakfast every morning. The room was big and even came with a kitchenette, with electric stove and microwave.
Location was right in the center of Patayya, just minutes from the beach and anything else you needed.
Staff was superb, very attentive and polite. Stubbed my toe one day, my wife called down to see if they had any band-aids for us to buy, without asking they sent two staff members up to our room, cleaned my toe with alcohol and put band-aids on themselves. I was blown away by this level of service.
Highly recommend and will definitely be staying here again in the future.
We loved our stay so much that we decided to return after our trip from Koh Larn. Coincidentally, our check-in happened to be on my birthday! While relaxing by the pool, Patty and Oil approached us with a beautiful box of chocolate cupcakes—such a sweet and heartfelt surprise! They even sang "Happy Birthday" to me. We hadn’t mentioned it was my birthday at check-in, but they went out of their way to make my day extra special.
I can’t express enough how much we appreciated the warmth and hospitality from Oil, Patty, Minnie, and all the staff, along with the fantastic ambiance, delicious food, and unbeatable location. We will absolutely be returning and highly recommend Altera to our friends and colleagues.
The pool is a decent size and gets sun all afternoon. The food at the restaurant is decently priced and very good quality.. cheap beers at the swimming pool bar aswel which is a suprise for a hotel. Buffet breakfast is available for 200 baht and is very good quality.
This is by far my favourite hotel in the whole of Asia and I've stayed in 1000s of hotels. I booked 2 nights and 10 days later I'm still here, I don't want to leave. I will definitely be staying here again.
All the staff from reception, security, waiters, cleaners absolutely everyone are super friendly and welcoming especially Mo ploy she is the best :) ... This hotel is better than many 5 star hotels I've stayed in.. this is a 5 star hotel in my opinion. No complaints at all.
Additionally, the breakfast is fantastic; I give a 10/10 to all the kitchen staff and the chef.
Will definitely come back again.
