Horrible place, don't come here. My parents booked a room for two adults and a child. I am 12 and on the website it CLEARLY says that 12 year olds are paid for as children, when we arrived to check in the 2 women working at the counter said that "I was 13" when I clearly wasn't. I was turning 13 this year yes, but I'm still 12 and on the website it says that if you book while you're 12 but when you arrive you're 13 you must pay as an adult, but I was clearly still 12. We even gave them our passports to confirm my age. You know what they said? "Yeah, well she looks 13." Like come on now... And then one of the ladies said "If you can afford a flight to Thailand then why can't you afford to pay for a room here?" Like how unnecessary is that come on now they we're overcharging us for something that could have been easily resolved if they just listened to us. They kept on insisting that I was 13. And they gave us the wrong room as well. We asked for one twin sized bed and one single bed but instead they gave us two single beds. The mattresses are hard and uncomfortable. The service here is horrible don't come here unless you wanna be met with rude staff.

Honestly im horrified and extremely disgusted!! This place is a horrible place to stay in I recommend you go somewhere else I mean this doesn’t even deserve a star. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude plus they can’t even organise the rooms right. I honestly didn’t want to be a Karen about this but the fact that my friends have gone through this horrible experience as well has me gone absolutely mad! Please don’t come here!

The staff here are rude for no reason, they don't speak english and when they couldn't understand me they started rolling their eyes. Gave me the wrong room. I booked a twin bed but they gave us two singles. When I went down to tell them about their mistake they said that "they couldn't do anything about it and that we just had to deal with it." Horrible location if you're ever considering coming here then don't!! Save your money!!
(p.s: the first 3 floors dont have any air conditioning!! this is from first hand experience)

Advantages:
* The location is on Pattaya Street, with everything within walking distance.
* The breakfast is standard.
Disadvantages:
* The rooms are outdated.

The stay was very pleasant and value for money.The rooms were clean with a balcony overlooking the pattaya beach. The food was great and withgood room service.

If you've booked from Agoda, get email confirmation from Hotel. There is lot of confusion as Agoda does booking to hotel via third party. Any cancellation / rebook the property is not smooth process.

I'm giving 5 stars as for the price I paid it would be hard to expect any more than I got. From check in to check out after 2 days I was happy with the service.
The rooms are a good size and well equipped - the bed is firm but not hard so happy with that also.
The swimming pool is large but the beds are taken quickly by the towel reservists that we all know about. I removed 4 towels and kidnapped the chairs for my party and nobody ever came to use the beds ! No surprise really !!
The pool bar is limited in stock - What other bar in Thailand has no Leo 🤣😅🤣
Anyway I would recommend staying here 👌

So a couple of minor negative points. The bathroom has a few issues (see photos) that a maintenance man could solve easily !!
The bed has a mattress that is smaller than the base so banging your leg on the protruding base is a common occurrence ( photo) - I have the bruises to prove it
The carpark is huge but only offers shade for VIP's - I do hate this love of VIP's if I'm honest !! My car sat in bright sun for 2 days - not ideal.

Very old, not so pleasent. In the room, the toilet and water tubes made a lot of noise all the time. Good service by the staff and good location. But I wouldn't return.

It is an old hotel previously close down because of COVID. Now it's open with less staff. Bfast not great. Better eat outside. Their English is bad.

Only been one night, but love it so far. Great location for me, nice rooms, lovely staff. Will look to extend my stay.
