Floria Beach Hotel

I spent a wonderful week at this hotel. It is small hotel at the beginning of Alanya. The room is small but clean. Cleaning was every day. Staff is nice, polite and always smiling. Especially Mustafa who talked a lot with me. I really loved area around restaurant and bar. Great view to the sea, sunset and castle of Alanya. You can just sit, look and listen sound of sea. Private beach is downstairs. You always found free sunbeds. Food was delicious. Not as big selection as in big hotels but everything was very tasty. Fruits, vegetables, variety of salads, meat (baked or stewed), pizza, pide. For lunch and dinner also grilled meat and fish. And great desserts. There is no facilities for kids, so the hotel is without kids. To the city centre you can go by promenade or you can go by bus for 1 euro. I really enjoyed my vacation at this hotel. If you are looking for a quiet place to relax, this is the perfect hotel for you.

Didn’t actually stay here, but LoveHolidays messed up and didn’t tell us they were fully booked. Ismail (sorry if spelt wrong) was great on reception and helped us with LoveHolidays and sorting a new hotel. They let us use their facilities, WiFi, gave us drinks and sorted us a taxi. 10/10 for service. View from the restaurant looked unreal and the toilets were very clean. Legends.

I am staying at this wonderful hotel now with my family and this is my 5th time with Floria beach hotel Alanya. It is a beautiful hotel on the seaside. I really enjoyed staying there. Mustafa and all his team are doing a great job. They were very helpful, kind and attentive. Everything was always very clean. Food is delicious and diverse. You can get to the center easily by bus or if you are more it worth to take a taxi as well. It was a nice experience and I had a wonderful time. Thank you!

Just return from a 7 night break, at this beautiful hotel. Everywhere is very clean, food is wonderful. Rooms with a beautiful view of the sea.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
Gym was good, but needs air conditioning as it gets very hot.
Pool very clean, and also the beach was kept very clean.
Great place to visit, for a peaceful holiday, we will be back there again.

Hotel is located at the beginning of Cleopatra beach, probably the best part of this beautiful beach. You can enjoy sound of waves every moment, doesn't matter if you are in the room or restaurant, position is just great. Food is delicious and various. Hotel is decorated in modern, minimalist style, really different from other hotels I saw in the city. Everything is so clean. And definitely the best of everything is the staff. Every single person, from beach boy, waiters, manager, owner, every person is so kind. They took care of every detail and made our vacation perfect. Looking forward to come back here :)

Hotel is really nice, location is great, on the beach with its own sunbeds, which is rare to find in Alanya. Rooms are great, cleaned EVERY DAY, sheets, towels changed every day, which we didn't expect. Restaurant is very nice, clean. Due to Covid-19 the food is being poured by the staff, but it does not lack in quality. The staff - all nice things to say! Whole staff, from restaurant chefs, to waiters to beach boy (soo nice and funny and interesting guy) - every single one is very professional, friendly and polite. They really like kids and like to interact with them.
We asked for a baby cot and got it without any problem, and in the restaurant they ask every time if we need the baby chair.
Now, beach itself is nice, but when getting into the water, the rocks are big, so it is not that great, but it is not the hotel's problem, but needs to be said.
Only bad sides - the beds in rooms are small, the double bed is small but still comfortable; the lunch and dinner last short (but there are snacks if it is not enough for you 😄); the restaurant smell can get into the room, but it doesn't happen all the time.
All in all - loved it! Any down sides are being blown away by such nice staff!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location of the hotel at the beginning of Cleopatra's beach makes it calm, the sounds of the waves that can be heard in the room, the magical view to the sea and the fortress from the garden of the restaurant and bar that makes you feel sorry to go to any other restaurant. Extremely clean, rooms nice and nicely decorated with good lighting.
The food is delicious, a large selection of different types of dishes and dessert. The staff is very kind and caring. Definitely a place to recommend and visit again.

Everything was excellent, food, room and especially service. The staff is more than great. At the beginning of June water was perfect. Hotel beach is clean and beach boy is adorable and always around. I'll be back :) for sure!

A very pleasant surprise for me! Everything is more than good, except for the slightly slower internet. Very clean, comfortable, the food is for 10+, everyone is incredibly kind. The facility is perfect, and a vacation is guaranteed.

This hotel is beautiful, the food is delicious, and the location fantastic. My family and I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. Turkish hospitality is among the best in the world - as is Turkish food - and the cooks, waiters, and cleaning staff made us feel very welcome.

So, why am I not giving this hotel five stars? I truly wish that I could give the hotel five stars; however, when we arrived, the hotel had no record of our reservation and made it quite difficult to get the rooms that we had pre-paid for... After a long trip, the last thing we wanted was to argue for 1.5 hours to get the rooms we had reserved. As the entire balance was charged to my credit card days before we arrived, it never crossed my mind that there could be a problem with our rooms.

I would probably stay here again and likely recommend the hotel to others as well, but with the big caveat that it is necessary to double and then triple check by phone to make sure they have your rooms properly reserved.
