I stayed at this hotel in Pattaya last night, January 17th.
The toilet seat was very stained. It was brownish, though it's supposed to be white.
I'm sure this is the case with most of the toilet seats in that hotel.
They're old and need to be replaced.
Also, the towels are old and ripped, the shower head is rusty, and the clock in the lobby was four hours behind the actual time.
The hallways in floor 5 were quite dirty, too.
All in all, this hotel is shabby.
Given the fact that they do a very good business, they should invest in new toilet seats and basic repairs.

Cheap hotel in good location. The wifi is barely useable, so bad that you have to opt for 4G 100% of the time staying. Beware of the bike rental shop right next to the hotel, the guy will try to get you pay an absurd amount of money if you return the bike with a little less fuel than it had before (just call a high rating shop on google map if you want to rent motorbikes)

I gave this rating becauee the staff on reception and cleaners were amazing. About the only good thing with the place. I booked this hotel last minute but you can get better elsewhere so look properly. No water was given, no toiletries except the roll and towels. Rooms were small and there was the standard sewage smell coming from either the toilet or the water. No place to leave bags. I expected this at a cheap hostel not a hotel.

I don't even know where to start. This hotel is not good, and I definitely do not recommend it, unless you're okay with constant noise from outside, a loud air conditioner that barely cools, noise from other guests, dirty bedding, hard mattresses, and a tiny room. While you can be prepared for the room size, it was hard to get used to everything else. We rented for a long term and changed several rooms. I must say they were all equally bad. In some rooms, the safe didn't work, in others, the door didn't close properly, some had poor water pressure, and in some the air conditioner was as loud as a motorcycle. After changing rooms several times (thanks to the staff for allowing this), we settled in one with the least problems. Many windows face bars where loud music and noise last half the night. During our stay, the water was turned off for many hours on a couple of occasions. Waking up with no water to use the toilet, wash, or brush teeth was inconvenient. The reception suggested using the restrooms in empty rooms on the second floor, but there was no water there either. Although it's not the hotel's fault, it was still unpleasant to have to change our plans for the day. The location is good, close to a clean beach. It was a bit scary to think about catching something from the not so clean-looking bedding and towels with brown stains. I understand that the staff is trying, but it's hard to improve everything with effort alone. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel and hope I won't have to stay here again.
