It's a bit far from the main centre. The hotel room looks new but the lobby and walkway looks old. No aircon at lobby

One advantage is hotel located in good location but the rest should be improved big time!!! Starts out from shortage of staff, old rugs with stains, low quality pillows, water fawcet and shower, towels!!! I was expected better but failed. Mistake from those advertising photos indeed.

Very friendly reception staff. Left valuables in drawer on check out. Staff kept them in reception for me to collect.

tldr: Good and clean hotel with all basic need provided.
Chose this hotel because it's just behind Dive Station Pattaya.
Old but well maintained. All the staff here are very helpful and polite, especially the mascot 😼 The room I get has a brand new aircon unit just installed!!! Spacious room just as advertised in booking platform. Working TV and small refrigerator. They provide a thermos for you to fill up with hot water at the lobby. Toilet, shower and bathtub working, water pressure is a lil bit weak but it's ok. I got a king bed in my room, comfortable with a lil bit squeaky. Housekeeping make up the room daily, so it's really sparkling clean in there. The swimming pool is well maintained and I get the pool session of my open water course done right here!
The downside for me, not a big deal. No lift, just stairs, the good old school way. They have three floors here, only ground floor and first floor in operation. (Big, heavy luggages, you have been warned 😉) No personal care kit, if you forgot toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver, can be bought at 7-11, or Best Supermarket near Dolphin circle (5 mins walk) or even the supermarket in Terminal 21.

all person as reception and room keeper and security man was friendly.

awful. wall with mold in the bathroom, the smell from the toilet, a bunch of Russian batchfile-drunks, Swedish grandparents with prostitutes, music far into the night from all the surrounding bars... never again will not go there, although in Thailand are very common.
