Kleopatra Fatih Hotel

The hotel looked nice at first glance, but that's about it. There were cockroaches running around, the cleaning staff came only once in seven days, and even then, the cleaning was very poor. They didn't change the towels at all, and we didn't even receive them at the beginning—we had to ask for them. The "all-inclusive" service had a very limited selection of free alcohol at the bar (the cheapest vodka, gin, rum, wine), and the better options were at an extra charge (€10 each). The main bartender (bald with a mustache under his nose and a big belly) was very arrogant and unpleasant. The bar was open only until 10 PM, and the bar rules were that each person could take only one glass, and you had to keep going back for refills—completely ridiculous. The food was also terrible. There was no entertainment, no animators, nothing at all. You only get one room key card, regardless of how many people are staying. Very bad hotel, I do not recommend it to anyone.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs!

I recently stayed at Fatih Hotel Kleopatra with my partner, and it was an absolute nightmare. Despite paying for an all-inclusive package, we were forced to pay extra for cocktails and anything from the bar. It was misleading and frustrating.

Both my partner and I ended up with food poisoning from the hotel’s restaurant, and the food tasted awful. To make matters worse, after three days, the hotel refused to give us fresh towels, claiming that the ones we had weren’t dirty enough. It was absurd and unhygienic.

None of the staff spoke English, which made communication incredibly difficult. They tried to charge us for everything, even though we had paid for an all-inclusive stay. We were expected to pay for internet access, which should have been included.

The entire hotel reeked of a terrible odor, no matter where we were. It was unbearable and made our stay extremely unpleasant.

I would not recommend Fatih Hotel Kleopatra to anyone. Save your money and avoid this place at all costs!

Would much rather sleep at a hostel! They are not hygienic at all!

I recently stayed at Cleopatra Fatih, and my experience was far from satisfactory. Firstly, the WiFi is not free it costs 14€ and is only available for one person at a time. Additionally, the housekeeping was terrible. There were dead cockroaches under the bed and on the floor. When we informed the receptionist, he said it was normal and that nothing could be done about it.

Moreover, the safe in the room requires a paid key, which is highly inconvenient. The food was often cold and tasteless, adding to our disappointment. The pool hours are very restrictive, only open from 9 AM to 6 PM. If you wish to swim outside these hours, you are not allowed to.

There was no hot or warm water, only cold. In the last two days of our stay, an employee followed us around, demanding that we give a 5-star review. We told him we were unhappy with our stay, but he kept following us. Music was only played at night, very loudly, making it difficult to sleep. During the day, they wouldn't play music unless you specifically asked.

There was also a child with a water gun who was spraying everyone and behaving poorly. The staff did nothing to address this, and the child's mother was nowhere to be found. At the dining area, the floors were often washed with soap, making them extremely slippery.

Overall, I would not recommend Cleopatra Fatih to anyone.

This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever been. The service isn't cind, they don't clean rooms even we told to clean, our room don't have hot water for shower, first day we don't have a towels, we had to told them to gave us, we don't have a balcony and internet, internet pays extra, food always missing even if we came in time... Shameful...
If you want to be poisoned by food, you are in the right place

Do not recommend! They do not change the bed sheets or towels after guests, they didn’t even wiped the floors or cleaned the toilet. And if you ask them to do so, they said they did, but you find the same dirt. Also hotel is more then 3km from center eventho they wrote everywhere 1-2km. Staff doesn’t speak proper English or they speak it on a very low level. There is no internet at all in the rooms and the one in the lobby it’s not working. I would say that someone should take them all the stars.

The stuff Is okey but the manager Is awful, for people other than Russian. We had all inclusive but he refused to give us drinks before 10. We are polish, the stuff wanted give us drinks but the manager said no. Ramazan Is the best one, super nice. The food was okey. The rooms not the worst.
