The worst Hotel, I have experienced in my travel years of 40 years. I will never ever go back to this hotel and you should never also go to this hotel. They transferred us three times because first one TV wasn’t working and no bedsheets. Second one toilet was leaking and sink was moving third one was so tired. Aircon was spouting on and off cold air so it was so hard to sleep but in fairness the attendants were very nice they tried to help us best as they could but the receptionist was horrible. She didn’t even move a finger. . Its location is terrible. It’s so far from everything. There’s nothing good to say about this hotel. Sorry about that but it’s true.

Checked out on the 20th my friend and I.
The room was good but as I stayed the more things I found to be broken or not working for a 4 star hotel list of very negative points,
-The shower was broken not working, hot water not consistent
-the basin was not glued to the marble top
- the mini bar fridge was broken not even working
-lack of English training provided to the staff
-list of pathetic rules 2 A4 sheets of rules e.g. no outside food allowed etc 50 quid per hour for a guest.
- breakfast was okay but all the hot food was cold at best and not the 4 star experience we paid for.
- Dinner was the biggest issues of them all we paid a lot for a 4 star hotel yet they only offered a pathetic set meal per evening not a selection as I was expecting of a 4 star hotel and the FOOD was not even cooked properly as per the EU/turkish food safety laws and distribution.
The hotel was more of a 1 star hotel at best than ever a 4 star hotel and apporling service and standard not what I expected of a 4 star and for the price I paid. Would be nice to get a half board refund but chances are slim to change this review.
I'd highly recommend NOBODY comes to this hotel unless you want a very bad experience and a waste of your money.

No AC. They say it is under repair. But they are purposefully not switching it on. It's currently 22° here. Quiet hot since it's a coastal area and they are refusing to switch on AC

Worst hotel ever! I booked without reading the reviews and it was a big mistake. Pictures on the website are amazing but the reality is appalling. Don't go and if you don't believe us, read the other reviews. Staff don't really speak English and they are rude. Way overpriced for what it is. A/C not working, Internet not working (they tell you you need to wait 30 to 45 minutes for it to work but it is to get rid of you, it won't work even they days after!). The staff enters your room without asking permission to check the mini bar. I asked the person to get and wait for me to dress properly but he said: "no, I am not looking. Just 30 seconds" and still came in and checked the minibar. I wasn't happy at all.

Stayed for a week whilst having dental treatment (location is spot on for that) the hotel in its day would have been very good, parts now are tired but overall not bad.
The wifi was good, a/c didn’t work but not needed in January. The room itself was spacious and clean, the bathroom was nice and fairly modern, room a bit dated. The tv only has Turkish channels. One reason I picked this hotel is for the gym, however I was disappointed, the gym is in the basement and you walk through the washroom to get to it, the lights didn’t work and a handyman had to get them going, when the lights worked the gym is very tired, and some parts of the ceiling was damaged/coming down, it did the job for me and I used it, however I think I was the first person in years to step foot in there! But afterwords there was a steam room to use which was nice.
I booked a room without breakfast after reading reviews on breakfast, but turns out the room came with breakfast anyway, it was a nice surprise, but would be upset if I’d paid for it. The breakfast is continental and pretty poor unless you like salad and olives ect most days they had boiled eggs, and they have bread so you can get by!
The staff were very friendly, and always said hello when passing the desk.
I wouldn’t recommend the room service/app I ordered and then an hour and half later got a call to say they couldn’t do what i ordered, then the following night was told the chef wasn’t working!
Overall the hotel was a nice place to be in a good location (the mall next door is huge!) the staff were good, and there was a bottle of water put in the room everyday. It’s not 4 star quality, but it was cheap and for what I paid I was happy, and if I go back for dental again I would stay here again.

We like many used this hotel for local dental work. From experience from our first visit we updated to their superior room at £15 per night. The room was clean and in general the hotel is clean. But this is where the good ends. The breakfast is bad and they do not cater for people having dental work. The ordering system via QR code is bad, no confirmation of order. We ordered an omelet after many calls to reception 1 hour 30 mins later it arrived. Was discussing.
The manger needs to look at their services and the breakfast to consider the people who are staying at the hotel.
The staff are good and willing to help though.
If you are not Turkish and will be staying in your room I would recommend buying a USB Type C to HDMI to watch TV, no English channels.

We love dropping by to use their pool for a few hours. Showers and changing areas are fine. ₺200 per person . Staff are kind and polite.

Very very bad experience. Not recommended to anybody.
We checked in around the 12pm in the night and we completely shocked to see the room. It was very bad and horrible experience. First we checked in room no 504. Room roof plaster was broken and falling down, the bathroom roof was also broken and dirty drops were coming in toilet from upper floor toilet. There was not complimentary water bottle in the room. After so many complaints and long wait we again checked in room no. 502. AC system was not good because you never know when it will start cooling. AC remote was also not working properly. Hotel needs renovation. Pillows was not comfortable and was broken. Electric cattle was very dirty. Really bad breakfast with barely anything to eat.. maybe some bread with butter and jam, some eggs and an omelette you had to pay extra for. NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYBODY.

Everything was okay. I've to leave early in the morning and there were no hot water in my room. They said from the reception the hotel is full so, this may be the reason. I had to take shower with cold water. But there was hot water my colleague's room at the same floor.
