HMA Hotel & Suites

HMA otel was an absolute gem. Its location was fantastic, centrally situated close to both the beach and the city's attractions. The rooms were spacious and fine, offering an impressive view of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The outdoor area was an oasis of relaxation, featuring a lovely pool and a cozy bar where you could enjoy a drink at sunset. Overall, it was an excellent experience that I highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable holiday in Turkey.

We stayed at hma hotel and suites in June, for our sons 18th birthdays. The rooms were immaculately clean. Loved how each room had separate balconies, so even though we were sharing rooms with our boys it felt like we weren't so it was lovely to have our own space. The breakfast was lovely and fresh every morning. I can't fault the staff at all they were all very friendly and helpful, especially Nuri. He is a lovely gentleman and so helpful when our transfer was cancelled at the last minute due to love hoildays, he got straight on the phone and asked a friend to take us. The pool area was always very clean and inviting. In the whole this hotel/hoilday was the best we have had in a long time, and we will 100% be back to see Nuri in the near future

Great hotel in the city centre.
All staff are friendly and always ready to solve the issues that have arisen. The cleaning is excellent. Will I come back to this hotel again? - definitely yes!

I love this hotel, and have used it 2-3 times a year, for 6 years now. A small hotel, with perfect location and alanya’s best view. On one side, you can see castle. And on the other, you see the I love alanya sign. What’s not to love?
The staff is super helpful, and the rooms are exactly like the pictures. I am very pleased, and can’t wait to be back 2 months later.

Great hotel but air conditioned room is a must have if in hot weather (6th floor only). All other floors are older design. The lift is quite old and will get stuck if more than 4 people use. Corridors and lift were very hot.

Swimming pool open 9am - 7pm. No sitting around the pool out of these hours also.

If paying in local currency (₺) you will be charged at a higher exchange rate (as the hotels currency is €). The receptionist didn’t even return the 55tl change from the payment.

All in all, would book again but would be wary of these things.

+ Central location. Very nice room. We stayed at deluxe room. Good bed and bedding. Nice bathroom with good shower and towels. Big balcony with nice views from 6th floor. There was a kettle in the room but no coffee or tea?
- Elevator was a bit slow.

Friendly and helpful staff. Bathrooms could use a bit more cleaning. Also one small (and very slow) elevator for such a big hotel can be a problem sometimes for older people. We didn’t have a problem using staircase for 6th floor, but we did see some mothers having to go with the trolly by staircase when the elevator was stuck
