We stayed at City Live Antalya for 4 nights and 5 days.
The positives: the room was spacious, the air conditioning worked well, cleaning was done properly, and towels and bed linen were changed regularly. The location is convenient — close to pharmacies, cafes, and public transport stops.
However, the negatives outweighed the positives:
– At the reception, they tried to sell us a paid ride to the beach, even though a free transfer was already included in our room rate.
– The mirror in the room was cracked and covered with decorative butterfly stickers — very unpleasant to use.
– When we tried to extend our stay, they asked for €100 per night, while the same room on the official website cost €65 — clearly trying to overcharge.
– Breakfast was extremely limited: eggs, some olives, and fried sausage. There were a few vegetables, but they looked dry and old.
– The pool exists, but the bottom is dirty and poorly maintained.
– Most importantly — there is no first aid kit in the hotel at all. I cut my finger and was simply told to go to a pharmacy. Not even a basic band-aid was available. Completely unacceptable for a hotel.
If you’re visiting for business or medical appointments — the hotel might be okay. But for a relaxing holiday — I wouldn’t recommend

We stayed at City Live for 10 days and we had a wonderful time. The staff are very friendly and took care of all our needs. The breakfast was amazing with such a wide variety of choice.
Reception will arrange trips for you and arrange taxis. All good and we are coming back next year.

The worst Hotel, I have experienced in my travel years of 40 years. I will never ever go back to this hotel and you should never also go to this hotel. They transferred us three times because first one TV wasn’t working and no bedsheets. Second one toilet was leaking and sink was moving third one was so tired. Aircon was spouting on and off cold air so it was so hard to sleep but in fairness the attendants were very nice they tried to help us best as they could but the receptionist was horrible. She didn’t even move a finger. . Its location is terrible. It’s so far from everything. There’s nothing good to say about this hotel. Sorry about that but it’s true.

Checked out on the 20th my friend and I.
The room was good but as I stayed the more things I found to be broken or not working for a 4 star hotel list of very negative points,
-The shower was broken not working, hot water not consistent
-the basin was not glued to the marble top
- the mini bar fridge was broken not even working
-lack of English training provided to the staff
-list of pathetic rules 2 A4 sheets of rules e.g. no outside food allowed etc 50 quid per hour for a guest.
- breakfast was okay but all the hot food was cold at best and not the 4 star experience we paid for.
- Dinner was the biggest issues of them all we paid a lot for a 4 star hotel yet they only offered a pathetic set meal per evening not a selection as I was expecting of a 4 star hotel and the FOOD was not even cooked properly as per the EU/turkish food safety laws and distribution.
The hotel was more of a 1 star hotel at best than ever a 4 star hotel and apporling service and standard not what I expected of a 4 star and for the price I paid. Would be nice to get a half board refund but chances are slim to change this review.
I'd highly recommend NOBODY comes to this hotel unless you want a very bad experience and a waste of your money.

City live hotel is situated in the heart of Lara area. Terra City (massive shopping complex) is right next door. The local bus service, shops and restaurants are all within walking distance. The manager, staff, and receptionist are attentive and very friendly. The room I stayed in had recently been renovated and bonus was that it was a non smoking room. The bathroom was spacious with all the supplies you would need. The manager and staff were so friendly that I felt like home. They assisted with everything I needed no matter the time of day. I could ask for coffee at anytime and they would not hesitate to provide me one. I am sure you guys will remember me for a long time. Thank you for making my stay such a wonderful experience. No AC. They say it is under repair. But they are purposefully not switching it on. It's currently 22° here. Quiet hot since it's a coastal area and they are refusing to switch on AC
