Novotel Phuket Vintage Park Resort

The hotel is an excellent choice for a family break. The location is great, only 5 minute walk to the beach and around 15 minutes from the shopping malls. We were allocated connecting rooms at check in as requested which were great for a family of 6. The rooms were modern, spacious and the beds were some of the comfiest I've slept in in my 25 years of coming to Phuket. There was also very little noise at night even though the hotel is situated on a very busy road.
The swimming pool was amazing with shallow parts for the kids, jacuzzi seats and plenty of space to have an actual swim without bumping into people. The swim up pool bar was also a great and welcome addition with plenty of drink and food options and a good 'happy hour' for cocktails 4-6 pm each day.
The food was very good around the pool bar and the combo meal options were pretty good value and the same food was offered for room service of an evening and this was delivered very quickly when ordered. There was also a really good variety of food at the buffet style breakfast each morning. The hotel had plenty of other amenities that you would expect from this standard of hotel - Spa, Gym, Kids clubs etc but we didn't use those this trip. We did use the in hotel Mini-Mart which was great for convenience and very competitively priced, and we also pre booked a private taxi minibus from the airport and back again via the hotel - again this was competitive in price and took all of the stress away from the often manic Phuket airport experience when we had 4 young children in tow!
The only very slight negative we experienced were the cleaners for our rooms, as we had a few issues with not enough towels being left or the new towels were already damp or dirty but this was sorted straight away with a call to the reception team.
Overall an excellent stay and we are already looking at booking for next year.

The resort is very well located, easy to walk around Patong and local bars/restaurants.
The buffet breakfast had a good range of all different foods, the pool was clean and a great size. I had to fly home early due to a family member being ill, a big shout out to GANG from the front desk, he was very understanding and helpful with early check out and changing my booking. Thank you so much for a very nice stay! I will be back soon!

My family had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. The location was great - a quick walk to the beach, shops and Bangla street. We enjoyed lots of time in the pool and at the swim up bar. All the bar stuff were friendly and made great drinks. Mr Ching was particularly kind, funny and welcoming. He would always make an effort to come say hello when he saw us.

We had a wonderful stay at the property, especially because we had booked the pool access room. The staff was very helpful and friendly, the only thing that was very disappointing was that they charge for baby food. All over the world, no 4-5 star property charge for baby food...even a glass of milk was charged. The chef( a sardar guy) was very helpful, he prepared the food for my baby everyday as per I explained to him on the 1st day. Rest the stay was awesome and memorable.

We stayed here as a family of 4 and absolutely loved every moment! Having a swim-in, swim-out pool was such a luxury — it made it so easy for all of us to enjoy a relaxing swim anytime we liked.

The staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived. We had arranged for one child to sleep with us and the other on the couch, and they had everything ready and made up for us, even though we arrived quite late. Their friendly welcome made us feel right at home straight away.

Breakfast at the restaurant was great every morning, with heaps of variety. We mostly ate at the hotel and got to know our wonderful server, Sandy. He really looked after us — even surprising our son with pancakes one morning, even though they weren’t on the buffet that day!

The swim-up bar was a highlight for the adults, especially during happy hour! We didn’t try too many of the kids’ activities, but the foam parties were absolutely awesome and a big hit with the whole family.

Overall, this was the perfect balance of fun and relaxation. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you have the best experience. We’d definitely come back again!

From start to finish. We were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who were always ready to help and made sure we felt right at home.

The hotel’s pool area was one of the highlights. The large pool with a pool bar was perfect for relaxation, while the children’s pool and daily activities were a big hit with the kids. The staff organized fun exercise sessions, and the foam cannon brought plenty of smiles and laughter to the children.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the area and access local attractions.

A wonderful stay with excellent service, fun activities, and a relaxed atmosphere. We highly recommend Novotel and look forward to returning!

Room wasn't the most clean , lot of long stray hair in the bathroom.
Bar lady refused to offer glass of water saying they can only sell bottled water. However the main restaurant served glass of water.
Very limited vegetarian options for dinner and kitchen not keen on doing anything special when asked.

Breakfast is good spread and also have Indian breakfast options
Room size is good and quality of amenities is also of good make
Bed was comfortable and shower had good water pressure and temperature.

Our stay at Novotel Vintage Phuket was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help, making us feel right at home.

The hotel’s child care services from 8 AM to 5 PM were a lifesaver, especially since it's fairly well-equipped, allowing us to enjoy some much-needed relaxation. The swimming area was super clean and safe, which is so important when you have little ones. The poolside bar and adjacent restaurant were perfect for keeping stress at bay, especially with the variety of options on the kids' menu. It made mealtime so easy, with plenty of choices that our kids actually enjoyed!

Everything about our stay was perfect—my wife, our 4-year-old, and our twins (2 years old) all loved it here. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a wide range of delicious options to start the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot and will definitely be returning!
