Just like most of the reviews we also faced a bad time at this hotel . The staff was rude. While checkout we wanted to keep the luggage in the car while they confirm our checkout( fully paid already) , but they weren’t even letting us do that as if we would run away or something . This kind of behaviour is not correct from a 3 star hotel as we are paying for our stay and not staying for free . And they are charging us 2000 baht for a small food stain which can be easily washed off during laundry and it’s not even worth 2000 baht . We have stayed in another 3star and 4 star hotel in the same trip and they didn’t charge us anything like this and behaved better with us . Looking at other reviews below looks like they do this very frequently . If they have such a rule why don’t you mention the rate of each item in a form when we checkin. Totally disappointed with this hotel and will not recommend it for families with kids .

We recently stayed at Golden beach hotel between 15th aug 24 to 18th aug 24. During our stay we haven't faced any difficulties. Service wise good. And they are cleaning on a regular basis. The staff looks rude but they interact well and are friendly.

Rooms are better. But I need even more hygiene and the rest rooms are not comfortable. Power sockets are very less to charge the gadgets. Next to the hotel there is a club street where we can't sleep till 3AM with a club sound. Only a party person can enjoy family and can't stay and sleep peacefully with the club noise.

We also stayed in this hotel and the behaviour of the staff with the customer was very rude. And they are not bothered about it. I will never recommend any of my friend this hotel.They will charge unnecessarily high amount for minor washable stain. They are saying customers to wash it ourself in the toilet during checkout in a rude manner if we dont pay. This is not expected from a 3star hotel after paying so much for our stay . Also when we said we will pay for laundry they are saying they dont have laundry in thier hotel . This is not a 3 star behaviour.

Hotel is located in the main Road. Very near to Indian Restaurants ,Pattaya Night market. Also accessible to Pharmacy and 7/11 supermarkets.
I had 3 days stay.Room were cleaned regularly.
Breakfast had limited options. Rice item was one of the regular option.

It's a decent hotel with complimentary breakfast.. but breakfast spread was very few.. not impressive. Fruit juice is not fresh juice.. near to night market.. good location to purchase.. backside road also very nice to roam around. Many massaging parlour were there.. safe place

This would be the most pathetic hotel in pattaya. Not even worth a star. When we entered the hotel, the AC was not working. Going to the rooms, the furniture is old and water leaking In the washroom. Service not great at all. Breakfast was not at all good. Tourist be careful since most of the good reviews which are put here are all by local guides and seem to be fake. Dont go by the photos at all. If you are a person who opts for 3 start and 4 star category then this hotel is not at all for you.

The stay at golden beach hotel was awesome .the hotel staff is very courtesy in nature and cater to all basic needs of Travellers. The room in which we stayed was superior ,neat ,clean with beautiful balcony to enjoy the outside view. They provide Indian breakfast mostly south Indian . We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel with my parents . The brownie points I will give it to its location .it's walking distance from pattaya beach and many Indian restaurants are near by to have Indian veg and non veg food options both .
My only recommendation to hotel would be to include some parantha options for north Indian Travellers as well because sometimes they don't like south Indian food . It's just my suggestion to the hotel . There is separate swimming pool where u can relax and enjoy swimming as well. Thank you for giving wonderful memories to me and my parents over here .

To be honest rooms are avg.
Staff cooperation is laterally 0.
They don’t even take your luggage to your room.
They take time to deliver something to your room as well.
Options in breakfast buffet are very less.
If your budget is constraint than only this hotel is fine.

The customer service at this hotel was excellent, with the front desk staff(boy)accommodating my request for an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated. While the availability of only Indian food may limit options for some guests, the hotel's convenient location within walking distance of various dining and shopping options makes up for it. Overall, the helpful staff, convenient location, and flexibility with check-in made for a pleasant stay at this hotel. And its full of indain tourists
