i had a bad experience staying in this hotel for 3 nights.Forget about greeting you ,receptionists and staff would not even look at you or talk to you politely.I had to shell out 700 Baht to get the bedsheet and pillow cover laundered which were claimed to have been soiled by us.The truth was that my wife had pointed out to me the previous night about the dirty sheets which i took lightly and overlooked to report to the reception.The claim by the Hotel receptionist was for 2000 Baht and after much argument and to avoid embarassment to my fellow travellers,i agreed to pay 700 Baht.On my refusal to accept the allegation the first reaction of the receptionist was that he will make it a legal case.If I had time and convenience, i would have opted to agree to go legal since i was sure i was right.
However,overall, it is a lesson learnt hard ,for our future trip.The rooms even had cockroaches. In fact we should have claimed compensation !!
Given my terrible rxperience i would not recommend this Hotel to anyone hoping to visit the beautiful city of Pattaya.More so for indian travellers due to their rude behaviour especially towards indians.

Decent hotel stay we had. Breakfast also good. But they provide only one set of water bottle per day for a person.. that's very insufficient..if we need to pay for drinking water.. also they charged penalty for bath towel washable strains which is very much unfair.

I have travelled all over the world. This is one of the worst hotel I have ever visited.arrogent receptionist staff i have ever een. There were cockroach in the bathroom . Most unhygienic room. No proper maintenance of the room. Rude answer if you ask any questions. Breakfast was pathetic. I suggest not to visit this hotel ever. It will ruin the trip. My worst experience ever

It's a good budgetary hotel. The services were up to the mark according to the price that was charged. Staff was cooperative as well. Well maintained too.
It is nearby beach, only a walking distance of 200 meters or so. Transportation is easily available too. Good location.

We stayed in a twin cart room, and the experience was pleasant overall. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with prompt room service that really stood out. The staff were polite, hardworking, and attentive—always ready to help, and their dedication added a personal touch to our stay.
What makes this hotel particularly attractive is its location. Just about 400 meters from the beach, and only 100 meters from Pattaya Central, it offers easy access to key areas. It’s also just a short walk to Terminal 21 mall and is surrounded by Indian restaurants, open markets, and shops—making it a perfect base for tourists who love to explore on foot.
However, one concern that stood out was the check-in time. While the 2 PM check-in is standard in many hotels, it becomes inconvenient for international travelers whose flights often arrive early in the morning. Waiting long hours in the lobby can be tiring, especially for families or senior guests. It would be helpful if the hotel could consider flexible check-in options based on arrival patterns of different nationalities.

The rooms here are exceptionally clean and well-maintained, surpassing expectations on all fronts. The staff does an excellent job of keeping everything in top-notch condition, ensuring that the space is welcoming and comfortable from the moment you arrive. Unlike other places where you need to make multiple requests, every essential item was already thoughtfully arranged and easily accessible. This attention to detail made our stay stress-free and enjoyable. The overall service was impeccable, with staff demonstrating both professionalism and care. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a well-managed, hassle-free stay.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to. I wish google had an option for me to give no stars to this review. This is definitely not a 3 star hotel, not even close to a 2 star. Everything is bad about this hotel. The staffs are not good, can never reach room service, the showers don’t work, room floors are not clean. Food is horrible, they just have Indian food options and they are not edible. They have stricter rules on stains, I wasn’t affected but looks like other people had hard time with it. The elevators are always full especially during mornings and evenings so it takes much longer to checkout the room.

This hotel is quite an old property, but it’s worth it. Staying on the higher floors with a beach-view room is absolutely perfect. They also have swimming pools. However, the breakfast was not satisfactory for me, as I didn’t see any non-veg items at all. Otherwise, everything else was fine, and the beach is nearby.

The location is really great, the sea beach is around 200 meters from the hotel. This hotel doesn't have a great lift facility and during rush hours(8-10am) can give you some hard time. Having a great balcony but the toilet is not that great, even after having a Bathtub it won't give you good vibes.

Just like most of the reviews we also faced a bad time at this hotel . The staff was rude. While checkout we wanted to keep the luggage in the car while they confirm our checkout( fully paid already) , but they weren’t even letting us do that as if we would run away or something . This kind of behaviour is not correct from a 3 star hotel as we are paying for our stay and not staying for free . And they are charging us 2000 baht for a small food stain which can be easily washed off during laundry and it’s not even worth 2000 baht . We have stayed in another 3star and 4 star hotel in the same trip and they didn’t charge us anything like this and behaved better with us . Looking at other reviews below looks like they do this very frequently . If they have such a rule why don’t you mention the rate of each item in a form when we checkin. Totally disappointed with this hotel and will not recommend it for families with kids .
