Fantastic staff.
Nice pool and tasty buffet breakfast.
Its Location close to all the important spots of Pattaya or close enough for a cheap Tuk Tuk or Bolt if required.
Certainly lots of sights to see.
Breakfast,room ,bed, shower ,and swimming pool so good .

Pros:
Excellent location, in the middle of the nightlife, short walk to the Festival mall and the beach. Loads of restaurants and shopping around you.
Food in the hotel was good, from the breakfast buffet and the Marble restaurant.
Rooms are decent sized, with efficient housekeeping everyday, cleaning and replenishing drinking water and toiletries.
2 large swimming pools.
Parking on premises.
Staff very friendly and kind, always greeting you with a smile.
Cons:
The towels provided in the room (shower and hand towels) on all 6 nights had a horrible smell. Like they were used or washed without soap and kept in a damp area while wet. It was terrible coming out of the shower everyday and having to dry with those, and despite complaining several times it was never addressed. This was really strange for a large hotel, when even your local shops who charge 60bhat per KG return your laundry next day smelling so fresh and clean.
Gym was not worth visiting, just some dumbbells and a few cardio machines.
WiFi did not work for the whole trip in my room, and had to rely on my mobile connection for internet.
Breakfast was good but ends at 10am which was a tad bit too early. At least 10:30 would have been more convenient.
All in all, I think the hotel offers fair value for money and I would recommend it. Would have gladly rated it higher but if not for the smelly towels and WiFi.
Also sufficient room and sunbeds by the pool - also good.
Only drawback from my perspective is the fitness room which needs an update:
- opening hours are 8am to 8pm. We, and several other guests were there around 7am (I know, we're weird like that); but the aircon does not turn on until 8am - it's nasty.
- towels - there were no towels through the days we stayed at the hotel and we had to request towels from passing staff.
- fitness machines - overall reasonable; but several of the cardio machines need a major overhaul. One or two did not work at all and the display on one of the treadmills was so weak that it was almost impossible to see.
