Crystal Palace Luxury Resort & Spa - Ultimate All Inclusive

Me and my wife enjoyed our 1 week visit here. Beach was amazing. We had many activities including beach volleyball and boccia. Especially, I would like to thank Mustafa from entertainment team. During the whole week he was super helpful and was sharing his energy with everyone. Ksenia and Serkan already became our friends.

I really liked this hotel, not the first time here, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, excellent spa. We always went to play darts and shoot, the animators were very kind and cool guys, last year there were others, this season is much better, I especially want to highlight Bugra, Evren and Huseyin. They always invited me to participate in all activities and found a common language with everyone, everyone from different countries became friends with each other and went to a disco, in general, I recommend it to everyone!))

It was possible to find an event at any time of the day. The animation team was both professional and very friendly, so our holiday became more enjoyable. We would like to thank Mr. Serkan, Evren, Mr. Hüseyin and Mr. Buğra in the animation team.

What can I say, the best hotel with the best, kindest and friendliest staffs. This is our first time coming to turkey and staying here made our experience more memorable. Very clean resort, bedrooms are very spacious, the foods are excellent, the pools are great aswell as the waterpark and the beach. They also give us a free late checkout which helps us a bit as we were waiting for our transport to the airport. Overall we had an amazing time in this wonderful hotel, i cannot even point not even one thing that is bad here. We will definitely coming back. Thank you

It is not the largest and most luxurious hotel I have visited, but I recommend it to those who want to have a nice holiday.

I highly reccomend this resort, id like to complement the waiters i hope they pay them well because the service was high standered. In the buffet i dropped my fork the staff picked it up before i could it was amazing it happened twice and they picked it up both times, as soon as you looked at a waiter they could come and sevre you, always smiling. The 24 restrarunt was absoulety amazing,great food great service the chocolate cake with ice cream was incredible i highly reccomend. We werent even in season and it was still amazing we went in may. If you want a quiet calm hotel this one is great.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever visited & I absolutely loved the workers there they were so down to earth and really friendly to me and my family forever grateful to them 🫶🏾. The spa was also 10/10 got the best massage it really was worth the money !

Mini club at the crystal palace was so good for my daughter. we would go there after our breakfast and she would play, colour, paint and other activities while i just sit and watch her. Staff are very friendly. Definitely recommend this.

Amazing hotel , Staff is great to talk to and always helpful . Easy to find your way around and find stuff to do . I personally loved the pools and inside gym . Recommend this hotel to anyone with kids or with family members
