Consists of one 5-storey buildings, 1 nine-storey Annex blocks and four 4-storey buildings Sunset Wing.

Beach: public sandy beach in 50 m from the hotel (1 coastline). Between the hotel and the beach road runs. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee.

Graceland resort and spa was amazing experience for my family. The staff are always friendly to us. The rooms are an excellent size. They always have activities for us and the kids to do.Theres always something fun to do. The breakfast buffet is a step away from our rooms and it is absolutely amazing!!! There is such a variety of food and drinks to choose from. Its perfect because the beach is right down the road and there are alot of diffrent markets / stores near the resort . Definitely recommend 👌 👍

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made my stay so enjoyable from start to finish. Unfortunately, we experienced a medical episode during our stay, but the team went above and beyond to help us. The on-site nurse was outstanding, and the customer relations staff were caring, attentive, and truly compassionate. Their support made a stressful situation so much easier to manage. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for exceptional service and a memorable stay!

Had a 3 nights stay with one deluxe room and one family pool access room. Deluxe room was with basic amenities with garden facing and family pool access was great with a separate sit out area, Luxury room and bath room with direct access to pool from balcony. Good thing was both room had a twin beds and 4 people can share. Hotel also houses a salon, spa, multiple pools, bowling area, kids play area (small though) and at few metres walk will lead you to the wonderful patong beach.
Only complaint I have is not having Indian dishes at breakfast. Breakfast as such was lavish, but in the name of Indian food you all will find is rice and vegetable curry, I don’t know who eats that at breakfast?

Lovely resort hotel with plenty to offer and only a 10min walk to the centre of all the action. Very friendly staff who are always willing to accommodate, especially for young children.
Rooms are large and clean, but does show signs of wear and tear in the interior and exterior of the hotel.
There is a kids club on the premises which has wonderful staff and great activities each day, but the play area inside is definitely suited for under 5yr olds.
Breakfast was amazing with a great variety for all, and having 2 separate dining areas was handy.
The ten pin bowling lanes on premise was wonderful, but maybe having a bowling ramp guide for the children would make it more enjoyable for the younger ones.
Overall it’s a good hotel, but it’s price point is a little high as a few maintenance issues may need to be addressed.

My experience at this hotel was truly wonderful, especially since I was traveling with my child, which was the main reason I chose this place.
Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed, and to my surprise, I was upgraded from a pool-view room to one with direct access to the pool. The room itself was very spacious, spotless, and beautifully arranged—everything exceeded my expectations.
The hotel offers great facilities, including several swimming pools, a bowling alley, and a lovely green lawn where my son and I enjoyed playing football. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic—delicious, varied, and perfect to start the day.
The overall atmosphere of the hotel is relaxing and enjoyable, especially if you plan to stay for several days.
Without a doubt, I’ll be staying here again on my next visit.

We booked two rooms, and since we were traveling with our elderly mother, they thoughtfully placed us in rooms close to the front desk and parking lot. We really appreciated this gesture. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. Although we originally booked for two guests per room, we ended up checking in with three. Housekeeping promptly arrived to provide extra towels, robes, sandals, and other amenities.
The breakfast was decent, offering a variety of breads, pastries, fruits, and cereals. We especially enjoyed the omelette, which was delicious and generously portioned!
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The check-out process took a bit of time as many travelers were checking out simultaneously, and they needed to inspect the rooms before finalizing. But it wasn’t an issue—we relaxed in the lobby and took plenty of photos!
Overall, we highly recommend this hotel. It’s definitely one of the best we’ve ever stayed at.

We stayed at Graceland Resort and Spa and it was fantastic! Staff were amazing and always willing to help always smiling. The service was next level in the assistants we received in regard to a late check-out.
Plenty to do activity wise whether you enjoy bowling, snooker or getting involved with the entertainment team.
Perfect location as you have two exits. One which leads to the beach at the front and the second an exit towards the town and is situated perfectly.
Will definitely stay again at Graceland next time we are in Thailand. Beautiful hotel.

Family of 7 stayed. Rooms were spacious, clean and tidy. Pool access rooms were awesome and found all staff to be friendly and welcoming. Perfect location to get out and about and explore the local area.
Had our nails done in the hotel at Multy Nail's. Point, Bum and Pam were beautiful, friendly and did an amazing job. Will definitely visit them again. Great prices and were able to match designs found online.

At first we were quite skeptical due to some reviews. We checked in at night time was greeted by the staff and serve with a nice juice. Our room 8542 was fantastic and clean just the balcony view is blocked by another building. Location is really good nearby street food vendor. Multiple swimming pool location to go to. Highly recommended. A minutes walk to the beach. A lots of activity were created in the resorts for kids. They even have some complimentary snacks and drinks at the lobby at certain time, indoor playground for the kids. Highly recommended! Tomorrow is our last day here. Signing off from Singapore! Would love to come here again next time!

My family and I stayed there for 4 nights and the quality of the hotel and services was definitely amazing. We ordered food to the hotel room and they were fast. The breakfast was delicious and the pool so a bit deep for short people but overall, it was fun! The bowling aisle is definitely not worth it, there was no one there and we had to keep looking for staffs to help. We paid about 1400 baht for 4 people and shoes to play one game. Not worth it as each additional game was 600 baht.
