Renovated: 2005
Location: 4 km South of Pattaya, North Jomtien Beach, on the beach in a private Bay, 131 km from the airport.
Consists of one 7-storey building.
Total area: 63 m2 200.
The hotel has 305 rooms.
Beach: public sandy-pebble beach only 150 m from the hotel, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee.

There are many, many reasons why this hotel should be a terrible experience. There is no nice way of saying this - the hotel is very, very old. And, it looks it.
But somehow, after the initial eyebrow-raising reaction to the dated appearance of this hotel, it starts to grow on you. Pretty soon, I started to find it all quaint and charming.
The location is amazing and the facilities are quite comprehensive, even if they have seen many seasons. The hotel has its
own beach - this alone makes it worth the price. The staff are engaged and do their best to look after all the guests.
We were so happy with the hotel that we decided to stay a few more days. For what it is, and for what it charges, this hotel is a little gem.

Great location for families, very peaceful and quiet, has it own beach that you can go to walk or swim. The room is a bit dated though but still hold up pretty well

The hotel has become older compared to modern amenities. Rooms are also not sound proof as anything going in the nearby room is audible. Needs renovation. However the location of the hotel with a private beach & swimming pool is great. Also one golf court & tennis court is available where equipment is given on rent. One massage shop is also available on campus. Breakfast also doesn't have many Indian options. Prices should be lower compared to services.

It's difficult to rate this one. On the one hand its location and facilities are great. Having a good quality beach right next to your hotel is a rarity in Pattaya. It is a quiet place, offering some respite from the hustle and bustle of the city proper, which is only a 10 minute motorbike (or taxi) ride away.
However, there are some caveats. The hotel itself is gigantic and feels like a small town with its hundreds of rooms on 7 floors. It was built quite some time ago, and it shows. The bathroom feels really dated, and the AC, in particular, was way too loud for a quiet night. On top of that, someone thought it was a great idea to conduct maintenance work at 9 a.m.
The beds, however, are super comfortable, the pool area is great, as is the on-site cafe. So, really a mixed bag. The price is certainly right, so perhaps you should check it out and decide for yourself.

Worst hotel I’ve been to ever. I’ve been asking for an iron for the past 3 days and the reception keeps telling me someone is borrowing it and they cant track who did. Why on earth would you have a huge ass hotel if you can’t afford to buy additional irons? Room is also quite old, only one plug point is available and that is far from you. Finally got hold of the iron and reception insisted I walk down to grab the iron myself, which was never the case in other hotels. Gave me 2 beds combined while I clearly asked for a large bed. Almost messed up my luggage too without writing room number to the tag. Extremely inefficient receptionists. Nevertheless the view and location was good.

I wanted to hold events in this hotel. During my first visit, the administrator told me the price and we agreed that I would come later. When I had already gathered people for the event and came to negotiate again, they told me the price was twice as much. And they said that they did not remember what we had agreed on. They had no desire to resolve this issue. I had to quickly find a replacement for this premises. I can’t say anything about the rooms and the restaurant, but on this issue, there was only one negative comment about the work of the administrators.

One of the best hotels in Pattaya for the price (just 1300 Baht with breakfast)
The hotel has its own private beach. Beautiful views. Beautiful service. But alas! I had lost my helmet with Bluetooth where I had parked my motorbike. Someone stole it and hotel couldn't comply my request only because they didn't install any CCTV or camera in that motorbike parking area. Wishing that they will install more security cameras to protect assets of their customers in future.

The room condition is old, decorated in a 70's style, but clean and still usable
The staff is willing to provide service.
Breakfast has both international and Thai food, bread, croissants, fruits , yogurt and fresh coffee from machine.
Behind the hotel you will find swimming pool, sunset view point.

Had an amazing stay here. The hotel is quite huge with gym, swimming pool, restaurant, private beach access, tennis court, golf court.
We didnt use the courts, think you need to pay for it.
There is a paid massage service as well with affordable price.
Bring your own toothpaste, brush and comb.

I ended up at this hotel after looking at rooms in person at several other hotels and what stands out at the Asia Pattaya hotel is the cleanliness of the rooms/facilities combined with the discounted rate found on Agoda compared to all the others. I booked for one night initially to make sure I was still happy in the morning and ended up staying for nearly 2 weeks. The wireless internet signal was strong and steady allowing me to work remotely the entire time. The Supervisor on duty helped me out several times with requests and the cleaning staff was always very accommodating.
It's located in a quiet area at the very end of the road on the beach so very little traffic, no road noise, no drunk people coming in and out all night, no loud music around, yet an easy taxi ride to all of the nightlife when you want it. I'll be staying here on all future trips to Pattaya.
