La Boutique Hotel & Suites

Highly disappointed in the customer service. When we checked in we upgraded our room from a regular room to their most expensive one premiere sea view room. The room was beautiful however the air conditioning continued to turned off especially at night. We informed the front desk people and they told us they will fix it. The whole day they issue went on and the ac did not work for more then 10 mins. From 2-3 pm till midnight when we were unable to sleep. At midnight they accommodated us with a new room “only to sleep in” and in the morning we were to check out. When I complained to the management at how poorly this was handled, and how come they didn’t change our room at 2-3 pm not after a whole day passed by with the issue and sitting in the room in the hot weather all day. they told us they will give us a refund for one night. It’s been over a month and we received no refund either? I’m confused as how a hotel with such high standards treats their clients so poorly. What surprised us was the front desk people told us they are aware of this issue happening in the sea view rooms. They are aware?? Yet they gave us the room and let us suffer in the heat?? Charging us 190 euro per night with no air conditioning and they are aware?

This restaurant was quite disappointing. The dishes were overpriced, small, and lacked flavor or presentation. It took around 20-25 minutes to place our order and another 20 minutes for it to arrive. Once it did, we were quickly approached by numerous assertive cats, some even climbing on the table and us. The only redeeming factor was the view. I'm puzzled as to why anyone would prefer this place.

This hotel is nasty. It's dirty everywhere, behind the bar, the tables at the beach. There was a leftover fruit plates at the beach from the night before and flies they brought.
There was no towels at the beach and when asked they said we can get towels "maybe" in 30 minutes or so.
Breakfast was a joke, there is bunch of tasteless veggies and fruit. No honey on the supposed honey platter, probably too expensive for them. They went with Strawberry Jam instead.
Coffees is of course not included in the breakfast, you have to pay for it.
In case you don't have a converter for your plugs, you of course have to pay extra for that and they only had 1 left for us.
Rooms are old, was probably made this way 20 years ago and I m not sure if it ever deep cleaned since than.
Stuff is not friendly, don't even bother asking a question, they probably don't have the answer and they will suggest you to look online. Save yourself some time and just look online.
We booked it for 4 nights and decided to leave after the first night and they refused to give refunds for the 3 days we are not staying. However we are still leaving.
