Beach: private sandy beach, 200 m from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. Between the hotel and the beach is the promenade. There is a Shuttle to the beach. The length of the beach is 110 m.

We delighted to have our honeymoon vacation and they were super helpful from check in to out.
Positive sides:
Food was extremely delicious and have different options almost everyday. Special thanks to chefs.
Service staff are kind and helpful, we did not see one single person without smile on their face. They take one step further once you ask them something.
Pool was big and animation team was well organised so they know how to keep you enjoy and have fun even with 40+ C degree outside.
Rooms are clean and they keep filling minibar daily.
Negative/ Improvement points
Sea access was not well informed in their website because it’s not right next to where you stay. But there was a golf car shuttle to beach even though we had to figure out that ourselves because we were not informed about it, might be considered to add into info card as an option.
Drink water are not served with bottle due to environmental reasons which is well thought and fair enough but sometimes you need to wait for drinking water. Maybe they can put some water refrigerator at restaurant so during meal we can get it ourselves.
But overall thanks everyone and for everything Side Star Resort, you’re gonna be a good reason to come back next year.

We stayed at SSR for 7 nights from 27/8 and it was our first time in Turkey, we loved every minute the room was lovely and extremely well kept by the maids not that we left it messy which I’m sure made life easier for them, the food we found superb if you can’t find food you want to eat here at the buffet restaurant then you must have an incredibly fussy palate, different themes each day on the food the service in the restaurant I have to say was brilliant always clean and tidy and friendly every time we went in we didn’t even visit the À la cart restaurants we was more than happy in the buffet the pool bar and snack area food was excellent especially the waffles 👌 we made friends with a fair few of the staff from service staff to entertainment and they all treated us so well the walk to the beach isn’t as steep as some reviews said but their is a buggy service down the hill and the beach bar is brilliantly located the beach itself was probably our favourite place to be this hotel had everything we wanted and more and we would highly recommend it to any family it has everything the pool and slides are great for kids (and adults 😉) I’ve only marked the location as 4* as it’s not quite as near Side as we thought it might be but don’t be put off the little Dolmus buses to Side and Manavgat are regular and only €2 per person per ride we visited the Manavgat falls don’t take an excursion or taxi hop on the Manavgat Dolmus and grab another up to the falls you’ll save a fortune and they are great fun same with visiting Side old town use the Dolmus, overall we fell in love with Turkey and Side Star played a massive part in that we we will be back I have some vids and pics on my TikTok- hodgie.hd to check out the hotel see you again soon SSR ❤️

Stayed here for 10 days. A 20 min bus ride into Side Old Town. Hotel has its own access to the beach. Food was a little samey and my fussy daughter struggled to find things she liked to eat. Overall I would recommend though.

Pros:
- Sandy beach
- Plenty of sun beds and overall good amenities in the beach
- Quality of the food served in the hotel, restaurant, snack bars
- Good house-keeping
- Great value/price ratio
Cons:
- Hotel is lacking security in all aspects, anyone including street vendors can enter the designated beach area, use the hotel showers and bathrooms. No security staff or precautions at all, safety is terrible.
- Rooms are in desperate need for renovation especially furnitures and beddings. Seems clean but they are pretty worn out.
- Servers in general don’t have the best attitude. Their lack of professionalism gets even worser to Turkish guests.
We weren’t seated in the breakfast due to being a party of 4, for a 6 p table despite all tables were full. I jokingly asked to the server if we were going to stand until a 4-p table is available and he said yes. This is just an example you shouldn’t encounter in a 5-star resort.
- Utensils used in the restaurant and in the bars are not in their best condition, you need to dig through the trays to get the “least” stained glass.
- Pool area is always cramped and crowded as the pool is definitely not sufficient for the capacity.
- Entertainment is pretty weak.
- Sandy beach

Fantastic hotel, very clean rooms, swimming pools, private beach, swimming pool and warm water in the sea. Wonderful service, very nice people, delicious food, always fresh, large selection. There is a food bar available at the pool, and there is an additional one on the beach in the hotel 24 hours a day, where you can always eat. Fantastic performance by the hosts. It would be wonderful!!! The only minus is that there are few attractions for children, only a few songs sung in German. Greetings to all people at Side Star Resort Hotel.

This hotel was one of the best that I have been to the food was absolutely outstanding they had such a variety of food from different countries and cultures but also had other food if you didn’t want to try other countries food. The entertainment was great they had different things in every night and there was loads of activities that me and my sister was able to contribute to in the day. One of our favourite was the water sports with Hasan he was an amazing with everyone in the hotel and would come and sit and talk with you , I thought that this was fabulous because it showed that they had great communication skills with everyone in the hotel and that you could have a great laugh with him. I can't wait to go again!

- very nice staff, apart from the kid's club. It is very weak there, but friendly - the hotel is not large but well-groomed - a good sandy beach - there are not very many dishes, but almost everything is delicious We were satisfied with the rest and plan to come again

Just really good. Suddenly ! The hotel is located next to the fishing port. Local fishermen moor there and bring fish from fishing. Therefore, the hotel prepares delicious, fresh and different fish every day. If you want delicious fish, this is the right place for you. In addition to fish, there are many more tasty things waiting for you. There is a beautiful sandy beach too, a rarity for Turkey. A very large children's playground with different designs will appeal to your children for sure. See 📷. There is an olive garden at the Hotel for walking.

This is just a great hotel! Very caring staff, delicious food, beautiful well-groomed area, huge beach, very clean sea with a smooth entry, which is very important for children, the beach has exceptionally soft sand! There are many places to relax on the territory - hammocks with pillows, sofas with pillows. No noisy road nearby. We will be very happy to return again! Thank you very much for a pleasant stay!

We were in Turkey in the off-season, so a lot of things went wrong, but the only thing they definitely didn’t make a mistake and never regretted was the hotel! Cozy rooms with balconies, lovely territory, in the process of walking unexpectedly went to the sea. Geckos are running. Greenery all around. They feed just to kill. Everything is very tasty, it is impossible to refuse, upon arrival home you will have to shed extra pounds) The beach is sandy. But we did not swim - it was cold. Large swimming pool. Very pleasant, friendly, unobtrusive staff. I really want to come back here in the season
