Negatives: Disgusting food, poor customer service, non existing animation team, dirty
Positives: Location is great and the rooms are spacious. We got lucky with nice weather and warm sea water
All in all, go elsewhere, I strongly recommend to avoid this hotel at all costs
4 SEASONS TRANSFER …
Animators and staff was very friendly and positive.The food was delicious and substantial.There is many events and shows.And here is playground for volleyball and football.
Thanks to animators for their work,they helped me very often,and they spoke different languages.

I had such a wonderful experience with the Kids Club as well, and I wanted to share my thoughts in this review! Noama and Nadia are truly fantastic and caring individuals who run this club. They organize great activities for the kids, ensuring they have a fantastic time while also keeping a watchful eye on their safety.
It's been so heartwarming to see how happy my daughter was every time she went to the Kids Club. She genuinely looked forward to it, and that's a testament to the amazing work Noama and Nadia do.
A big thanks to Noama and Nadia for their dedication and for creating such a welcoming and enjoyable environment for the kids. We appreciate you both so much!
The only downside was the rooms (I stayed in a Standard one) - they looked great, but certain things would occasionally stop working, requiring a service call. For example, the balcony door wouldn't shut, and the hotel room door sometimes wouldn't respond to the key card. The major issue was the bathroom lacking a door for the shower, resulting in water spilling onto the floor.
The food was extraordinary; I particularly enjoyed the beef and egg-based dishes, which were incredibly delicious.
The beach isn't private, but it's located right next to the hotel, about 100 meters away. The water is consistently warm or slightly cool, making it the perfect temperature for swimming. One thing to note is that there are some rocky areas under the sea that could potentially injure your feet if stepped on. Overall, I would rate the hotel 8.5/10.
