1 star or worse service, quality of the room and the food made 7/11 people sick. No cleaning of the pool. I do not recommend this at all.

Good hospitality and kindness from staff, nice hotel comparing with price

We had the most amazing time thanks to the wonderful staff. Great place for the kids. Right next to the beach. Rooms were clean and the food was delicious. We were given a tour of an amazing room full of antiques. If you visit ask the manager for a tour of the antiques collection. You will take a journey to the past.

Everything is top notch, I was in this hotel before, the food was much better than last time and the pool was made better than before. Of the fours, the best is the only downside is being at the end of Cleopatra Beach

The hotel looked nice at first glance, but that's about it. There were cockroaches running around, the cleaning staff came only once in seven days, and even then, the cleaning was very poor. They didn't change the towels at all, and we didn't even receive them at the beginning—we had to ask for them. The "all-inclusive" service had a very limited selection of free alcohol at the bar (the cheapest vodka, gin, rum, wine), and the better options were at an extra charge (€10 each). The main bartender (bald with a mustache under his nose and a big belly) was very arrogant and unpleasant. The bar was open only until 10 PM, and the bar rules were that each person could take only one glass, and you had to keep going back for refills—completely ridiculous. The food was also terrible. There was no entertainment, no animators, nothing at all. You only get one room key card, regardless of how many people are staying. Very bad hotel, I do not recommend it to anyone.

A small coasy clean Hotel suitabale for calm rest. There is Cleopatra beach and nice paths to go for a walk nearby.
The staff is very friendly and responsible.
Thanks for the hotel manager ❤️and his helper Murat ❤️ and friendly staff.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!

I recently stayed at Fatih Hotel Kleopatra with my partner, and it was an absolute nightmare. Despite paying for an all-inclusive package, we were forced to pay extra for cocktails and anything from the bar. It was misleading and frustrating.

Both my partner and I ended up with food poisoning from the hotel’s restaurant, and the food tasted awful. To make matters worse, after three days, the hotel refused to give us fresh towels, claiming that the ones we had weren’t dirty enough. It was absurd and unhygienic.

None of the staff spoke English, which made communication incredibly difficult. They tried to charge us for everything, even though we had paid for an all-inclusive stay. We were expected to pay for internet access, which should have been included.

The entire hotel reeked of a terrible odor, no matter where we were. It was unbearable and made our stay extremely unpleasant.

I would not recommend Fatih Hotel Kleopatra to anyone. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs!

When we came to the hotell they put this letter in front of us (look at the picture) Wich tells whats actually included and not.

Would much rather sleep at a hostel! They are not hygienic at all!

If i could give 0 stars, i would. The absolute worst hotel i have ever been to. The receptionist are the most rude people you will ever meet. They don’t answer went spoken to, and gives disgusting looks whereever you go. The rooms are dirty and filthy, and the hotel doesn’t look anything like the pictures. We we’re promised a very nice bathroom, but received a very outdated and broken bathroom. The beds in the room were very womky. They were filled with hairs and human fluids on the bedsheet. In the bathroom there was mold in all the corners. The food in the hotel was absolutely disgusting and undercooked. The food section was very limited and the cakes they’d was so watery and had no taste at all. The employees came to our room and begged for money. We’re booked through Corendon and we immediately requested a new hotel and within 24 hours, we’re relocated to Kahya Hotel which has so far been wonderful. Stay away from this hotel, and book anywhere else for your own sake.

Sadly the worst vacation of my life. I have been to Turkey for 5 times by now and I've always loved it. I always come with an open mind and I love to try out the local food in the hotel as well. This year as we only ate in the hotel. By the 3rd day we got terribly sick. I ended up in the local hospital for 2 days with gastroenteritis. I talked to the "hotel manager" about it (I just wanted to let him know, we didn't ask for refund or anything) and he just tried to deny everything. He kept blaming the hospitals for saying fake news about the hotel for the insurance. Other guests from the hotel were sick too. As for the rest: - if you are not in your room when the cleaning staff comes and you don't ask for it, they won't come to clean - our friends had diarrhea too and they didn't get toilet paper after the "daily" room cleaning. He went for the reception to ask for toilet paper and the receptionist charged 12 euros for 4 rolls of it. - the food isn't fresh or cooked enough, many times, be careful with what you choose - the dining area is very warm in general, and the food stays there for hours. It's not cooled down. Food safety is awful in general. - the pool is not cleaned at all, better to avoid it. I would like to point it out that we are not that picky and critical about our hotels in general. Since I tried to talk with the manager about the problem the recepitonist doesn't even look at us when we enter. Besides that the staff barely talks english, not even at the reception. We thought that this hotel will be good this year because of it's fairly cheap price but this whole infection thing took 4 days off of our 7 day vacation. It was a very sad experience for us and for our friends as well.
