Great location, small rooms but spacious enough to move around, breakfast was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. Would stay here again. I booked my activities elsewhere.

The hotel is really cozy and neat,very near to most of the areas especially the bus stop
Although our stay was for just a day but the experience was amazing.Our room had decent views and ambiance of the room was romantic

The location of the hotel is only 2-3 mins away from the restaurants, souvenir and other shops, very convenient and accessible. The hotel Terrace has a perfect view of the city in day and night. Their staff are accommodating and was able to help us when one of our luggage accidentally taken by a commuter. Rooms are amazing and breakfast is satisfying, I had a great stay in this hotel! Till next time again!

Location of the hotel is good. Rooms are clean and tidy. Owner Ms. Fatima is a nice lady. All the amenities are good. Breakfast prepared by them is also good.
They can help you with the balloon ride, Turkish Night and the other things in Cappadocia.
You can stay in this hotel. Recommended to all.

We loved our stay here in Arch Palace! The owner and staffs were all very responsive and ready to help anytime. When I said anytime, I mean it because we had an early check-in and late checkout, and they let us stay in and chill at the restaurant. It immediately felt like home and at no extra charge. They also arranged an airport pick-up, just in case you have a weird flight time like us. The Turkish Night tour is recommended. It was fun! We didn't go for the balloon ride, but the terrace at the top of the hotel has a stunning view.

The room was pretty spacious, and it was clean and very comfortable. Windows for some fresh air and a hot shower! Good location, near restaurants and bars. Excellent price and recommended. Thank you for the hospitality!

We definitely recommend the hotel! For 100%! The first thing I would like to note is the owner of the hotel himself, and everyone who works there. They were always responsive and ready to help almost at any time of the day. Also, we had the check-in late enough, with no extra charge. The room itself is very comfortable and very clean. We felt at home. Also, the hotel is absolutely quiet, this is exactly the place where you can relax and sleep. And thanks for the rooftop breakfasts! It was so delicious and very beautiful! And there was also the opportunity to park the car right next to the hotel, it is also very convenient.

Great location only steps away from town centre & sunset viewpoint. Management is very helpful. First floor rooms can be loud with street noise but generally not. Nice rooftop terrace for breakfast and relaxing.

Very nice place with the very kind personnel. Nearby the city center. They were pleased to arrange all the activities here: cappadocia tours, ATV rides and balloon flights. Highly recommend.
