Reviews
The highlights
- Hotel in a good location, 5 minutes walk from the beach
- The hotel was renovated in early 2024
- Hotel service of the highest standard, professional and very friendly
- Room standard is fantastic
- Food very good, sometimes even amazing; however, after time it can get boring
- The hotel is for children, however it is not suitable for them
- There are a few things missing from the all-inclusive offer
We arrived at the hotel in the morning where we were immediately greeted by the staff, our luggage was taken care of and we were accommodated. Also throughout our stay the hotel staff were very helpful and polite, I am really impressed with the professionalism and kindness.
The room we spent our holiday in was a Deluxe double room with mountain and city views. The room in this hotel is very impressive. The bed is large and very comfortable, the mattress soft. The bathroom is spacious, a very large shower. The balcony is also spacious, it was possible to spend time on it in two people. The room has air conditioning which works very well. I really liked the idea of mounting the TV in a large mirror, it looks fantastic with the lights out. The only downside to the room in my opinion was that there was not enough space for clothes, a small wardrobe would have been useful.
After checking in we went downstairs to lie by the pool and have a drink. The pool is relatively small and there aren't many sun loungers either, but we were always able to find a spot. As for the bar, the bar is located in the hotel lobby, but it also has a window by the pool so you can order drinks without going inside. The all-inclusive option offers a choice of : from soft drinks : cola, cola zero, fanta, sprite ; from alcoholic drinks : white and red wine, whisky, gin, brandy, vodka and beer (which was exceptionally good).
After the pool we went for our first meal. There is no shortage of food at the hotel. From 8am to 10am there is breakfast, 12.30pm to 2pm is lunch, between 12.30pm and 4.30pm is the snack bar by the pool, from 2.30pm to 4.30pm is ice cream and from 7pm to 9pm is dinner. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served buffet style, every day something different to eat, there is something for everyone. We enjoyed the food very much, although towards the end we were a little bored with it.
We were most positively surprised by the snack bar where pizzas, burgers, onion rings, nuggets and fries were served. The pizzas were made from scratch (their own dough and sauce) and were really good.
It is now worth talking about what we did not like :
The hotel is supposedly intended for families with children, but I think it is not designed for this. Children have their own paddling pool at the pool, but it is too small and too close to the sunbeds, there was often a situation where the children were playing so ‘intensely’ in the water that the water flew onto your sunbed.
At the canteen you could also feel the presence of children. There is a lack of space and special areas for families with children, sometimes the crying and running of the young inhabitants of the hotel was unbearable.
If the hotel wants to host children it should adapt better to this.
It is also worth mentioning the all-inclusive option we had, as the name suggests all-inclusive should include everything. However, it does not include everything. In the room if you want a safe you have to pay for it, sun beds on the beach are extra paid, special drinks are extra paid. Of course we were aware of this when booking the hotel, but I think this practice on the part of any hotel is just not right, if you have the ALL IN option you should basically have everything the hotel offers.
In conclusion, would I recommend this hotel for a holiday? Absolutely!
I recently visited Cleopatra Hair Salon in the hotel and was thoroughly impressed. My hairstylist, Abdullah, listened carefully to my requests and provided excellent advice on what would suit me best. He was meticulous and professional, and the result exceeded my expectations.
The salon was clean and modern, using high-quality products. I also received great tips on how to care for my hair between visits. I highly recommend Cleopatra Hair Salon in the hotel and look forward to my next visit!
Yet the staff that have worked here for years are still here. Their experience and love for this hotel is clearly evident.
Kleopatra Dreams Beach is perfectly located directly across the road from the world famous Cleopatra Beach, public transport is literally right outside the hotel.
There is a Starbucks barrister in Leo's Cafe on the first floor. The cafe overlooks the swimming pool and has a beautiful view of the beach.
The is an onsite nurse from a near by hospital who speaks English.
There is a Turkish Hammam, fantastically equipped gym and a Hair dresser in the hotel grounds.
If guest want to use an indoor pool that is available also.
Around a beautiful hotel. Professional staff.
The positive energy gives a welcoming homely feeling.
I am spending here my holidays now and I must say that this place is perfect!
I reserved that hotel by Tui in all inclusive option. It is the best hotel with all inc. Which I have been before. Why? Everything is clean and new. In main area (swimming pool) is playing loundly chill music. Animator kindly informs about possible activities and talks with people :) Some guy from tattoo studio informs about his offer but the clue is that everything is unobtrusive. It is normal conversation. Service is in the highest level of proficiency. Polite, nice, helpfull and smiled. Food is delicious. What is nice - tables/bufet is always clean and food is fresh. There is no option that there would be something not enough for people who come later. There is always full. Rooms are clean, big enough and there is no need to be worried about view. Hotel is whole placed in attractive possition. One minus- I have not seen an option with choose double bed or two separated :(
Hotel do not has private beach but it is not any problem. Beach is 2 minutes from the hotel and there is a hotel bar and not expensive bed to reservation. Cleopatra beach is beautiful.
I wish I meet only hotels which would be as high quality as yours. 💪🏼
Thanks for wonderfull holidays, good job ❤️🔆
P.S. hotel is after total renovation, so real picture are on booking ;)
No A/C in the public areas, only on the reception area, lobby and dinning room.
Bartenders are friendly, waiters could be more careful with the kids while they are doing their service.
Rooms are clean and public areas too..
Very friendly staff on the beach.
All overall not bad at all. Far away from European 4 stars, but we enjoyed staying there..
+ it's located almost at Kleopatra's beach
+ at least Rooms at 6th floor are really large
+tasty and Various food. There are some "meditarean dinner, mexican ones etc.
+ clean Rooms
+ some Rooms have view both on sea and mountains,I definitely loved it
+ very nice and friendly staff, they seem to love kids!🙂
+ I really loved 🙂Staff at the beach bar, special regards for my "best beach friend" - a lifeguard in yellow t-shirt - he found my cellphone in the Sea (yeah, actually I've lost it in the water...) and gave it back to me🙂 !
+ Hotel located really close to city Center
Time for some cons:
- pool is being closed at 5pm 😔
- rooms need to be renovated I think ( yeah,I saw pics before making reservation, for me personaly room was not a problem at all)
- next to the hotel there's another one - Palm Royal?...and sometimes it's extremelly noisy, they play sometimes in the evening music so loud, you cannot hear your thoughts
- I was with one kid (almost 5) and I really missed some playground for little ones.
In general - strong 4 stars!🙂
