Stolen shoes from the room.

Very strange situation happen and no action from management.

My mom arrived from the north, wearing warm clothes and winter shoes. Upon arrival, she placed her shoes in the closet, expecting not to need them due to the warm weather (25-30°C).

However, the initial room we were assigned was located directly above the hotel entrance, where transfer buses arrived continuously throughout the night. The buses idled with engines running for 10-15 minutes each time, filling the room with gasoline fumes and creating a lot of noice. Even with the windows closed, the noise was overwhelming. We had to go to the reception at 2 a.m. to ask if they could at least turn off the engines while waiting, but they didn't. Next day we requested to change the room, they changed it for an additional charge of 50 euros in cash. We moved to a new room, ensuring all our belongings were packed and taken with us and that room is empty.

On the last day, as my mom was packing, she discovered her winter shoes were missing—the same pair she wore upon arrival. We immediately reported this to reception, but they claimed no shoes were found. This leaves us with two possibilities: the shoes were either left in the first room (which housekeeping denies seeing) or went missing from the second room. Either way, this raises serious concerns about honesty and security in the hotel.

We are disappointed by the apparent loss of personal belongings. Management didn't even want to double check it with housekeepers and we had to insist. It’s unacceptable that such issues are treated so casually.

Upon arrival were offered a room accessible through a dark corridor, partially without any lighting, with inadequate cooling of about 35°C. We requested a change. We received a room that seemed to have proper cooling, but the beds were completely worn out and unusable (to illustrate: I preferred to make my bed on the floor, on the stone), and after a short time, the air conditioner started dripping heavily, soaking the bed. Naturally, we requested a third room, but they were unwilling to carry out the change until we threatened to involve the police. The third room seemed adequate for that night, but by the next morning, we encountered another horror: from 10 AM to 10 PM, loud music was constantly played by the pool, making it impossible to rest, as the room had no soundproofing.

On the third day, this room was also changed. By this point, we were waiting for what would come next with skepticism and a lack of trust, and indeed, the air conditioner in this room also started dripping within a day, requiring repairs. In summary, after the mentioned repairs, the fourth room functioned well on the fourth day.

- Despite the utmost care and eating exclusively at the hotel restaurant, both of us fell ill, and I had to receive urgent medical treatment.
- The hotel's beach was so filthy that I have never experienced anything like it anywhere. One day, for instance, I picked up a light bulb from the sand, but bandages and pieces of plastic were constantly present."

By far, the most depressing AI hotel in Turkey!

The most stingy managment i ever seen in my life and when i asked, i was told it belongs to a government entity.

The rooms are actually nice but thats it.

Everything else is run with the lowest budget possible. Please check the pictures attached.

You need to wait 20 mins for the elevator cos they are old and not designed to operate with such capacity.

They dont provide beach towels, the sunbeds at the beach are completely run down and there is no bar at the beach. There are no toilets at beach but a toilet that has no door and is not functional.

The workers all look like they are depressed, old dirty shirts and dont want to work, not even one fake smile the entire week!

The pool bar is sooo depressing but so is everywhere in this place, looks like a bar in a prison, not a hotel!

I went to get scrambled eggs for breakfast and the station was closed at 9.55am when its suppose to close at 10.30am and when i asked, they said they cant help me..

The chicken is the driest and coldest chicken i ever ate in my life. Only the salad bar was alright..

The disco smelt soo damp 🤮

The gym is a joke and not even functional!

Please dont waist your money and pay more and get a better holiday with better service.

Well where should I start.....Alanya definitely is a good place with nice and warm sea and nice mounten view but the hotel is old and unfortunatelly no maintained: the elevator is really really slow, AC is old and does not work effectivly. The food is very poor ( and we both have got sick), if you are not on the good side of the hotel, you must listen the DJ from 10am until 10pm which is unacceptable ( you can not rest at all). We got proper room for 4th choice after 3 days and after some strong feedback. And in the 4th room we also have to require the mechanic becaouse the AC started flow.....So summarizly: We can not suggest to go there......

This is not a hotel this is a building site ! There is a Man who all Day is cutting metal and banging in metal and stone things everyday! providing lot of noises! this is unacceptable you feel more like on building site than on holiday's!

Very cheap and old hotel. Terrible Turkish service. Towels are changed only every three days. Terrible old elevators requiring replacement.
The best thing is location far from the city center.

If it is 2 stars hotel than ok but it’s 4 stars. Broken window in hotel room, dirty air conditioner half working. Snack bar awful, for dinner all meat dishes without salt and paper. Totally disaster for real! And for the end alkohol bar. Wodka, gin and cheap wine. What a joke.. One more time this is 4starts hotel? This is a joke .. People don’t come here .
