Variety of foods and drinks are being served which they are mostly delicious
Hygiene here is non-existent, first thing the room was very dirty under the beds, full of dust (and I’m allergic) and we even found cans under there. Plus it was quite old furnished, door had started to peel of on the sides. Next thing, the big swimming pool on the sides is really dirty, that it looks like mud in the tiles and while swimming with the kids we had poo floating and none of the staff did anything about it, my husband had to remove it with some cups coz it was everywhere.
At the kids pool where the slides are, I left my bag with some spare clothes in the floor and when I picked it up later on, it was stinking. So I had to take all the clothes to was and evens had to pay 100+ euros for that.
Tv wasn’t working and after a long try to reach the reception, they were very fussy about bringing a technician to fix it.
The view from our room was terrible, with old buildings and piles of concrete and stuff, that looks like a building site, but no one was building.
The restaurant is super busy, very hard to find a table to sit and people around are kind of rude and angry because I guess everyone is stressed out from this experience. Food is not good either.
We did complain to the manager and no one ever did anything about it.
So bloody not worth it.
A very good surprise was at the top outdoor bar where we had some really nice cocktails, some specials made by ZELIHA, which was very nice and very easy to get along with. Since we met her we only asked her to make our cocktails.
We enjoyed our family holiday and the resort was good but I wouldn't race back to this resort in all honesty
The restaurant is no different from anywhere else clean efficient with a good selection of dishes and sweets watch that wast line the are many bars around the staff are efficient and friendly
Why we was there we celebrated a birthday and a wedding anniversary the staff could not do enough to help us celebrate with cake that was made for us was fantastic
The was 5 children in our party aged from 14 to 5 they had amazing time all in all this holiday will give plenty of happy memories to all
Well done the the staff and management of Granada Hotel
The rooms are cleaned everyday, we got a complimentary sparkling bottle on arrival as well which was a nice touch.
The pools are many and they are placed throughout the complex and each with food and a bar and although it was October it never seemed busy at all.
The private beach away from the hotel by a short courtesy bus ride was also first class as like the hotel everything was kept very clean and the staff first rate.
