Consists of two 4-storey buildings.
The hotel has 78 rooms.
Beach: public sandy beach, 500 m from the hotel (2 coastline). Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses– for a fee.

I spent 5 nights at the R Mart Resort in Patong, Phuket, and was very satisfied with my stay. The location of the hotel is excellent- close to all the action, yet situated in a quiet area.
The breakfast was generally okay. While the selection wasn’t exactly to my personal taste, that’s subjective and may vary for others.
The room furnishings are a bit dated, but that didn’t really bother me. However, the lighting in the bathroom could be improved.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful, and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was very good.
"I would definitely choose this hotel again if I decide to stay in Patong.

Service is great. Staff and management are always smiling and say hello even when they are busy. Rooms are clean and well maintained. The grounds and pool are beautiful. Close to the major tourist spots and taxi is just a short walk.

Amazing staying!!!
I’ve been to a lot of hotels in Thailand, but this is a real gem and a real surprise. Good value for the money, clean, beautiful. The stuff checked us in very very quickly and just made our stay so amazing. The pool and restaurant food and drinks are affordable and the people smile all the time. Great management and lovely stuff. Wanna mark Kathee the reception lady that really took care of everything and was lovely and friendly! Thank you all for this great hosting! Very recommended!!

I stayed at the premium rooms that are on the G/F. The room was well renovated. Everything was clean and functional. The location is excellent with the walking street away about 10 mins. Even though it's close to the noisy neighborhood it's quiet at the resort. The pool is good and not much crowded, the fitness center is pretty nice.
Breakfast is great with a rotation of Thai food which was awesome to discover daily. I'd say this is one of the best places to stay around Patong.

It's a very good hotel, very quiet despite being in a crowded area. The breakfast is excellent, the cafe is good, and the bakery is great. There's a large swimming pool. Most guests are Westerners, not many Asians. The staff provides excellent service. The rooms are clean. Overall, I'd like to give it a 6-star rating, but unfortunately, there's only a 5-star option.

It is a very good holiday hotel for a really good price, it is located few steps away from the shopping street and all the attractions in patong area, it is close to the beach but the route to the beach is a good 2 km walk through the shopping street (which is something I like doing).
The staff of the hotel are really friendly and hospital. The lobby is very clean and everyone is very helpful.
The rooms are good sized with all the amenities that you may need such as water cattle, fridge, safe, etc.
However, the shower is in the bath tube so it's not easily accessible to some people with mobility issues( was fine with me).
Lovely hotel over all and very clean and sure will stay here again.

I stayed for 13 nights and had a great experience. The staff found money in my laundry and returned it to me, which showed their honesty. After I checked out, I forgot my second phone, and they contacted my next resort to let me know. Their service was excellent, and I highly recommend this place!

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the bed was rock hard and the bathroom was a bit dated and dark (even with all the lights on), otherwise, this resort was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful, rooms and resort were clean, gym was good (although a few more body machines would be good), food at the restaurant and cafe was tasty, and the pool and pool bar was great. Being there over Christmas the resort put on a buffet and show which was fantastic, would be more than happy to stay there again

We were pleasantly surprised by the resort. It's not large but the staff genuinely care and they seem very invested into customers. We were lucky enough to go during Christmas and they put a Christmas celebration dinner on for guests which was AMAZING.
Would absolutely reccomend this place to stay. Thank you to the team for an exceptional experience.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Patong. It is very quiet though it is a few minutes' walk to everything.
The rooms are clean and neat and well equipped. The staff are super helpful and friendly.
The in-house spa is one of the best experiences you could have.
Go ahead and book in this hotel, and you will never regret it.
