Great hotel, great staff. Management has done an excellent job in training. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff friendly
and helpful. Breakfast was very good and had many options.
We had a grand suite with a massive balcony.
Add to this , we got a fantastic price and needless to say we were very pleased! Kudos to management and staff!

The room and breakfast were great, but it's a little far out, so you'll need a ride to get downtown. The pool is amazing, and the view from it is really nice. Still, it was a good time.

The room was clean, spacious and reasonably priced. The view from the rooftop pool was great. Breakfast was simple but adequate. The amenities in the room were as simple as it can get. Our main issue with the room is the lack of power points. In the entire room, there was only one power point which was located at the most inconspicuous corner of the room. Also a lack of hangers in the cupboard.

The suite I had was on the 4th floor. Inside the equipment was rather basic: 2 hangers in the closets, a kitchenette with two plates, two glasses and two sets of cutlery... No minibar. Significant noise from the road. Many of the items listed by the hotel were not even there. Some towels were smelly. The pool on the 7th floor was nice but there were mostly Russian guests who played their loud music on their own loudspeakers at the pool. Friendly and helpful staff. Fine breakfast. Yet overall this hotel needs to do much more to deserve the 4stars that it claims.

Great hotel. I booked a large room - a living room with a bedroom. Very quiet, good for sleeping. Large comfortable bed, good bathroom, a small kitchenette with kettle, fridge and microwave. Underground parking for motos and cars. The staff is amiable and helpful. I really enjoyed my time at the "Sirin Exclusive Hotel and Residence". Nearby shops, restaurants, and beach. Just 10-15 minutes my moto to the central part of Pattaya.

I have just been to Pattaya and stayed here. Wow the staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful. Especially the young bar man. He was always there with a smile on his face. He laughed everything he saw us. The rooms very very comfortable and large. Food and drinks were amazing and prices great. Couldn't of asked for anymore xx

facilities are very outdated, appearing to be over 20 years old. The towels are worn out and look very dirty. Shower area is mouldy and dirty too. Hence No one post photos of the room. Only rooftop swimming pool is the highlight. Shuttle bus service is such a joke as Staff can always make excuses to not serve you. Won't come back. Not good value.

A wonderful hotel and residence in phratanmak 5.
Huge spotless rooms with specious balconies, great modern bathrooms and a kitchenette (more relevant for longer stays, as cooking utensils are not provided).
The hotel has a decent small gym and a nice rooftop pool with little bar and very helpful staff and a decent restaurant (that provides room service) downstairs.
There is parking and it is within walking distance of the beach and many restaurants and bars.
A wonderful quiet place to stay, especially if you get a good offer as it can get pricy

The building a little far from the city center life. But cheap taxi fixed this minus. The hotel have own free shuttle to some popular places with own schedule. The pool amazing. Not deep (140 cm). Good for kids. The breakfast was good. Staff amazing - very polite. Got late check out without any problems (cost 500 THB). Has a sauna, but we didn't try it. Good place for relaxing.
Near (about 5 min by walk) a local market and some places where you can eat. Actually around hotel two markets, but we preferred the local because another one (bigger) at higher prices and focused on russian-speaking vacationers. The massage salon behind the corner.
