On top of it, I forgot my wallet in the hotel room and left the country. I called the hotel, wallet was found, they delivered it unharmed to my friend who picked it up

I have to say that Hotel and its staff is on top level. I spent there 1 week of golf holiday. Nice surroundings, as well as food from the kitchen was delicious

Gamechanger! Staff should be taught to highlight the menu to guests, it will save them the stress too 😃 Badminton is not really a court, it is just a grass area. Not a proper court with a proper net / field

Great location and super clean hotel! The facilities are nice, though the gym could use some updates. The entertainment is awesome, and the staff is really friendly

The shows in the evening are quite fun (cappadocia night was amazing!). Animation is good - plenty of modern activities! A bit noisy in the rooms - music at the pool and during parties is loud, gets quiet at 0:00

Mini bar refilled every day The pools were clean but you do need to be sharp to get a decent bed, especially if you need to be close so can watch children. All inc services throughout were fantastic

We booked 2 al a carte nights (part of all inc) Itallian restaurant was amazing! We really really enjoyed the food we were served here(it is a set starter, then you choose from pasta,pizza and main) The waffle station was a big hit with my son as was the patiserie

I especially thank one of the hotel bellboys for explaining how to go somewhere by bus (I don't remember his name) and also one of the waiters (I think Muhammet but I'm not sure) whose kindness and gaze I will remember for a long time😉

The kids pool is separate from the main, with decent facilities for younger ones. There is also plenty of food for under 10s who just want to eat plates of 'beige'

They have lots of activities for everyage so that everyone finds themself something to do. Loved the part that they had daycare center and the kids were busy while we had fun

On the first night there was something which happened and bothered me the most we needed an extra blanket and we waited for more than an hour for it (arrived after 12PM) and then when housekeeping cleaned the room on day 3 they took it and didn’t replace it

We came back on the reception around 2 PM and we were told 2 times that our rooms will be ready in few minutes, finally after 1 hour of waiting around 3 PM we were finally transported to the our room in a rush

(FYI They were cleaning every day) Tip: Note that if you are planing to leave your hair conditioner at home this will be bad idea, as the only provided product is for hair & body and it’s not the best

The facilities as toilets were clean, but not in the best condition, the restaurant was clean and it seemed renovated, the beach was rocky, but the it was nice & clean, the WIFI was very good

Overall this hotel is very good, it was 3 fresh water pools which people barely used. The hotel didn’t have very many english however the staff could speak a little of English

If you are wanting to visit The Land Of Legends, we paid £68 per person for the day, we booked it with a man named Hamza who is located in a near by shop, he looked after us very well

We spent £1052 for a weeks stay at the start of July, the hotel it’s self up is gorgeous and it is very close to Land Of Legends which I highly recommend you visit

I don't really understand the negative reviews, I stayed here late October 24 and had an amazing time. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the pools were clean

There are so many pools to choose from, and even though we’re not really into water parks, we found the one at the hotel to be really fun! The poolside service was great too—easy access to drinks and snacks throughout the day

The place is nice, it is quite hard to catch a sunbed when there are a lot of tourists. The food selection is very good, because you have almost anything you want

It's ok if people don't speak English, I'm sure those visiting don't speak turkish either, I didn't find it a problem at all, I will be visiting again, there's so much to do and we had pictures taken at a reasonable price, booked through blue sea holidays

There are a lots of green areas. High diversity of swimming pools, nice shows and very nice staff. They know the base of English. They help you with transport your luggage by Melex

I had a very lovely stay at the hotel. I went for an event on my own and I felt very comfortable being alone there. I used the sea water pool and the gym and enjoyed the stretching classes very much

Room 3320 We’re normally a Rixo family but OMG… this all inclusive goes above and beyond, from toiletries to beach bags in your room, the hotel and it’s fantastic staff are AAAAAAAA+++++++ everything about it, we’ve done child free this time and feel bad they’ve miss out…

The staff member there was very rude and seemed to dislike her job. This does not align with the otherwise excellent service and should not be part of the experience

Options to play of forward tees are there and would suggest any mid to high handicappers take advantage of this, as it would make courses less challenging

Even the bar staff knew my drinks order, I didn’t even have to ask, it’s the little details! The weather was amazing, drinks flowing all day long, 24/7 snack bar, buffet food was perfect and so much choice, vegan options included

It’s a great choice for families with children, offering plenty of attractions such as pools, waterslides, and a well-organized kids club where children can be left under the care of professional animators

There was an unpleasant smell in the room that didn’t go away during our stay. The water park is underwhelming and doesn’t live up to the standards set by similar resorts

Given that around 10% of the guests during our stay were Polish families with children, the hotel should consider hiring staff who can communicate in Polish, especially in areas dedicated to kids

It’s worth noting that the hotel is clearly oriented towards Russian-speaking guests. Most of the staff, including those in the kids club, communicate primarily in Russian

Overall, the hotel deserves its 5-star rating

We’ve had better food at far more affordable hotels. Entertainment is very limited. The animation team lacks energy, and the overall selection of activities is minimal, making it easy to get bored

We spent 3 luxurious days here early in the 2021 season. Many of the pools and restaurants were still shut, but nevertheless, we had a truly wonderful time

We visited Maxx Royal Belek 3rd time within the last 10 years and easily relised it is the best hotel for us in Antalya. We always love it and look forward to visit again

Despite visiting in the off-season, there was an evident commitment to maintaining the highest standards, ensuring that every guest felt cherished and valued

The restaurant is great, we really love the food and don’t get tired of it throughout 10 days if our stay. Great coffee is served in the 1st floor cafe with terrace. The pools and slides are great

My kid enjoys the slides a lot. We just love love love the zoo! Take some food to feed the kitties but be careful some aren’t careful when they take the foodand can scratch you

This was our second stay at Bellis. They offered a discount this time as a returning customers. We like staying at Camelia garden block so we can enjoy the territory walks to the restaurant

The territory is beautiful with lots of trees, palms, grass, birds singing and some friendly cats and to get healthy step count. The rooms are small but very cosy and well equipped

And special thanks for well equipped GYM! I could do all my regular exercises for lower and upper body. The heated pools in spring time offer amazing getaway from cold northern weather. Will return next spring again

At the Ballantines street bar, in the lobby of Chivas))) For a daytime cocktail, I recommend Aperol syringe and pina colada))) Bartenders still make cocktails on their own, but then it’s an amateur, it’s delicious, sometimes it’s an amateur)) The food is generally without pretensions, everything was delicious

The pools are big and there are many of them but unfortunately there are not enough sun loungers, people leave their towels and go, you cannot find a place by the pool in the afternoon, the sea is very wavy, we could not go into the sea anyway, the sun loungers on the pier and the beach were blocked with towels, the glasses and plates were not completely clean

One downside was the lack of a doctor in the evenings and the absence of basic medications at the hotel. However, there was the option to order them via courier or call an ambulance if needed

Otherwise, everything was excellent—great evening entertainment with a mix of live performances, including a Mexican-style live band, which was absolutely fantastic !

The food is delicious, drinks are served in bottles and are of good quality

We were initially disappointed, but the hotel quickly moved us to a better room, which was excellent customer service, and made us very happy. Thank You! The rooms have been renovated, but not with the highest quality

My only comment for this visit is noticing a drop on the quality of the guests (some kids without supervision of their parents on the pool or in the corridors), probably it occurred due to the pandemic situation, but in the other hand, we noticed a lot of amazing development in the hotel such as the kiosks at the beach, the train, the kids show

I did Pilates each morning at Gloria Golf wellness area and the Pilates teacher was fabulous! I then had breakfast at Serenity 24/7 and loved the salmon, avocado & poached egg hollandaise on a waffle! The menu was more sophisticated at Serenity, we also preferred the choice at Serenity buffet for dinner

Our room had recently been refurbished and had incredible views over the family pool. We especially loved the daily barbecue at dinner. There are so many restaurants and we had a great rotation trying them on

Vimal Singh Indian chef made the trip a delight - nothing was an issue and cooked us anything we wanted, made our stay special and we will be returning because of him

Beaches and pier area were clean with plenty of sunbeds and towels, Olivium Pool was also great with great bar staff and a quiet pool - in fact the whole resort never felt busy it was just perfect!

We stayed in a Gloria Villa which was perfect for me and my 2 sons (17 & 19). This gave us access to Gloria Serenity restaurants and pools/beach

If you're here for the sea, pool and golfing though, I am sure you will love it! This was my first time in Turkey and the people are just wonderful. Belek itself is very cute once you get off the main drag

Hotel Kaya Belek is located in the Belek area, near the local Kadriye Beach. From Antalya Airport about 35-40 minutes by bus. The reception staff is very friendly

from 11:30 to 15:30 drinks and snacks are available in a cafe near the beach. from 12:30 to 14:30 lunch in the main restaurant in a buffet format

The assistants, our ones in particular Sarah and Gamze, are amazing and go above and beyond to check in and make sure you have everything you need to have the best time during your stay

Almost no issues Beach ala cart restaurants don’t work in period or of my visit due to the low season

Also to Nihal who has done an amazing job cleaning around the pool area even in this heat! Finally the overall service from everyone (Ozlem in particular) from eating at the many restaurants to the bars! I would recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back!

The hotel complex is large with lots to see and do. It is really well maintained, clean and plenty of areas to relax by one of the many different pools. Great place for an all inclusive getaway

The on site water park was ideal for our daughter, especially the death slide. We spent most mornings on the beach where there was lots of space and where the sea was warm. A great hotel, thoroughly recommended
