Our stay at Granada Belek was fantastic! My boyfriend and I were really impressed with the overall vibe of the hotel. It’s a massive resort with beautiful, modern design and plenty of activities to keep you entertained

I don't really understand the negative reviews, I stayed here late October 24 and had an amazing time. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the pools were clean

It's ok if people don't speak English, I'm sure those visiting don't speak turkish either, I didn't find it a problem at all, I will be visiting again, there's so much to do and we had pictures taken at a reasonable price, booked through blue sea holidays

The food was tasty, I liked how the lifeguards kept an eye on everything and were direct with people about safety, which was reassuring

The room we stayed in was spacious and had a great view from the balcony, which we enjoyed each morning

Overall, while the amenities were enjoyable, the distance to key locations and the condition of the rooms leave room for improvement

Great experience overall! Amazing entertainment programs and crew, nice aqua park and pools, hotel is huge, food is tasty and choice is big, same for the beach and bars… On the other side hairdryer in a room is too weak, even for man hair, and ventilation in bathroom is not the best… Also every coffee tastes like filter coffee - there is no option for some good espresso/cappuccino etc you will basically...

This hotel was perfect for us - food and drink was amazing. Staff were so friendly and hard working. The hotel was always clean and tidy, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time

Has a wide variety of foods to choose from, 24/7 opened bar, free minibar, a lot of fresh fruits, free ice cream, very nice entertainment each evening, nice pools and beach, and let’s not forget the friendly staff

I liked the hotel, the rooms are very decent, clean. My room has a sea view 👍🏼 the food is delicious and periodically varied. The children's animation could be better entertainment could be better

Nice gym, sauna, steam room and the two swimming pools are massive with some of the most fun water slides. Thanks to Caner!! We will be back. The view from the window in the evening is mesmerizing

Very quick & lovely check inn was showed to our room an helped with bags rooms where clean & very spacious showers where big & always had fresh towels in mornings, AC worked beautifully the balcony view was amazing, spacious, I am a picky eater & there was plenty to choose from burgers, spaghetti, chips, kebab, pizza & many more there where many food bars & drink bars so...

We recently had an amazing holiday at Rixos Hotel as a family of four, and it exceeded all our expectations! One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary access to the Land of Legends theme park, which was an incredible experience for both us and our children

We had an awesome time and will definitely be returning. The spa is a must-try, and the VIP Hammam is super relaxing and worth the price tag

We absolutely loved the à la carte restaurants, especially the Italian restaurant. Despite being very busy, the service flow was excellent. The way they welcomed guests patiently and their politeness deeply impressed me

The waitstaff and other staff members work hard to ensure you have the best experience possible, making you want to return. The shuttle service to the Land of Legends is also very helpful and convenient

This was my fourth time visiting this facility. Although the weather was little rainy (which is expected in winter months) the service, food quality and cleanliness of this hotel is exceptional

The restaurants offered a fantastic variety of delicious food, the buffet was great especially the desserts and our room was perfectly comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable

The food in seafood Zimt restaurant was exceptionally good. The cappuccinos of coffee shop were great. The Terrace restaurant had a huge selection and did beautiful food decoration in special days

I spent a week in the beginning of June when the weather was perfectly pleasant. I didn’t leave the hotel in 8 days, cause I had everything I needed to get amused and enjoy the nature

The staff were very kind and attentive, despite hearing otherwise. The only drawback for me was the massage experience which is optional but was expensive and didn’t fulfil the expectations

We travel quite often and prefer to stay in an all-inclusive resort as it is much easier when you travel with your kid

What surprised us was the management team, they were always on the floor rather than in their office for all our special requests they were so kind and supportive

All areas clean and managers ensuring that they stay that way. The Papillon area, between seaside and swimming pools, are a delight. Its shopping stores and cafes are another way to pass the time

The Staff, services, hospitality, quality and diversity of foods, pastry, desert and facilities all are amazing and for me that have activity in hospitality business are more more than I expected

Our experience at Crystal parasol Verde has been great, few things where out of the place (air conditioning not working for two days, shower drain blocked) but we could deal with both situation and enjoy the rest of the holidays

i had such a wonderful time staying at this hotel. the staff, cleanliness and location is all absolutely brilliant. the animation team are so so wonderful, i loved every second that they were around

I do recommend the resort plenty of activities for kids and adults food is very delicious and staff is friendly

the service is quite fantastic! however, there was one girl, the bar chef called Gülçin (i believe) wasn’t the friendliest, i think that her customer service and attitude needs some work as she lacked sincerity

the games and activities that they do with the guests are so fun and they are overall very friendly

There's a huge variety of entertainment with singers, shows and activities throughout the day however the entertainment team could put in more effort when hosting pool activities and socialising with guests

The staff speaks many languages and sincerely tries to help with any questions. There is a cultural program every evening. We are trying to comply with the sanitary standards related to COVID

I have to say that Hotel and its staff is on top level. I spent there 1 week of golf holiday. Nice surroundings, as well as food from the kitchen was delicious

Here, when you check in, you will be welcome and take care of your comfort. The area is large and picturesque. And the garden, and the forest, and the park, and the lake, and the sea

The entertainment is a bit substandard compared to other hotels. Cocktails at this hotel were generally not good at all. Our golf operator (golf turkey) managed to get us some room upgrades to villas and they were 10/10

one of the best resorts we have stayed in, the service is amazing, the service staff at food times and around the lounge were the best, they have a WhatsApp help chat, any issues we had we just text them and they would respond and help straight away within minutes, they have a pretty decent kids menu

Room 3320 We’re normally a Rixo family but OMG… this all inclusive goes above and beyond, from toiletries to beach bags in your room, the hotel and it’s fantastic staff are AAAAAAAA+++++++ everything about it, we’ve done child free this time and feel bad they’ve miss out…

I can summarise my vacation in Calista in one word. The service, the pool, beach, sports activities, the gym facility is incredible. And the beach bag this year is a favourite! I would come back in a blink of an eye

This hotel has been a wonderful one and have had great time with my family and friends. the rooms are spot on the location brilliant not far from land of legends. The food here and the mid snacks so lovely

But the hotel staff did their best to make the stay wonderful. Of the minuses, I can only name the lack of a disposable toothbrush and toothpaste in the room

We loved it! The staff are amazing and really look after you. The heated outdoor pool is great on a chilly day and the size of the other pools means you never feel crowded

The shower height was so low, it's not suitable for adults. I would suggest an upgrade! The hotel has very limited A/C where all the children's activities are outdoors. We spent a lot of time in our bedroom

The A/C works intermittently, which is very frustrating especially in such warm weather conditions. The toilet in the bedroom has a sensor motion to enter,which does not work well with children

it’s the second time we were here and they got even better. I don’t know who they can make the sea water clear, but it would be the cherry from the top off the cake

I loved the service as it’s all-inclusive we were given the food schedule with great variety during the day, several pools, many daily activities including our own amusement park, table tennis , two professional tennis course, darts , evening show program and many more

I don’t usually go to ultra all inclusive resorts but this time I choose one. They have multiple pools, an amphitheater, scene for bands, even a zoo. The sea is not the best, but it’s ok

My wife and I along with our 2 sons (7 and 14) had a fantastic time at the Bellis Hotel. The food, hotel room, grounds, entertainment and staff were all outstanding

The rooms are smaller than the usual all-inclusive but it didn’t bother us as it was comfortable to stay there, the cleaning was done daily and if we wanted to get any help we could get it at Guest relations office near the reception

One downside was the lack of a doctor in the evenings and the absence of basic medications at the hotel. However, there was the option to order them via courier or call an ambulance if needed

The food and beverage quality is very good. Beer and cola are served in bottles. The quality of the drinks in the bars is very good, the bartenders fulfill your request when you want a special cocktail

Otherwise, everything was excellent—great evening entertainment with a mix of live performances, including a Mexican-style live band, which was absolutely fantastic !

The snack restaurants are very good, the employees are smiling and do their job well. Pool’s are sufficient there is enough sunshade’s and lounge chair’s

Cons: - Loud music throughout the day and all the way till midnight. On weekends it goes even after midnight. If you want to sleep or read a book in quiet surroundings - stay away from this hotel

My only comment for this visit is noticing a drop on the quality of the guests (some kids without supervision of their parents on the pool or in the corridors), probably it occurred due to the pandemic situation, but in the other hand, we noticed a lot of amazing development in the hotel such as the kiosks at the beach, the train, the kids show

Funny, they will find a common language with everyone 😝. The staff does not like one girl, she distributes ice cream on the beach. Every week I just start to miss the hotel very much, the area, the past that I had there

Food and restaurants are unique by their extent, various options in world wide cousine with good restaurant quality. Individual private service, getting any feedbacks and taking actions accordingly

Rooms are big and comfortable makes you feel you are at home. I think maxx royal is one of the best not only in Turkey but also in world wide. Will be reserving my next summer holidays in advance

Maxx Royal is a great family-friendly hotel. The rooms are spacious, although the decor is a bit outdated, but everything works well, which is the most important
