Another major issue was the AC outdoor unit, which was placed very close to the room. It created loud noise throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep peacefully.
The bar and drinks staff were also very rude and impatient, which added to the unpleasant stay.
On the positive side, the reception staff behaved very friendly. The breakfast was good, and the swimming pool was well maintained. However, overall, the negatives far outweighed the positives.
Clean rooms, great location, and a peaceful environment.
The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming.
Every moment felt relaxing and comfortable.
I’m very satisfied and hope to return again.
