We spent a truly wonderful holiday at the Kleopatra Dream Beach Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the excellent service and the staff’s attitude – everyone was very friendly, helpful, and attentive, both in the hotel itself and on the beach. We really felt welcome.
The rooms were beautifully furnished, modern, and very well equipped. Everything was perfectly cleaned every day, which added to the overall comfort.
The food was excellent – a varied selection, fresh ingredients, and deliciously prepared dishes. There was something for everyone.
Overall, we can highly recommend this hotel. Great location, high-quality services, and a pleasant atmosphere – an ideal place for a relaxing holiday.

They set in system to overbook and not give the correct rooms on arrival. We had booked a 2 bedroom room. We got it two days later and the only compensation we got was free sunbeds and parasols at the beach. You get almost no information on where or what you can find rooms or times for food etc.
There are no allergy signs at the buffet so its a gambel each day to figure out what is safe or not.

There is just one word for this hotel. Amazing! Ok the pool could be a bit bigger and with some more sun beds since they all are occupied at 9.30 latest. The food is very good and fresh. A lot of choices every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner buffes. Dinner nights with different themes. There is also a BBQ outside during dinner time. Mostly with different kind of grilled chicken. I.e. chicken gyros/döner. The snack bar is open 12.30 pm to 4.30 pm and has hamburgers, fries, pizzas, chicken (nuggets and schnitzel) etc. And one special dish every day (ie parmesan pasta, chicken tortilla etc). Bar is open from 10 am to 11 pm and has real Coca cola, Fanta and Sprite. The beer included in all inclusive is Tuborg tap beer which is good. There is an ice cream bar included in all inclusive, also with many different pastries. The facilities and rooms are extremely nice and newly renovated. The pool is very clean and also seem to be cooled since it keeps around 26 degrees Celsius when it's 35 in the air. So nice! All staff is very friendly and professional. We are not beach people, but the beach is very nice. Although the first two meters in the water are sand. The next three meters are rock bottom which is uneven and slippery. This applies to most of Kleopatra beach except for some small parts. But we just love the cool pool at the hotel!

The room cleaning service is very good, food is tasty, rooms are really modern, we have everyting we need :) we have fresh towels everyday, amazing snack bar, the pool is child friendly, always clean and nice. The most amazing thing is that we have a beach just few steps from hotel :)

We had a reserservation for 2 rooms with side sea view, 3 people for 15th to 22th June, 2025.
When we arrived they told us they are full(which was a lie as we saw multiple people check in in the following days)and for the first 2 nights they will move us to the Royal Palm hotel which is across the street, that hotel was awful, it smell bad, not renovated and very hot in the rooms.
After these 2 nights they offered us ultra all inclusive instead of all inclusive due to the problem caused but when we went to our rooms we had no side sea view, again overbooked. Only starting the 4th night they gave us 1 room with sea view, the other remained with view to another construction.
Food is ok most of the days, don't expect such big variety or quality but you have what to eat, what we really enjoyed was the food thematic dinners: Turkish and Mexican.
Beside that barman at the beach and coffee guy at Starbucks 1st floor are not very pleased to serve you, they seem to expect only tips.
Overall you might have an ok experience if everything works smooth for your booking, from my end I would not recommend to go there, management is terrible, the managers and people at front desk should be fired, they ruined half of my vacation because we could not sleep in the other hotel and arguing for the correct room we paid for.
