Novotel Phuket Vintage Park Resort

From start to finish. We were greeted by friendly and welcoming staff who were always ready to help and made sure we felt right at home.

The hotel’s pool area was one of the highlights. The large pool with a pool bar was perfect for relaxation, while the children’s pool and daily activities were a big hit with the kids. The staff organized fun exercise sessions, and the foam cannon brought plenty of smiles and laughter to the children.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The hotel’s location made it easy to explore the area and access local attractions.

Room wasn't the most clean , lot of long stray hair in the bathroom.
Bar lady refused to offer glass of water saying they can only sell bottled water. However the main restaurant served glass of water.
Very limited vegetarian options for dinner and kitchen not keen on doing anything special when asked.

Breakfast is good spread and also have Indian breakfast options
Room size is good and quality of amenities is also of good make
Bed was comfortable and shower had good water pressure and temperature.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Novotel Resort in Phuket, and it exceeded all expectations! The resort itself is stunning, with its lush surroundings and breathtaking views, but what truly made the stay remarkable was the top-notch service and the incredible restaurant.

The restaurant is a gem. The variety of dishes, from authentic Thai cuisine to international options, was exceptional. Every meal was a culinary delight, made from the freshest ingredients. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the flavors were outstanding, and the presentation was exquisite. The ambiance of the restaurant, especially with the beautiful views, made every dining experience feel special.

The staff, though, were the real highlight of the resort. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every team member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring we had a wonderful stay. They remembered small details about our preferences, which made us feel cared for in a personal and thoughtful way.

Our stay at Novotel Vintage Phuket was nothing short of amazing! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The check-in and check-out process was incredibly smooth and hassle-free. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help, making us feel right at home.

The hotel’s child care services from 8 AM to 5 PM were a lifesaver, especially since it's fairly well-equipped, allowing us to enjoy some much-needed relaxation. The swimming area was super clean and safe, which is so important when you have little ones. The poolside bar and adjacent restaurant were perfect for keeping stress at bay, especially with the variety of options on the kids' menu. It made mealtime so easy, with plenty of choices that our kids actually enjoyed!

Everything about our stay was perfect—my wife, our 4-year-old, and our twins (2 years old) all loved it here. The breakfast buffet was also a highlight, with a wide range of delicious options to start the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better vacation spot and will definitely be returning!

It's a great resort for a family of four to stay at. It was nice to check in and check out quickly, and it was impressive that the staff personally took us to the room. There is a Korean restaurant across the road from the resort, so it's good for eating out, and it's within a 15-minute walk to Jungsylon.
My recommendation is to eliminate the smoking areas near the swimming pool next to the restaurant. I hate the smell of cigarettes for non-smokers. I stayed for two days, and I was uncomfortable with a smoker sitting on the outdoor dining table for two consecutive days and a man continuing to smoke. As for breakfast, I know there are many Indian and Chinese guests, but the diet was so focused on the country's food that I didn't have much to eat. I hope you can focus on Western and Thai food.

We had the pool room, which was large and was able to fit an extra bed in for our daughter.
The room was cleaned daily at different times but suited our needs.
The breakfast catered more for Asian tastes than western tastes, but there was enough options to keep my fussy child happy.
The swim up bar made great cocktails and mocktails and was quick with service.
We booked our day tours through the hotel, and while a little more expensive than the street, it was worth the extra peace of mind of no delays or trouble with tour operators.
Location was great, not close to the beach or bangla road, which is what I wanted.
We will definitely be back.

Hotel located in Patong city center and easy to go shopping, beach, massage, bars by walk. Room service and restaurant are perfect and clean which is important for us. Pool and pool bar are amazing, simply said we like and enjoy to much to stay there. I recommend to all my friends, thank you all staff.

First time staying at Novotel Vintage Park Phuket and it is up there with my best stays in Thailand. Absolutely fantastic service from the staff pleasant well presented and quick to attend. Booked a family room which has 2 rooms one with bunk beds and a games console for the kids with an en suite and the other a double bed smart TV and sofa with en suite. Baby cot added.
Swimming pool and activities area is excellent. Well maintained and very clean all areas. Kids activities on certain days too.
Gym is small but a good selection of equipment for a quick workout both cardio and strength.
Pool food and drink menu is good but mostly aimed at international guests and the square restaurant is very good with a big menu for both local and international cuisine.
Book directly and become a member for 10% discount on bills and 6-7pm daily free buffet snacks and buy 1 get 1 free cocktails.
