Novum Garden Hotel

A good hotel for Germans ))) A couple of the staff speak Russian. Only Elina is at reception, they understand in the restaurant, but not everyone can answer )) We stayed from October 20-30, 2021. Lots of pools, we didn't swim, the water was cold. There is a heated one inside, 26 degrees. The sea is across the road, two minutes. The road is quiet, there are few cars. The beach is the best of those in the area. Sand, clean water. On the other sides there are a lot of rocks. There are sun loungers, I think in the summer there will not be enough for everyone )) There are various activities on the beach, everything for money (bananas, inflatable tubes, a hot air balloon) The food is varied ... Different meats, for every taste, rice, mashed potatoes, French fries, porridge in the morning, very sweet. Cheeses, fruits, vegetables, cold meats, sweets. You will not go hungry. A 5-year-old child was always full ) The room is spacious, one double bed and two single beds. The shower has a glass door, but not everywhere. For those who like to lounge around, that's for you; we didn't have time. Soap and shampoo were in dispensers on the wall. Towels were changed upon request. I can't say anything about the bed linen; we didn't notice; they were clean anyway. The beds were made, and they even made figurines once. The floor was washed, bottled water was left every day, plus a liter of Fanta, Mirinda, and Sprite when they ran out, along with tea, coffee, and sugar. There was a kettle in the room. We didn't pay extra for the room; some people want a sea view, etc. I don't think it's necessary; we didn't have time to look. We were lucky; ours had a view of both the market and the sea. We were on the 5th floor. The lower the floor, the more you'll be seen.

A good hotel. The staff is very friendly and does their job well. The food is delicious and varied. The evening entertainment is excellent. The rooms are well-kept. The grounds aren't particularly large, but they're not small either; there's plenty of room to walk and play with children. There's a large playground. There's a cat area where they have their own home, and the kids mostly hang out there in the evenings with the cats. However, the hotel is more geared toward Germans; there are very few Russian speakers. Perhaps this will be improved in the future. I really liked everything. August 2021

We had an exceptional stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly kind and always greeted us with a smile. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding, with delicious meats, seafood, and chicken always available. The gala night was truly spectacular and one of the best parties I've ever attended at any hotel.

A special thanks to Marziyeh from guest relations, who was extremely helpful and kind, and to Hussein from the animation team, who made our stay fun (though he couldn’t beat us at beach volleyball!).

The only area for improvement would be the bar service. While Muhammad at the beach bar was excellent, some of the other bartenders didn’t quite meet the same standard. There was also a noticeable difference between the presentation of the food and drinks—the desserts were works of art, but the cocktails felt quite basic in comparison.

Overall, though, we were very pleased and truly appreciate the wonderful hospitality!

We stayed here for 8 nights from the 27th of July until the 4th of August and had an amazing holiday.
The hotel is spotless, and the staff were all happy and extremely helpful.
We seemed to be only a handful of English people that were staying there, but it didn't bother us in the slightest. We didn't realise that it was a German owned and run hotel until we got there, but again, this didn't bother us at all. They have about 5 different pools of all different sizes, and they've recently opened some new water slides and splash pad for the kids, which were great fun.

The choice of food was great and the quality was very good. Some places when you're all inclusive have the same foods each day, but it wasn't like that here, there was a great selection of meat and fish and local foods each day as well as food from midday until 3pm where you could get burgers and chips by the pool.

All in all, we had a fantastic stay and wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend.

We have just left this place and I would go back without hesitation. This was the best all inclusive. Amazing food, very hard working staff, so clean everywhere including toilets. Everyone was very friendly. Languages spoken mostly German, but had no issues communicating in English, staff also can speak a little other languages to befriend guests. Pools are great, plenty of deckchairs. Warm food & drinks 24/7! Sandy beach, although the sand not the finest, water shoes not really needed. Dolmus stop just outside the hotel will take you to Manavgat and Side. Aircon & wifi throughout. Good choice of entertainment in the evening. On Friday evening the hotel prepared the best banquet ever! What a feast for all tastes. Honestly, cannot fault anything. Absolutely best of times!

Chose this hotel based on the excellent reviews and have to say it definitely met those high expectations. The staff are wonderful and friendly, always ready to help. The food is the best we have had (having stayed in a few hotels across Antalya). Varied and generally tastes good. The rooms are so clean, the cleaner on our floor cleaned the room every day even when I did not put the light on for cleaning.

Pools are clean and there was always sunbeds for us even when we went in the
afternoon.

Location is fine, you are 15 min car drive from Novamall and just under 30min drive from the land of legends.

It mainly caters for German citizens so the staff speak turkish/german and English is limited. I am turkish so we were okay but my other half (not turkish) did have trouble communicating so if I wasn't there it would have been somewhat tricky. But the staff are so lovely and make all the effort!

Generally great hotel to visit, definitely one to reccomend!

Liked everything. Rooms, territory, service, beach (only biting fish did not like it, but even this did not spoil the overall impression). The staff is just great. Definitely five points.
