Clean room with decently big washroom. Well maintained pool area with bar service on order. What else you need in this price bracket?
I’d suggest this hotel if you’re coming with friends.

-There’s no view from the balcony
-Not a walking distance to Bangla street.
-Breakfast buffet was nice but NOT the room service food.
We were out whole time and just came back to sleep so it was perfect for us.

Service could be improved. We asked the reception people for Island tour recommendations as we hadn't booked earlier and were on a tight timeline. They just looked at us, told "it's costly, please check outside" and resumed looking at their screen.

The service and room amenities were excellent. Everything is conveniently located, especially the mosque and various halal food options. The only downside is that they do not allow early check-in, and there is no microwave in the room. However, aside from these points, my experience was delightful.

No room service staff is very rude . I stayed for 3 days but behaviour of staff is completely not acceptable. The funny thing is that they will ask you to deposit 1000 bath for security before check in and later they will find the way not to return your security amount like small dot in bed sheet or else towel . They will simply click the photo and the day you will check out they will show you that they found this in your room so deducting your security deposit amount

Very good place to stay. The hotel is very nice and clean. There is a small kitchen inside the room. Very convenient. But make sure you don’t take anything from the room, or break — they will charge a lot.
Also the hotel is located in sort of a Muslim street , there is a mosque, so will be a bit noisy.

Price is cheap, but we ordered king-size bed but they turned out give us two single bed put together which means that we need to sleep separately or sleep in the gap.

Very average. Don't have expectations looking at the high ratings. To begin with, you have to fetch your own baggage till the room, no service. Rooms are small, with a kitchen of no use. I'm booking a hotel, not an air bnb. Balcony view is terrible, overlooking neighbour's house. Breakfast is very limited, almost all items repeated daily. Shuttle service of hotel is not very attractive, with drop amd pick up time being the same, it could've been better spaced like drop at 7 pm and pick up at 9pm. Beach is good 2 kms from the hotel.

We had got room on another building next to the main one. Very small room, too tiny bathroom, can't even breathe in that bathroom with no ventilation. Room no. 1309. Room AC was not working smoothly. It was making a lot of sound all day and night and dripping water.
Breakfast was free, but it was worthless. There was no much variety and no veg options unlike other hotels provide and the menu was almost same boring every day.
No one to pick and drop luggage from and to room which is a basic gesture shown to the guests.
Overall it was a bad experience.

Staying in a grand deluxe room. No kitchen utensils provided. However it is equipped with a bar fridge and microwave. Pool is a decent size with deck chairs. Also has a bar deck. Room is decent and beds are very comfortable.

I can say about this huge little place that perched in the hills at the beginning of Nanai for those coming from Karon, you don't expect there to be such an imposing complex .. Very nice rooms, standard deluxe ones I don't know ... Friendly staff at times a totally disinterested ... If you go to eat grilled salmon, excellent thai seafood rice ... For the rest I have nothing else to add I don't have enough information. In the future I may have more to add
