It is a five star hotel located in Istanbul. There is a mall across from the hotel so it is convenient to stay here. The food is okay, but it has limited variety. The room is big and clean, but the heater does not work properly. We stayed during autumn and felt cold the whole night. The amenities provided are also lacking. We stayed in a three people room but we only got one towel, two shower gels, and one extra pillow. We had to ask for more.

Our group 34 people and 19 rooms live here. After check in, have 13 room's air-conditioned are not working.
Hotel have not any rooms to change.
Our guest are force to accept....

I was very happy with the services at Gone Hotel. PEOPLE are very friendly. Our group of 20 people all did the Turkish bath , spa and it was the best experience I ever had. I heard about it, but nothing compare to having the experience yourself. If you ever visit Turkey , Istanbul come and stay here and have the experience yourself.

Does not live up to 5 stars, other reviewers said it best, slow room service, serious language barrier for English speakers and poor general maintenance which are the very basic you would expect for a supposed luxury hotel. Looks great initially but once you get past the glitter the cracks are obvious. Only English TV channel is the news. Too be fair if you speak Turkish or love Turkish food options it's fine but I would no recommend it for Europeans

The hotel is an older five-star hotel with luxurious decoration. The facilities inside are quite good and a little bit improved. There is a large shopping mall opposite, which is also very convenient.

This hotel is used by Turkish Airlines for their “VIPs” when they have delayed flights and have to put them up overnight. Which is how I found myself here.
This place is no where near five star. The rooms were horrifically dirty. The first room they put me in didn’t have curtains! The second room was not nearly as dirty but still definitely hasn’t had a carpet clean in years. The shower head was so clogged with mildew barely any water came up.
The food on offer is okay. Location wise there is a mall next door.
But honestly if you’re expecting luxury or a 5 star experience avoid this place at all costs. It reminds me of a regular 3 star hotel in the US.

Very bad service, ver bad staff, very bad rules, The worst hotel I’m the world, they have thier own rules, we had been all around the world but thier rules made by thier own and not world wide, worst staff, they will not copreate with you, if you want to enjoy your vacation don’t reserve this hotel you will be regret.
