Beautiful hotel,amazing location the food is awesome and there are tons of activities you can do the service is great and if there’s any problem Zoe get instant helped.I really enjoyed the time here.

Pretty good food, rooms are all clean and kept well. Stuff are polite and helpful. Has a long & sand beach with watersports attractions, some livs music before and after the dinner and of course a lot of entertainmsnt for kids. It is 40-45 minutes from the airport. For me the only downside is that you cant go anywhere outside the hotel on foot. Would i come back, yes.

This is our second time in Jacaranda, we really like it. Delicious food, drinks, orange juice in the morning. Excellent Wi-Fi. We really liked archery and coach Ali (nice, always helps, remembers his students and their parents, always attentive and says hello when we meet). In the 24-hour bar, the waitress Fatma is also very friendly, always smiling, joking, such an energizer))). Decent alcohol, you can order champagne for breakfast, wine, Baileys, martini, different cocktails. Autumn cleans the rooms well. On Friday, the dress code is a white gala dinner, it is advisable to come in white, but they won't kick you out in regular clothes either. They ask you not to go to the restaurant in flip-flops and bathing suits, as some people like, in the evening they even turn you away if someone sticks their nose in flip-flops. Every day there is a theme evening with cuisine from different countries. In the evening they entertain with a show program. It is very nice that their operations director is constantly on site, we see him several times a day, in the evening he even helps some of the cooks distribute food. He monitors what is happening all day and immediately points out the staff's shortcomings, and he is very nice))) Thank you very much for a wonderful holiday, we will definitely come again!!!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! All service is very nice to each other and the guests, animators ale the nicest people i’ve ever met, especially Ruth, Freya and Lisa! Love you girls! As a teenager, I spend there amazing time. Hope to go back there soon!!

The hotel is beautiful, we were there in the middle of May. The area is very large, beautiful, well-groomed, with many different plants. The beach is sandy and the entrance to the sea is also sandy, there are plenty of sunbeds and towels are provided. There is a lot of entertainment on the territory: archery, tennis, badminton, catamaran, football, volleyball, water slides, hammam, disco.. All entertainment must be registered through the application (they have their own application). WiFi throughout the entire territory works great👍🏻 For food: there is beef, turkey, chicken, grilled, steaks, stewed, boiled, tuna, salmon, grilled fish, French fries, pieces, mashed potatoes, boiled, rice, pasta, spaghetti, burgers , various breads, pancakes, croissants, apples, oranges, grapefruits, watermelon, strawberries, kiwis, various salads, cucumbers, tomatoes, radishes, all kinds of greens, a bunch of desserts for every taste, different cheeses, sausages, sausages, yoghurts, sauces and more there’s a lot of stuff you can’t even remember... On the beach there is a bar with drinks and food but it’s not open all day, they make cocktails, beer, pizza, nuggets, there are vegetables and fruits. Near the main restaurant there is a café house and a bar, ice cream from 15:00, Turkish coffee. The bar near the stage only has drinks and chips with nuts. There are a la carte restaurants, everything is also delicious. The staff speaks English, but everyone is very friendly and polite, they clean well. The rooms are fresh, everything works, there is a hairdryer, slippers, safe, TV, refrigerator, minibar included in the price, sewing kit, towels. If you leave the hotel to the right, somewhere within a radius of 1 km there is a market, we bought homemade Turkish delight there, it was very tasty, there are also clothes, shoes, bags, etc. In general, we really liked everything 👍🏻👍🏻

There is a heated pool, you can swim in it both indoors and outdoors. The slides were turned on especially for us. Even if it’s cold, a little rum evens out the situation with the water temperature. There is a breeze on the beach, sometimes strong. But the sea is very beautiful... I’ll definitely dive in.

A wonderful hotel with a compact, well-groomed, flowering area. Spacious, clean room with a balcony and sea view. The room is cleaned and towels are changed daily. The minibar (water, cola, Fanta) is replenished once upon arrival. Drinking water (two one and a half liter bottles) is brought every day. I was impressed by the variety of leisure activities. Tennis courts (7 pieces, artificial grass), volleyball courts, a huge football field with real grass, yoga, Pilates, Zumba, good gym, table tennis, hammam. All this is freely available. There are water slides for children, there are not many of them, but still. Large swimming pool. The food is decent. Lots of fresh and grilled vegetables, fruits, kiwis were very tasty. Meat for every taste: chicken, lamb, beef, turkey. Fish: tuna, trout, something similar to mackerel. Very tasty pizza! The quality of service in the main restaurant was a little lacking. Even when the hotel was lightly occupied, at times it seemed like the waiters didn’t care about you. We rested in May, the main hotel restaurant and a restaurant by the sea were open. It was with great difficulty that we got into the a la carte restaurant, since booking was only possible through the app, which for some reason did not work. 24-hour pool bar. Most of the alcoholic cocktails were tasty. Some people complain that the sea is far away, but it didn’t bother us at all to walk along the flowered alley once again. Overall we had a great time.
