Quiet hotel with small but well-groomed territories, fine rooms. Friendly staff, good service and food. A decent animation. Note families with children: the entrance to the sea is pebble and immediately deep.

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always made us feel welcome. The food was fantastic with plenty of options, even for us vegetarians, which can sometimes be hard to find. I especially loved the variety and quality of the meals, and the ice cream was an absolute highlight! Maybe a little more hummus and falafel would be nice, but overall, it was one of the best all-inclusive experiences I've had. The range of drinks was also really impressive. Highly recommend!"
Ignorant staff, example : they never speak to you when collecting a plate for example and often lean over you. They are often fooling around or on their phones instead of tending to customers.
I have fed back a small list of issues around this hotel and await a response. They called the room and invited us to attend guest relations despite already being told to just reply. I dont want my time in the sun or having to go out for a meal being taken away.
Tried to order a taxi and they added ten euros.
Room. Nice view, a bit tired. No effort made by maids really.
Bathroom, shower only. Very small. Very slippy floor! Awful cheap decor. THIS IS NOT 5 STAR.
FOOD IS HORRIFIC. Breakfats being the worst. At lunch and dinner they often run out!
The options are always the cheapest possible with metloaf, burgers and offal being their most common offering. Other than overcooked and look warm chicken/turkey I have not really seen any grilled meats. One night they had 4 ducks to feed a whole hotel!!!! Italian with sweet and sour sauce anyone??? There is an arrogant little man with executive chef walking around who clearly must not have had any training. Dessert are all cheap, jellified and look pretty but never taste as they should. The patisserie served the same junk. Ice cream is ok but nothing to go with it, not allowed a bowl just a teaspoon in a cone. I have never, ever stayed in a 5 star hotel so poor for food. I have been to a lot. Last night the meatloaf was squashed to create “tray kebab”. THIS IS NOT 5 STAR.
WE HAD TO EAT OUT SEVERAL TIMES DUE TO INEDIBLE FOOD.
Entertainment is good, lots of activities, foam party is good, lots of sun loungers but kids water slides not seen open in a week.
Drinks. VERY POOR. The staff dont have a clue, everyone knows what malibu is dont they??? Poor quality, minimal measures. Tip: order the alcohol with just ice and top up your drink. NO BRANDED DRINKS IN A FIVE STAR HOTEL? NO FIZZY SOFT DRINKS IN THE MINI BAR?
Spa. Only the sauna working.
Hotel shop. Very expensive.
Grounds and setting. Good, Pretty in parts.
Issues with bites. Eaten alive on two nights. No sign og any preparation to prevent by the hotel.
Its a compliment giving this place a 3 star review. Everything is “box ticked” as cheap as possible.

The entertainment in the evening is fun with a mix of dancing shows, singing shows, parties so would be hard to not put a smile on your face.
