I can only praise the view and location
The food is bad and a little, for example I waited in line for 10 minutes to get two pieces of grilled chicken wings
The room is large but the furnishings are very old and worn out
There are four elevators, but they are old and have no ventilation
All inclusive only until 11pm, after which you must pay for any type of drink
The lobby bar employee was impolite
Internet for a fee
The amount I paid was 132 euros per night for two people in one room. Unfortunately, I could have booked a 5-star hotel for this amount, but because I wanted a hotel close to the airport, I booked this hotel.
I promise I will not book with you again.

This was advertised as a 5 star all inclusive. That sets a clear expectation of quality and I’m sad to say this hotel simply doesn’t get close. Overall ok but more of a 3 star feel. Positives: good check in and check out helpful bell hops with the luggage. The views from the terrace are beautiful sea/ sun moonlight… right across the bay. The sea sundeck is a highlight but not suitable for children and those mobility issues. Great sea swimming and nice little bar and some nooks and crannies to have a quiet drink and dry off! The rooms are a little dated especially the bathroom. Balcony tiny cheap plastic furniture. But spotlessly clean our maid was lovely, friendly and ensured room spotless. We had the hotel Spa Hamam on first day- excellent but cheaper options in Antalya supposedly- couldn’t fault the ladies they were very attentive and wife, daughter and me all glad we did book. Pool- nowhere near enough Sunbed’s. Pool staff kept area clean and ordered. Pool opens at 8 am but many people putting towels out at crack of dawn- get there early! Often people putting towels out and did not appear for hours. Pool slide a bonus. Pool was clean and the water was freshened up- advertised foam party 11am- 11:30am happened once. Pool bar: the staff were frankly miserable as could be- really off putting- no attempt at conversation or to engage with customers. Plastic glasses half full and for our party of 4 adults we were told we couldn’t order 4 beers only three! Needless to say that lasted 5 minutes but what the heck? Apparently the manager had capped the beer allowance- to be fair we had heard that some of the younger guests had been skinny dipping and were trying to use the water slide at night- maybe that was why? Lobby bar was OK… Decor of hotel- it needs modernising in all common areas- kids club is a shack which looked tatty and remained shut. The food- well bland doesn’t cut it- we ate out every night- breakfast each day but again very uninspiring. 5 star dining- nope, beach bbq/ ice cream on tap throughout the day- no none of that. This establishment may well have been 5 star in the past but not now. Taxis cheap enough and metered- about £4-£5 to Old Town which was lovely. Final moan- entertainment- other than the foam party and a very house music orientated DJ one night there is nothing- pool bar shuts at 11pm sharp- no last orders and no warning!

- when we first arrived, we were asked of any dietary requirements/allergies. I filled a form out and stated that my partner could not have dairy as he severe lactose intolerance which makes him very unwell. We were told that the reception staff would speak to the chefs and they would accommodate for this. Nothing further happened, this links in with the fact that they have NO cards/signs with allergy warnings so we therefor had to try and ask, but the language barrier made this very difficult to do so. This resulted in my partner not being able to eat the majority or the food there as we had no idea what was in it. We paid for an all inclusive holiday, and we have spent a lot of money on food outside of the hotel.
- the food was repetitive every day, they swapped trays around to make it look like there was more of a variety. So the 4 times we ate at the hotel in the evening, it was exactly the same meals offered.
- some of the staff were extremely rude and didn’t seem to care for their jobs or the guests!
- the sheets were not changed when they were clearly dirty (spilled drink). This was there for 4 days and when we called reception, they said they are changed every 3 days which clearly was untrue.
- no entertainment in the evening for children nor adults! There was a stage that was never used! Kids club was never open for any of the children. So our evenings were boring.
- the disco they do on a Friday and Saturday, the all inclusive guests have to pay for the drinks in there which I personally think is daylight robbery.
- the lobby bar also tried to charge us for drinks too.
- the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable.
- the a la carte restaurant was also not open, at all.
- the walls are thin and you can hear everything going on in the neighbouring rooms.

We spoke to other guests staying at this hotel and they were all as disappointed as we were. Some even cried upon arrival!! Our overall experience at the hotel was very unpleasant. I would not be advertising this as a 5 star at all. We spent good money on this holiday, to not have to spend anymore whilst we were away, which we ended up having to because this hotel is awful!!
