Crystal Palace Luxury Resort & Spa - Ultimate All Inclusive

I rested in this hotel with my two daughters. The hotel is wonderful, corresponds to its level. The rooms are very nice. The food is simply wonderful. The beach is beautiful, spacious. The staff is kind, the animators are good, there is a lot of entertainment, there is something to do all day long. The evening shows are interesting. I liked everything, except for one nuance! One of the bartenders, named Veisy Bartender, as we later found out, started inviting my daughter to go to the beach in the evening, after his work. Of course, my daughter refused. On the second, third day… the same thing again. Every time my daughter answered categorically “No”! It was unpleasant and constantly stressed us. After that, when we approached the bar counter to order drinks, he refused to give them to us. That is, when our turn came, he ignored and simply took orders from other people who were standing in line behind us. I think this attitude of the bartender towards the hotel guests is unacceptable and unprofessional, especially in a hotel of this level. Therefore, I would really like the hotel management to pay attention to this guy. After all, the hotel is wonderful and I would like to come here again to relax.

A World-Class Stay – Worth Every One of Its 5 Stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From the moment we stepped into the hotel, we were greeted with service that was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive to even the smallest details – it felt genuine, not just routine. The room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and spotlessly clean. The bed was heavenly to sleep in, and the view from the balcony looked like something out of a postcard. Every detail had been thought of – from luxurious toiletries to fresh fruit and a personalized welcome note. The hotel’s facilities also deserve top praise. The spa was calm and relaxing, the pool area immaculate, and the restaurant offered culinary experiences of the highest standard. The breakfast buffet was generous, with everything you could possibly wish for – fresh ingredients, delicious specialties, and eggs cooked exactly how you like them. The location was also perfect – close to the beach, local attractions, and city life, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and exclusive. All in all, this was an experience that exceeded all expectations. The hotel doesn’t just deliver in one area – it delivers in every one. It’s without a doubt worthy of all 5 stars, and we’ll gladly return. Highly recommended

We were staying in the hotel for 10 days, everything was amazing, hotel stuff always willing to help and polite. The beach is clean and nice, all food was different and you can always find something for yourself, rooms are also clean and comfortable. Especially we liked all animation team, I was participating Yoga classes from the very first day and have additional thanks to yoga teacher (Nihat), very recommend.

It was my fourth time in Turkey and surely the best. The hotel has everything we needed, everything was very close, not much walking. What I enjoyed the most were the shows and activities organized by the animation team- especially Murat, Niko, Benji and Kayhan was extremely nice. It was a great time.

The hotel gives you everything- you can not only relax by the pool drinking great cocktails but also have some fun with the animation team. The oportunities are wide- you can play beach volleyball, try some yoga(Niko was an amazing yoga teacher) or do some water gymnastic with Bugy(also a wonderful guy, it was always a fun with him). The rest of the animation team: Elif, Kayhan, Benji and Murat are also great people. We gonna miss them! The rooms were very clean and food was so delicious. Also very kind staff. I highly recommend this place!

I recommend staying at this hotel. The food and drink were delicious, very clean rooms and helpful staff. I would like to recognize the animation time for great activities, especially Murat and Kayhan, but the whole team was amazing. Hopefully we will come back!

All animators are very friendly. The programme is always different and very interesting. The hotel is very clean. The food is good, every day it's different and very delicous. You can eat all day and all night, that is also very nice. I do recommend this hotel!

What an excellent stay from checkin to checkout the staff couldn't do enough to make our stay a pleasure. Checkin very quick and simple. Room on front of resort perfectly clean, comfortable and well resourced, no issues during stay. Food plentyful and yummy with a huge selection in the main restuarant cooked fresh for 3 of us on arrival as ordered on the first night 17th Nov even got our first taste of real welcoming hospitality from the 2 restuarant staff with a pepper challenge lol both continued to show care and excellent hospitality during our stay Idris and boss chef man . Being end of the season with not many people in the hotel entertainment not as it would have been I'm sure during season, but loved the musicians in Paul's bar and had a little dance in the onside club one night. A big thanks to all staff working during our stay from the reception team to the chefs and team leaders loved the jokes and animated descriptions of some of the food when having a tease all we're special but in particular from Pauls bar and the restuarant the guys that kept us company and with drinks too. The team spoke better english than us lol Idris your a star and will go far, thanks for making my birthday dinner that extra bit special as well lol oh and the twins 1 and 2 you know who you are and u know who our favourite was lol must not forget babyface in the Patisserie and Furkan In the lobby bar. For my birthday I got lots of presents including a birthday cake, fresh fruit platter some sparkly and a card spaced out nicely through the day and all unexpected and not arranged all from the hotel and to not leave my partner out he received a present the day before lol so thoughtful and executed perfectly. Me and my wife enjoyed our 1 week visit here. Beach was amazing. We had many activities including beach volleyball and boccia. Especially, I would like to thank Mustafa from entertainment team. During the whole week he was super helpful and was sharing his energy with everyone. Ksenia and Serkan already became our friends.

Big thanks to the entertainment team for their professionalism and involvement in the process! Had a "busy schedule" during our stay with visiting all the activities. Aqua Gym and Dart are the favorite ones. Thanks for your work and especially hello to Serkan, Murat, Milena and Ksenia. Incredible shows at night! Good that there are activities both: for kids and adults. Thanks to all the staff for helping us to have a great time during the holidays. One more thanks to Idris from the restaurant. Now we know that Ayran with ice is a really perfect match! By the way, please replace the coffee machines in the restaurant. Overall, the food is good, but really wants to get a nice cappuccino and latte with your nice desserts))
