Reviews
Arrived with no sign of the parking nor where to get in the lobby. There was no help with our booking until I walked up to get some. The room was located in the front building toward the ocean, but looks very old and dated, air-conditioning wasn't working well. Bathroom is too hot. No balcony !!! The parking garage is very steep. Not worth the money.
It's use to be fancy, not anymore.
We left that night and get another hotel.
Hotel room is pretty decent and big, they have jacuzzi, smart TV and a balcony.
The breakfast is nice, a lot of choices and delicious.
Note:
1. I am recommending that they have a air freshener or a scent of their building. I can smell old wood on the lobby.
2. Hotel room are huge but our door in our room is not functioning well.
3. TV is not working, probably the remote control because we used it on our first day but not working on the next day.
4. Jacuzzi did not work on the first time we used it, the bubble maker is pretty dirty.
5. Pool is nice, they do have steam room but the sauna is not working.
6. They have a great architecture, feels luxurious but not enough.
7. Location is very nice, in front of the hotel is the beach.
-Pool : Can't figure out, tried multiple times during the day over 4 days. Surrounded by 4 high and narrow walls on all sides, I think the sun just doesn't shine here.
-Buffet :went 3 times ..Quality is standard, protein selections limited...(chicken, chicken and more chicken only today) and they struggle to replenish the buffets most popular items in any acceptable time frame. I walked out without accepting today. 300b you need to do better.
Staff labor is friendly enough. Front desk people not so much.
I overpaid but acceptable I guess so close to holiday.
Maybe worth $25 per night without buffet, basic room. No more
This is my bad encounter. As my room requires to walk through the dining area where you get your breakfast, i saw countless cockroaches in the cutlery area and egg frying area. The tiny ones even made it to the lift i had to take. As a person with a huge phobia for cockroaches, i refused to eat breakfast there though i had payed for it.
Would i stay again? Not longer than 2 nights.
Breakfast was cold with the rice, pre-cooked eggs, beans, etc all cold. The the freshly made omelette and coffee we're the only hot items. Staff were inattentive too busy talking and playing around.
Basically overrated and over priced. IMHO.
I strongly advise against choosing this hotel due to my horrendous experience. Upon my arrival, I discovered insects in the walls of my assigned room. After requesting a room change, I encountered a significant bug on a lower floor in the presence of a hotel employee. When I returned to the reservation desk to request a clean room, I was informed that the manager was unavailable for the entire weekend. Later, I discovered that the person assisting me was, in fact, a supervisor unwilling to admit the manager's absence.
After an hour-long call with Agoda, they reluctantly agreed to conduct deep cleaning. Unfortunately, I was compelled to return to the same unsatisfactory room. The room had a persistent unpleasant odor, and the view was marred by deteriorating buildings, which I believe contributed to the insect issue.
Expressing my intention to write a review and share pictures seemed to elicit indifference from the staff. It appears that they were unconcerned about addressing my concerns.
In light of these issues, I strongly advise against choosing this hotel if you value your time and the well-being of your family
There was plenty of choice offered for breakfast in the form of a buffet and pretty much something for everyone.
Nice pool area on the 3rd floor with gym, sauna and steam room.
Overall we had a great stay which was why we came back in the same holiday to stay again. The Hotel itself is in need of a little TLC in the odd place but apart from that a very well priced affordable luxury Hotel.
