We had our vacation at this Hotel (28.09-05.10)
For the first time in Turkey, was a pleasant stay.
Rasim is the best waiter from the Elite restaurant.
Big resort, rooms ok - not that great as expected, most of the staff was friendly, Aquapark ok, food ok, but NO see food just some grilled calamari at 1 dinner.
The rooms need improvement.
Pools were nice, but water too cold for that period.
Very cleaned sandy beach.
Animation Team was ok for adults and kids as well.
Most of staff doesn't speak English, just German and Russian.
The bartenders looking like they hate their job.
Minibar refilled every day but with medium quality products, no wine.
Rooms cleaned every day with the towels changed.
Very bad drink service at the shows at night. We were there for 3 shows, nobody asked us if we want something and a lot of people always at the bar in line, waiting for drinks.
My opinion is that the staff needs to be improved and the hotel needs some renovations to keep up with the prices.
We don't think we gonna go back to this Hotel, but I think we will visit Turkey again in the near future.

Amazing experience. The staff is super friendly, the quality of the events organized by the animation team is very high, the foods are good. The beach is super. What I wished I had was some sort of indoor activity (name it Table Tennis) around 12 pm - 16 pm when the sun is killing it. Amazing job, Von Resort. It’s the second year we’re coming here.

Avoid Von Resort at All Costs - Unacceptable Behavior
We recently stayed at Von Resort in Turkey, and our experience was absolutely appalling. From the moment we arrived, the treatment we received from the staff was shockingly racist and discriminatory. My family, including my two young children, were consistently treated rudely, and it was clear that we were not welcome there.
The employees went out of their way to make us feel uncomfortable, ignoring our requests, and treating us with hostility. We were shocked and deeply saddened by the overt racism we experienced during what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation. It was a deeply disturbing experience, and my children were particularly upset by the way we were treated.
We do not recommend Von Resort to anyone. If you value respect, decency, and a positive family environment, this is not the place for you. Do yourself a favor and avoid this resort at all costs.

Excellent stay with a beautiful hotel and amazing entertainment, which was totally ruined by the rude, unfriendly and have no idea what they are doing staff at reception. Bad experience during check in, with barely any information given to us. This is a massive hotel complex and there are no maps available to help us find our way. Staff at reception makes you feel like an annoyance when you try to ask any questions. During check out there was a lady at reception who behaved like a grumpy kid who barely spoke any english, making faces and smashing our hotel cards at the table because there was a discrepancy on one of our rooms and I asked what it was to try to find out what happened, and she started behaving like I said that she was lying. Totally unacceptable behaviour. Her manager treated us similarly with no respect at all, but at least he managed to explain the problem.
Reception is a total zero with totally incapable staff, which is a shame, as the hotel and our stay was great.

Amazing place. All you need. Staff is super enthusiastic to serve and help and entertain. They are literally dying for you out there. The food is excellent and in abundance. Rooms are clean, neat, and practical. Restaurants, Spa and Wellness, Children's court... everything is at its very best. The beach is wide, sandy and so close. Waterpark is close and has diverse options for children a d for grown-ups.
I recommend this place for everyone. Don't miss it.

I am terribly disappointed. The first shock was the stray cats everywhere, when we first asked, they said it was the manager's cat that scratched 2 children in front of me. There are dozens of cats in the hotel, which are everywhere, including in the kitchen, on the bread. During dinner, they enter restaurants, rub your legs, jump on your table and even eat from your plate. The staff has no reaction to this. I told them a hundred times that I was allergic to cats, and the only thing they did was let us eat at another restaurant, although we met several cats there too.
There is almost no internet anywhere, not even in the rooms. The food is tasteless, and the rooms don't seem to have been cleaned. No one was actually cleaning the bathroom. Towels have stains. When you go to the bar for a drink, everyone's face is flushed, you think they must have paid thousands of euros in this abomination. In the end, I do not recommend anyone to come here.

Excellent resort for families and kids and has everything in one place aqua park pools and top-class entertainment. They kept kids busy throughout the day and night l. The food was a really good massive buffet and a selection good choice of drinks and snacks around the resort. The only let down was rooms are a bit outdated but that didn't really matter as we only went in tired and to sleep but every morning fridges was topped up with drinks and cleaned room.

Very bad Internet and food also is very bad, monotonous Turkish food with very little meat! Low budget cakes in various colors with the same taste, very bad,,,And I also found out how much you pay your employees, cooks, waiters and cleaning people, you are the slave owners of the 21st century, shame on you!

Such a nice resort. Food was fresh, pool was very clean and great activities throughout the day, staff very friendly and fun (special thanks to Kuş and Mustafa at the spa, Akoma, Gurkan, Danera and Altinay from Animation team)
It's about 20 minutes away from both Side and Manavgat. An hour away from Antalya airport.
We were a big group with a range of ages from 2 years to 60 years and every single one of us found something to do and we all enjoyed our time very much.
Our only complaint is that one of rooms had ants in it coming from the balcony, the housekeeping staff took care of it right away, but the ants kept coming back every once in a while, it was not a big deal (we had total 6 rooms so this doesn't apply to the other rooms)
