We chose this hotel because we met a family last summer in another resort and they were coming here this year so we joined them. Amazing structures, the location is HUGE, we had lots of fun for 2 weeks

Thank you to BATU (marketing manager) for helping us with everything we needed and making our holiday easier. We will come back another time when our 4 kids are older to enjoy it even more

Our stay at Grand Luxury Belek was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond, even carrying our luggage. The fantastic breakfast spread was a highlight

They don't have cognac, which shouldn't be that expensive after all, so they could insert it. The ice coffee is really good. The water is easy to find almost in everyt corner of the resort

The water in the pool is clean and nice. Also they have a lot of events all they day long. All in all, it is a good place to visit with the family, especially if there are kids in it

in a queue, they got used to this format in a few days, but what can you do with such rules, and in all hotels this is now the situation

We travel quite often and prefer to stay in an all-inclusive resort as it is much easier when you travel with your kid

The staff were very kind and attentive, despite hearing otherwise. The only drawback for me was the massage experience which is optional but was expensive and didn’t fulfil the expectations

I spent a week in the beginning of June when the weather was perfectly pleasant. I didn’t leave the hotel in 8 days, cause I had everything I needed to get amused and enjoy the nature

On the other hand, it would be difficult to find a point of contact from the management as the operation is big when you stay in big resort

All staff is friendly and helpful but I would like to send special thanks to Mr. Bulent Sarigul as he made much enjoyable time and happy holiday for us

The resort itself is stunning, with well-maintained gardens and a gorgeous beach. There are also plenty of activities and entertainment options to keep you entertained throughout your stay

Rixos Premium Belek - 5/5 Stars I recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek with my family and children and had an exceptional experience

We especially liked the outdoor adult pool (16+) which is connected to the spa. Tranquil environment with a bar in the pool as well. Special thanks to Elmira from the pool bar, who has really made our stay extra special

The hotel is incredibly clean and spacious, providing a wide range of entertainment options for kids and teens. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff

After telling the staff that this was not the type of room we booked they placed us in a larger room with partial sea view. They solved the issue very swiftly! Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family

Overall, I highly recommend Rixos Premium Belek for its excellent facilities, amazing service, and all-inclusive dining options. You won’t need to spend an extra dollar to enjoy everything this hotel has to offer

This is the best resort we have ever been to! The rooms are spacious and have everything you'd need for the perfect vacation with kids or without! The animation team made out stay extremely enjoyable and memorable especially Emir (Blondie)

We had an amazing time at Pine Beach Belek! The staff are super friendly and made us feel right at home. There are tons of activities for both kids and adults, so there's never a dull moment

All areas clean and managers ensuring that they stay that way. The Papillon area, between seaside and swimming pools, are a delight. Its shopping stores and cafes are another way to pass the time

The food is fresh, tasty, and there's a lot to choose from. The beach is awesome with warm water and great facilities. Everything is really clean too. Highly recommend staying here!

The children's area with their respective animators are incredible, you can see how the children love the staff. They also have a food area designed especially for children and babies

The resort is perfect, that's why we came here for second year in a row. We really liked the food, the activities and especially the animation team (Emir rulezzz 😁)

Personnel starting from housekeepers, to kitchen staff, reception, guest relations, animators all downright friendly and helpful. Food selection variety and availability superb. Lobby bar and cafeteria perfect

Rooms minibar for free, replenished daily. Pretty good evening shows at the amphitheater, outside hires. There is something for everyone in this resort, we even played pool and bowling

Its not the cheapest hotel and it shows in the guests too, everyone behaves well. Minor things to watch for- beach is further away, but hotel has shuttle bus. No shade over the main pool until late afternoon

About 15 minutes from Belek(by car) Near the beach. To the beach takes a tractor,but you can go on foot. Near the beach there is a bar(not only with drinks but with the food) and there is a pool bar

One thing - every day = same food. Beach is 5min by walk, but you can use tractor. At the end I rate hotel very well

We spent a marvellous vacation in the hotel (2024 07). The pools are great, the slides fun and thrilling, mighty cobra slide proper scary

This resort is amazing! The staff is great, drinks are awesome, the resort is huge, food is amazing (almost the same everyday, only some dishes get changed, but it is “fine dining”), the spa is great (5 or 6 saunas, 1 big pool, 5 or six relaxation pools, tropical showers, quite a small hamam and some more)

There were only some small problems listed below, but most of them are not that important or not because of the resort itself: - the hamam is small, the rest of the spa is ok but most of it is available only by reservation; - outdoor activities stop at 17:30 (right when the heat stops) so it is quite hard to enjoy them because of the heat(minigolf, volleyball, etc

), but considering that this resort is made mainly for golfers that use the enormous golfing facility throughout the day, it is not a big deal. The resort is also huge so no boredom. - entertainment is good, not the best

It would be nice for the resort to charge a premium since its services are premium. This would get rid of jerky people. The place is really kids friendly but I couldn’t describe more since we came as a couple

Perfect place. Staff are fantastic. Food is amazing. Great gym, great pools and spa is like paradise. Visited 6 times now and will keep coming back. Nothing to complain about. It’s my favourite place.

Unable to find a single fault. Everything is well-organized and a great leisure place. Equally good for business for large company events. Great food, surroundings, and amenities.

During the family water polo game, the newly wed groom lost his wedding ring and had everyone in a panic but a special big thank you to Dmytro who found the ring in the pool. Great resort, great memories made for life

Our 3rd year in Turkey but 1st time in this hotel and I can honestly say this is the greatest hotel we’ve ever stayed at! The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, the pools and facilities are always checked to see if they’re operating properly, the food is absolutely delicious all restaurants (including the buffet) and there is so much to do if you have children

An arcade which is free for everyone to use, a water park and also the Tini Kids Club which is for very young children that are included in games and drawings! I recommend to everyone!

Good for all kind of groups, kids and even solos. Rooms are clean. Food variety is good. Staff are helpful but they don’t smile oftentimes. One negative point, they stopped the water park for 1-1/2 days without notice.

The rooms are smaller than the usual all-inclusive but it didn’t bother us as it was comfortable to stay there, the cleaning was done daily and if we wanted to get any help we could get it at Guest relations office near the reception

Room size was smaller than I'm used to but had a decent balcony view. The beach was much narrower than usual but loads of sunbeds were available

I loved the service as it’s all-inclusive we were given the food schedule with great variety during the day, several pools, many daily activities including our own amusement park, table tennis , two professional tennis course, darts , evening show program and many more

Everything is easy to access, and when you think it is not, someone from the service staff immediately helps you. I spent 7 wonderful days at this resort and it was one of the best places I stayed

The only disadvantage we felt was that as a large group (family of 6) getting a table in the main restaurant was tricky (no reservations allowed) and often we had to wait for a table to be prepared for us

Getting a lounger by the pool proved a challenge each day, and many of the guests proved rather obtuse in their strategy of 'claiming' these before breakfast - not a nice experience

My only comment for this visit is noticing a drop on the quality of the guests (some kids without supervision of their parents on the pool or in the corridors), probably it occurred due to the pandemic situation, but in the other hand, we noticed a lot of amazing development in the hotel such as the kiosks at the beach, the train, the kids show

Great hotel or actually I should write great holiday resort. Quite near to the Antalya airport. The place is big and you can feel really comfy in every corner. At the same time it's close to every place

Anyone can enjoy allot of games like darts, volleyball, water polo and allot of extra activities. One thing maybe the food should be more diverse. There are alot of options but not very varied

Great place for a family retreat. Wifi is working also on the beach which is a plus. Had a great time the staff was really helpful with everything. The pool and beach front is really nice
