I recently stayed at TUI Magic Life Jacaranda in Turkey with my brother and his girlfriend to celebrate their anniversary, and our experience was truly shocking . From the start, the staff were rude and aggressive, making us feel unwelcome. A particularly troubling incident involved a front desk employee named Dungun, who escalated a disagreement over the hotel ATM by suggesting we go outside to fight. And also claimed he was the manager which later we found out he was not and was just a receptionist .
We had followed the staff's advice to withdraw cash, but the ATM took my brother's card and didn’t return it. When we asked for assistance, the staff ignored us until we insisted on speaking to a manager. Instead of helping, they started shouting at us and providing false information. Even when the manager arrived, he failed to address our concerns or resolve the issue, which took two hours of our holiday.
Additionally, the entertainment options were minimal, leaving us with little to do in the evenings. The food was also a significant letdown—most of the meals were bland and unappetizing, which made dining a frustrating experience.
We heard many other guests expressing similar frustrations, indicating that our experience was not unique. The manager seemed unconcerned about the aggressive behavior of his staff. Overall, I cannot recommend TUI Magic Life Jacaranda. It was a terrible experience, and I’m relieved to be home. Save your time and money—choose a different hotel. If the hotel wishes to address these serious issues and compensate us for our experience, I encourage them to contact me directly.

This is a magnificent resort of high standards! Despite the winter season, activities are countless. Food & service were excellent! Warm thanks to the pleasant workers who made my stay awesome! Fatih & Ugor are kind and generous receptionists! I enjoyed a luxurious welcoming! Tuana & Chaimae offered amazing guest experience and are great,smiling speakers!
Servin Deniz smiled gracefully and worked as hard as a bee!
The animation team endorses beautiful people with spectacular personalities!
My respect and appreciation goes to the great tennis coach Ali for putting up with my temper! He's an amazing sportsman!

We loved this hotel, and the people who ran it.
We booked through TUI and flew Sunexpress for the new year period 2024-25.
The room and hotel was kept extreemly clean. The food was of a very good quality and quite varied. Unfortunately we didnt get to try any of the a la carte restaurants as the few that were open were all booked up. This was disappointing.
New years eve celebrations were fabulous, all the staff clearly made a big effort to make it something special and they nailed it.

Great hotel, but bad reception staff. An error made by the travel agency meant that we wouldn't have the room until we left, despite what the agency said. The snotty receptionist refused to show understanding and demanded €30 to stay for another 1h.
Like, every other staff member have been absolutely delightful. However, that one receptionist checking us out of room 1412 wanted what was essentially a bribe. The other one was more helpful and allowed us 20 minutes to wash off at least. So yeah.

Beautiful hotel,amazing location the food is awesome and there are tons of activities you can do the service is great and if there’s any problem Zoe get instant helped.I really enjoyed the time here.

This is the worst 5 star hotel I've been in Turkey. Ultra all inclusive- Ice cream paid , Popcorn paid , Redbull paid , Sauna paid .Only J&B is for free , everything else is paid . Turkish alcohol is free . Everything which is good is extra paid . The restaurant is full with cats . Animation Zero , service Zero Plus . One and same food 7 days . Internet - sometimes , may be ... Stay away mates !

Pretty good food, rooms are all clean and kept well. Stuff are polite and helpful. Has a long & sand beach with watersports attractions, some livs music before and after the dinner and of course a lot of entertainmsnt for kids. It is 40-45 minutes from the airport. For me the only downside is that you cant go anywhere outside the hotel on foot. Would i come back, yes.

This is our second time in Jacaranda, we really like it. Delicious food, drinks, orange juice in the morning. Excellent Wi-Fi. We really liked archery and coach Ali (nice, always helps, remembers his students and their parents, always attentive and says hello when we meet). In the 24-hour bar, the waitress Fatma is also very friendly, always smiling, joking, such an energizer))). Decent alcohol, you can order champagne for breakfast, wine, Baileys, martini, different cocktails. Autumn cleans the rooms well. On Friday, the dress code is a white gala dinner, it is advisable to come in white, but they won't kick you out in regular clothes either. They ask you not to go to the restaurant in flip-flops and bathing suits, as some people like, in the evening they even turn you away if someone sticks their nose in flip-flops. Every day there is a theme evening with cuisine from different countries. In the evening they entertain with a show program. It is very nice that their operations director is constantly on site, we see him several times a day, in the evening he even helps some of the cooks distribute food. He monitors what is happening all day and immediately points out the staff's shortcomings, and he is very nice))) Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday, we will definitely come again!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! All service is very nice to each other and the guests, animators ale the nicest people i’ve ever met, especially Ruth, Freya and Lisa! Love you girls! As a teenager, I spend there amazing time. Hope to go back there soon!!

A real dream hotel. There is everything you want and everything is free! We paid a little for 7 days, but we are happy as for a year! We will return here as soon as possible! Nice people, tourists, waiters, Concern Ibrahim is also very good. In short, a very good hotel!
