The biggest issue was the location—it’s quite far from the convention center, which made commuting inconvenient. Additionally, during heavy rain, the area seemed ill-prepared, causing some discomfort

It's ok if people don't speak English, I'm sure those visiting don't speak turkish either, I didn't find it a problem at all, I will be visiting again, there's so much to do and we had pictures taken at a reasonable price, booked through blue sea holidays

There are so many pools to choose from, and even though we’re not really into water parks, we found the one at the hotel to be really fun! The poolside service was great too—easy access to drinks and snacks throughout the day

Our stay at Granada Belek was fantastic! My boyfriend and I were really impressed with the overall vibe of the hotel. It’s a massive resort with beautiful, modern design and plenty of activities to keep you entertained

I don't really understand the negative reviews, I stayed here late October 24 and had an amazing time. The staff are friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the pools were clean

The food was tasty, I liked how the lifeguards kept an eye on everything and were direct with people about safety, which was reassuring

The food in seafood Zimt restaurant was exceptionally good. The cappuccinos of coffee shop were great. The Terrace restaurant had a huge selection and did beautiful food decoration in special days

The staff were very kind and attentive, despite hearing otherwise. The only drawback for me was the massage experience which is optional but was expensive and didn’t fulfil the expectations

What surprised us was the management team, they were always on the floor rather than in their office for all our special requests they were so kind and supportive

I have to say that Hotel and its staff is on top level. I spent there 1 week of golf holiday. Nice surroundings, as well as food from the kitchen was delicious

Great hotel for families with children. Have an great child club and activities. I have not got a chance to play golf in fields but according to other guests, hotel has a great golf course also

On top of it, I forgot my wallet in the hotel room and left the country. I called the hotel, wallet was found, they delivered it unharmed to my friend who picked it up

There were only some small problems listed below, but most of them are not that important or not because of the resort itself: - the hamam is small, the rest of the spa is ok but most of it is available only by reservation; - outdoor activities stop at 17:30 (right when the heat stops) so it is quite hard to enjoy them because of the heat(minigolf, volleyball, etc

I also found the indoor pool and jacuzzis cold ? I’m sure the jacuzzis are meant to be hot. But other than that best hotel ever !!

The shower height was so low, it's not suitable for adults. I would suggest an upgrade! The hotel has very limited A/C where all the children's activities are outdoors. We spent a lot of time in our bedroom

The A/C works intermittently, which is very frustrating especially in such warm weather conditions. The toilet in the bedroom has a sensor motion to enter,which does not work well with children

It's surprising to see how much needs improving with this hotel. Service was good overall however I will not be returning or recommending

Best Belek experience ever The hotel is great and really deserves to be a five-star hotel. The conditions were very good, food was delicious. We are happy with the atmosphere in the hotel

it’s the second time we were here and they got even better. I don’t know who they can make the sea water clear, but it would be the cherry from the top off the cake

Many activities for kids and adults and healthy vacation for the mind and body

One downside was the lack of a doctor in the evenings and the absence of basic medications at the hotel. However, there was the option to order them via courier or call an ambulance if needed

The food and beverage quality is very good. Beer and cola are served in bottles. The quality of the drinks in the bars is very good, the bartenders fulfill your request when you want a special cocktail

Otherwise, everything was excellent—great evening entertainment with a mix of live performances, including a Mexican-style live band, which was absolutely fantastic !

The snack restaurants are very good, the employees are smiling and do their job well. Pool’s are sufficient there is enough sunshade’s and lounge chair’s

The hotel was super clean, with different shows every night for both kids and adults. We were a group of 9—6 adults and 3 kids—and we were all happy and satisfied

Non standard animators style, free moving with no standard uniform and any special clothes. Do them more related to the guest, looks more comfortable and friendly. Huge stage give possibility to good perfomance

Bad: worst wifi that drives you mad. Cleaning staff never leaves body wash in the room, only shampoo, bath foam. Food is plenty but meat is not always cooked right which is dangerous

Rooms are noisy and not well isolated if you re 'lucky' of loud guests. Oh, and the last 3 days they didn t change the towels

The good: staff is friendly, pool and garden are very nice, the grill cooked outside every night is very good, rooms are big

No black rum, no lime etc… choice for food was reduced due to pandemic, nevertheless i think the hotel should present the Turkish food much better. I noticed that majority of tourists only ate sushi, noddles and salad

Spent a week here in Mid August. Sea was wonderful, Food was plenty and tasty. Weather was hot but not humid (very unusual) . Hotel was very very organized, clean and quite.

3 stars instead of 4 due to high price we paid. Overall we had good time but it should be much better for the price we paid. Alcohol drinks are really low quality

For example, forget about drinking wine or champagne, it is better to drink vinegar

Rubbish on the beach was not cleaned daily

The food everywhere was lovely however it did get a little bit repetitive after a few days but was still delicious and lots of variety! I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel Paloma Grida in Turkey and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience, especially for families with children

In general, there is no proper outdoor playground where children can play after the pool and beach are closed for the day. Unfortunately, the only outdoor play area consists of three swings that are well past their prime

Rooms are dated however this didn’t put us off. The children’s club is amazing - so flexible and they loved it. The food was amazing, so much choice and really good service. The staff were all very friendly

We reached back home yesterday from this hotel. The food was good and the entertainment team were awesome! Specially the girl who was organizing the mini disco, and the morning gym guy. Lots of fun and laughters we had

I spend 7 days here and I can't wait to go back again. Very clean beds, rooms and excellent food. All the people who working there everyone of them polite, smart and smiling all the time

As our first holiday as a family of 6 this was was a very good experience and the hotel was great! The staff, the food and housekeeping was really good. Can’t fault anything about our stay at Sarp Hotel

Had a lovely experience overall. Starting from the very hospitable people at the reception ( Mr. Aleyna ) to the staff at the dining area to the consultants at the fitness centres

See the room before you get in. There was a way better room for the same price. I've seen big bottom tube TV, no space. We were so tired but it's a lesson. You can ask and receive.

lack of cleaning not very helpful and the staff should know basics understanding of English very frustrated. it's very hard to communicate if you can't speak Turkish then your doomed. over all the hoilday was nice

very nice resort with everything inclusive and we had private villa with pool. !!! would love to come again but the down fall is not alot of English speaking people spcialky the staff, i wouldnt say its a 5*
