The hotel is located 10 minutes from the beach Cleopatra number 6-7. Quiet area in contrast to the first line. Very interesting interior of the hotel, everything is new. There are 2 buildings. In two buildings 2 swimming pools. Breakfast is good (8-10 am). Friendly staff. We liked everything.

I do not recommend visiting, the only plus is that the hotel is located near Cleopatra Beach. 1) When we checked in, there were long black hairs on the bed, in the bathroom, on the floor, even in the refrigerator. After complaining to the reception, a cleaning lady came, who was apparently very unhappy that she was forced to do something, and said that everything was clean before our check-in. 2) The hotel has come up with its own rules and prohibits bringing your own drinks and food to the room. You cannot buy drinks in the store and come to the pool, and you also cannot order food from a restaurant in the city to your room. 3) The impression was finally spoiled by the reception, who called on the day of departure at 11 am and said that their check-out is at 11. No one warned about this upon check-in. There are more hospitable and clean hotels in Alanya, do not ruin your vacation in Hildegard

Having been to Antalya many times, 6 weeks previous being our last visit to Side and Kaleici and only ever choosing, small boutique hotels, this was our first visit to Alanya and we were very excited about our stay and after careful consideration we chose the Hildegard hotel.
I’m going to try and be very fair when reviewing this hotel so you at least know what to expect.
Positives: it’s obvious the owners have spent some serious money doing up the Hildegard hotel as rooms as new in design and very comfortable.
The hotel is approx 5 mins from the beach and main shopping street.
Set a few roads behind so should be pretty quiet.
Each room provided with a big half sized fridge for all your drinks and snacks.
The property also has a lovely and completely private balcony for each room.
Also a big flat screen tv in each room which you can attach your own Netflix to.
The negatives: I’m not sure this hotel knows who it’s clients are, it’s a small hotel set over 2 buildings with no more than 30 rooms.
Honestly I feel this hotel is more suited to anyone from the age of 17 to 23 at present, think your first lads holiday away.
It’s full of kids, the walks are paper thin so you hear them arguing, music playing, doors being slammed and even someone slapping down the stairs in flip flops at 1am.
Lads on scooters turning up to the hotel at 2am loud as anything and if you’re lucky enough to have a pool view, then at 8am the music and laughing and screaming starts again.
We moved rooms to the opposite side of the hotel with a street view for a bit more peace and quiet but obviously you get the kids coming and going at all hours.
No safe in the room, only at reception that you pay for.
Only 1 room card per room, even though there’s 2 of you travelling.
The air on was a joke as pretty much took an hour to cool the room down,
Finally the reception staff. 3 men, the night shift guy was an absolute gent, the day staff not so friendly ie the guy with hair was pretty much rude most days with no hello, didn’t even raise his head as you walked in or out of the hotel and he just made us feel uncomfortable.
Now this is by no means a five star hotel but it definitely has its positives. However for us, a holiday is meant to be relaxing and after 8 days we couldn’t wait to move onto our next location,
Unfortunately there would be no possibility of us even considering staying here again.

Cozy little hotel, great location: grocery stores, market, cafe, 5 minutes to the beach. Quiet. Cleanliness and delicious breakfast buffet. Friendly and welcoming staff, they don't speak Russian, only English and Turkish! Orhan, Murat & another young man-merhaba & Teşekkür ederim))

This was a great experience. The people at this hotel are good people trying their best. Its a small hotel. To you people going to this place try out the many good restuarants just 2-3 minutes from the hotel. Even try out the restaurants at the hotel. I went to Alanyas best karaoke (Ekos) just 3 minutes walking. I wish the rooms had better isolation because sometimes it felt noisy around but thats just me. Rooms very clean ! Close walk to Cleopatra beach

Love this hotel! Surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants but still a quiet oasis. A little paradise. Very stylish and beautifully decorated with all modern comfort. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly staff. For this price I did not expect a hotel like this. Perfect stay!

It was a very pleasant stay in a simple hotel.
Above all, the extremely friendly and courteous staff makes the difference.
The standard of the rooms corresponds to the price. The cleanliness makes up for the standard.
Very well located (5 min to Cleopatra beach) and away from the noisy main traffic and tourist streets.
Plus point: local residential area and neighbor's garden with chicken coop.

This hotel is very quiet, has good staff, ready to help anytime. They have 24 service front desks. very close to Kleopatra beach. rooms have working AC and wifi. I gave it a 4 only because of the electricity in the room. something with the key that was working, so the AC keep turning off. A clean hotel with a good family.
