The service we received in this hotel was brilliant. Great check in with so many advices given to us about a tour we booked with them and shuttle service to the Red&White Beach where we have complementary beach access to. The hotel room was great and clean. Despite us just staying one night and on a tour all day and had to check out early. After our boat tour, we were able to shower in the spa before our 4 hour bus ride to our next destination. We got free water and got support with our taxis and the staff were always attentive to our needs. Had a wonderful stay at this hotel and the staff’s positivity shows!!! Thank you for a wonderful experience in Antalya!

Everything was perfect everone was very helpful there and welcoming. They helped me with everything. Thanks to Azza the PR there she talked to me and made sure everything was fine during my stay and even gave me her number to help for future visits. Special thanks to the whole crew. Food was great and delicious also. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Couldn't be better than this. There was one thing that the hotel is a bit far from the city center but it worked fine renting a car.

Fantastic hotel, great staff. The food and the location are also brilliant. The hotel puts on a shuttle bus for free to transport you to and from the beach which is just for certain hotels including the Holiday Inn. The sun beds are free and the food is also fantastic there as well.
Gym, rooms and over all hotel standards are top class. There is an infinity pool on the 3rd floor which is great if you want to stay at the hotel for the day. Turkish bath, sauna and steam room all included in the hotel for free.
My only negatives are the restaurant is in the main reception area so people checking in and out will walk through while you eat. Also, it’s 20 mins from the airport so planes will be flying over the hotel intermittently. Apart from these small negatives, this is an absolutely fantastic hotel and I would highly recommend it!

The hotel is comfortable, tidy and organized, and the staff is cooperative and kind, especially the public relations supervisor, Azza, who is very cooperative and provides her services in a wonderful way. She seeks to satisfy the guests and provide services to the maximum extent. I hope to return to the hotel and meet her again.

The food is fresh and delicious, clean rooms, a good outdoor pool, but mainly the stuff were amazing and helpful all around.

We are so glad we choose this hotel. Our room was on 9th floor with beautiful view. Room was always spotless clean thanks for housekeeping. Only matrass was a bit soft.

Was a pleasant stay, with the hotel in a very nice location in lara area.
The hotel facilities are superb, the pool is not big though. But still it's nice with the service provided.
The breakfast was amazing, a must have.
Gym, sauna, turkish bath are all available and for free!
Parking area is small, and outdoors.
Finally the room was really amazing in a highfloor and a Seaview. Was very clean and the housekeeping team did great job keeping everything in order!

The staff at the front, security and even the housekeeping staff are all great and friendly.
The room we were in (1004) had a damaged bed with caused aces and pains and a VERY uncomfortable sleep experience.
The hotel does have its own lot across the street which is suitable for 7-9 cars but security is helpful in finding street parking.
Overall, the property is starting to show its age. Aside from the damaged spring mattress in our room I think its fine. You should however have your own transportation as there isn't too much to do in the area unless you're a serious walker.

Had an amazing stay at the hotel. Staff is very polite especially at the counter Mahsa, Sinan and Natali. Always happy to help and even for casual chats you can go have with them. Rooms were with comfy bed and extremely clean.
