Nice room with a Nice bathroom and a good view. The pillows were really hard, witch made it harder to fall asleep. Great service by the staff and cleening personell. The pool erea was wonderful, with great sunbeds and good food. One thing that sets my rating down, is the hotel breakfast. It was not much to choose between, and not a really great taste eather.

I arrived at the hotel after booking online after 20:00 to meet a man in reception named Murad. His service at the start made me question his professionalism as I could see he did not want to serve me but had no choice as he was alone. Few hours later I asked if he had a iPhone charger and he started to complain that he was working long hours and he is stressed which was irrelevant to my request. He then started to swear in his language at me and even approached to hold my T-shirt to threaten me. Never have I ever experienced such terrible professionalism so I called the police to speak to him as I felt if I resulted to violence to solve this I would make matters very bad for myself and I’m also not that type of person.
Other than this experience which was mind blowing the condition of the hotel was not bad but then again I only spent less than a day there.

2nd time we have stayed here always been a pleasurable experience. 1st time top floor on the pool side. 2nd time 5th floor kitchenette facing the block on the side. Kitchenette was a experience just 2 hotplates no microwave, one plug socket for hot plate and kettle. Cutlery was very sparse as were the plates. Pool bar is underused(don't know why) food in the hotel has always been of a good standard. Staff are polite and very helpful. Hotel is clean, the pool was sparkling. Special mention for Norrie, who is always there and his sidekick Hassam. Will go back again if in Alanya.

Just returned from a brilliant 10 day stay. I'm not sure where the bad reviews about staff are coming from because staff here are so warm and friendly, they can't do enough for you and really make you feel welcome. Pool area is immaculate, plenty of beds and the Balinese beds are a nice touch. Within walking distance of the harbour, few great local places to eat out right on the doorstep, although the food and drinks at HMA are really reasonably priced as well as being very tasty. Special shout out to Noori the barman - we miss you already! Will definitely return, thank you to all the fantastic staff who work really hard, from Jill, Pete and Caitlin.

HMA otel was an absolute gem. Its location was fantastic, centrally situated close to both the beach and the city's attractions. The rooms were spacious and fine, offering an impressive view of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.
The outdoor area was an oasis of relaxation, featuring a lovely pool and a cozy bar where you could enjoy a drink at sunset. Overall, it was an excellent experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday in Turkey.

- We only received 2 beds, not 3 as we had booked. We were able to change rooms after one night. - We had to pay €7.5 per person for breakfast even though they advertise free breakfast. They informed us of this after we had eaten, claiming it did not apply to our room. - There was a sewage smell in the shower, and we were offered perfume spray as a solution. - Fire-hazardous electrical outlets. - A hole in the wall near the air conditioner. - Poor cleanliness; eventually, larvae appeared in the shower, but nothing was done even though we reported it. We had to shower with sandals on. - My son got sick and vomited on the floor. When I asked for cleaning supplies to clean up, I was told they could take care of it the next day. I explained that this needed to be cleaned immediately, as we could not have vomit on the floor, but all I was given was a roll of toilet paper to wipe it up. - Cockroaches in the reception area. - 2 out of 3 people in the room got sick. - The beds and pillows were rock-hard and uncomfortable.

We arrived to stay at the HMA apartments in a family room. When I got in the room with my family I realised I had made a big mistake booking this apartment. The room was like a prison with uncomfortable beds and dirty linen. The pillows were stained. The kitchenette was FILTHY. The Water was cold. The Aircon was terrible and cost loads. The beds for the children were unstable and we're falling over when they were sat on as well as dirty. I honestly felt so bad for bringing my children here so I immediately booked another hotel which was expensive and left the next day. However there was no way that I would stay here. Dirty and prison like. When I was looking at this hotel there were minimal reviews. Trust me, we are not a fussy family but I would not wish this on my worst enemy. The corridors were like something from the horror film hostel. The only redeeming quality was the pool area, this looked nice. Shame about the horrendous apartments. They need to be updated! This was such a costly mistake on my part.

Great location, 5 or so minute walk to the beach. The staff are great. The pool is amazing, very clean. Would deffo come back. This holiday was much needed as a family member has been very sick the past couple if years. We all needed to de-stress. Thanks to all the staff at HMA.

We stayed at hma hotel and suites in June, for our sons 18th birthdays. The rooms were immaculately clean. Loved how each room had separate balconies, so even though we were sharing rooms with our boys it felt like we weren't so it was lovely to have our own space. The breakfast was lovely and fresh every morning. I can't fault the staff at all they were all very friendly and helpful, especially Nuri. He is a lovely gentleman and so helpful when our transfer was cancelled at the last minute due to love hoildays, he got straight on the phone and asked a friend to take us. The pool area was always very clean and inviting. In the whole this hotel/hoilday was the best we have had in a long time, and we will 100% be back to see Nuri in the near future

Great hotel in the city centre.
