Accessibility wise 4 stars
Good aspect is that would get Indian food for breakfast.

Receptionists seem more arrogant, may be our expectations from a 4 star hotel might be more.

We had amazing two days in this prestige hotel while enjoying lot more experiences in terms of hospitality as well as experience in Pattaya Town.
All the major visiting places are at walk-in distance to this hotel which is really amazing and more convinient stores were located nearby.

I was extremely pleased with my stay. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The modern decor created a serene ambiance, and the view from the balcony was simply stunning. The high-quality toiletries and well-stocked much appreciated. and I was thoroughly impressed with the food at the hotel. Each dish was absolutely delicious, with the quality of the ingredients shining through. The presentation was impeccable, and the variety of options ensured there was something for everyone. The service was top-notch, with attentive and knowledgeable staff. Overall, the dining experience was superb, with a wonderful ambiance that made each meal truly enjoyable."

Housekeeping did an outstanding job, and their friendliness added to the positive experience.

Once again had a fantastic stay . The hotel was fantastic with the staff so welcoming so friendly . Beer my cleaning lady done a fantastic job cleaning my room everyday she got eye for detail. The hotel is located near Pattaya Beach but the location is quite peaceful. Rooms are Good but lack basic Amenities. The washroom is not big enough. The swimming pool is amazing.

Buffet Breakfast has limited options but they listen to your request and prepare accordingly.

It's a good choice if you are looking for a budget stay at a good Location. Many Indian Restaurants & 7 Elevan stores nearby.

Lovely hotel and staff. Breakfast and A la carte was enjoyable and had a good selection. The hotel is well situated, being close to everything you need. Good value for the money. Me and my friends would surely choose it again next time we visit Pattaya.

Very nice rooms, nice staff, very nice pool area. They have reasonably priced room service until 10 pm. The air conditoning was exceptional. I was very comfortable my entire stay. Its close to LK Metro so if thats your thing you can walk. I had a very pleasant experience. The only reason not 5 stars is I've slightly better but they allow dogs and since I have a dog this was important to me. But they do charge an extra 500 baht for the dog which was undisclosed to me upon reservation. But they give you a nice welcome bag for my furry companion.
