NOT RECOMMENDING!!!
WORSE ever hotel in Ankara in terms of service. AC is not working in room. It’s hot like hell. When I asked for another room where it’s working or any fan? Any solution for this? They said “ it’s winter already that’s why it’s not working” 😅 25 degrees outside. Inside maybe 40🥴
ANOTHER THING I came to Ankara transit and wanted to see my friend. They said it’s not allowed for him to come even for few minutes in room. He wasn’t even plan to stay . It’s a policy the said! What a bullshit! I’m in Ankara not first time never happened before, none of hotels!Reception said I have to pay for visitor 1000tl - 30$🤯 When I asked girl on reception “what kind of police is that? Why it’s not written on your site? And show me that policy?” She said - “no we don’t have” . So it’s bullshit just verbally?! Lol

The location is nice, but it's rather noisy at night. I stayed at an upper floor but still heard incessant music from nearby venues until 4-5 am, not to mention the unending hustle and bustle of the street. If that doesn't bother you though, the hotel is all right and the staff are friendly, breakfast is not bad, and the subway is rather close.

I recently had a fantastic one-night stay at Alba Hotel. The room was sparkling clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location in Kizilay is unbeatable, with restaurants, shops, and shopping malls all within walking distance. I highly recommend Alba Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Ankara!

Fantastic. 10 times better than the Ankara Sheraton. Great staff, excellent breakfast, perfect location.

Just terrible. the rooms had cockroaches sometimes, rooms were really dirty, food was bad, internet didn’t even work, AND they even tried to steal 1000 dollars from us for no reason and the staff was rude and they would hang up on the call when we called the reception. Wouldn’t recommend 0/10.

We night personnel is rude. They charged us for water 10TR. When it is actually free for guests!!! It was so bad. We took some coffee at the restaurant and was going to pay for it. But the butler turned off the coffe machine!!!I said I will pay for it. Mr. Ismail is really kind and gave us the best service. The minus is that no one can speak English. Especially the staff the works at night. It should be obligatory to attend English classes!
