The room has some signs of wear (scratches on furniture, cracked paint on the ceiling in the shower), but not critical. Slippers are available, toothbrushes are not. They did not take a deposit of 100€

It is very close to the first stop of the Airport Express, which is only a few minutes' walk away. It is very convenient for overnight transfer

The location, cleanliness and size of the rooms and price-performance ratio are always the reasons for preference.

There is also a subway to the city center, so transportation is very convenient

Breakfast in a restaurant at the 18th floor is awesome. The menu has a great variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting

It is a nice place to relax, close to Istanbul. You can come for breakfast, you can use the pool and beach for the day. If you wish, the rooms are ideal for accommodation. I think you can come as a family and relax

Let them raise an experienced person on their own. The beach is beautiful, the sand is beautiful. As a result, performance is very poor for the nightly rate they charge

If you walked for a few minutes you will land up on Istiklal street- this place has the most amazing vibe. We mostly interacted with Yusuf who was very friendly. The breakfast included was impressive

The wifi worked so efficiently. There was no need for us to buy a turkish sim card. I will definitely go back! Miss it already

Waw Hotel was a lovely experience for many reasons. It was a 1 minute walk from the tram which made treavelling easy

Located in the heart of Istanbul. Rooms are small, but clean and have everything you need: a safe case, mini refrigerator, shampoo, hair conditioner, soap and plenty of towels

The location is a short walk from several museums and tourist attractions. The staff were all very friendly. When i arrives they even gave me options two rooms for me to choose from. The view from my room was beautiful.

The staff also helped us with parking our car on the narrow streets, which was a big help because of how tight the space is! I did ask for this in advance when booking our room though

The outdoor and indoor pools were great. Outdoors there is a small kids pool connected to the main one, however inside the pool is large but all the same depth

The room was ok, mostly clean and we had two adjoining rooms which was helpful. No tea or coffee in the room, but they sent a hot water kettle when we requested one. A few minutes drive from the beach

Quiet place with good price.. location is good at the center of the old city ... transportation available... recommend for low budget trip it's the right place..

Right outside is the Arsenal Cafe, there is a laundry place right underneath the hotel and literally its 300ft from the tram that runs up and down Sultanahmet street which is the main street

i strongly recommand this hotel while visiting istanbul. i and my wife was staying on it in a family room landmark view. it's located in the city center sultanAhmet, very close to tram and metro (arround 100 m only)

there is a bus , metro and tram however we prefered to walk , its not very far and the walking path is amazing. if you want to go somewhere else , you have many public buses in Eminonu kantarcilar station

we used google map and it was very helpful and we did not ask single of poeple. yoi need to have package of 10 gb data and full charge in your mobile. istanbul is a nice place , poele also good

Went to the bar of the hotel the other day which is right next to Okra Restaurant. A bit overpriced but reasonable for a hotel. The location is amazing. It’s quiet and calm, perfect for reading or laptop work.

The rooms is very small not match the price and the bathroom is very small I can barely walk in it also the water for the washer is very cold it’s freezing

Of note- the website lists a shuttle from the airport but this is not exactly accurate (at least from a US perspective), from the airport you travel via public bus to the square a block away, I don’t remember the exact price but I believe it was less than 200 TRY

The only down side I found was the location- it is close to public transit and has plenty of taxis, but actual walkability is low (not really the hotel’s fault) but if you’re staying in a 5 star hotel you probably aren’t planning to walk all over Istanbul

Everything is perfectly luxurious, the rooms the alleys and staff! I recommend for a perfectly restful vacation or business trip. Breakfast could be improved with some local sweets and better choice cold drinks..

Very very good! The service is superb and the hardware is superb! The housekeeper is very considerate, the welcome dessert and fruit are very good, all the drinks in the MINI bar are not only free but also very high-end, every time we come back from an outing, the MINI bar is filled up, and we get warm greetings and friendly chats from every hotel staff!

The hotel is located on a wonderful spot in Istanbul. The rooms are clean and the view on the bosphorous is very exciting the main problem i faced is it is a little bit far from the places of interest and shopping.

Bakirkoy Hotel was designed with great thought, the rooms are spacious, the materials used are of very high quality, the sheets and towels are spotless, the bathrooms are sparkling and some of the rooms have a jacuzzi

Great location in front of the sea, 20 min walking from a busy area with a lot of restaurants and shops, I was in the 11th floor when the marmara earthquake hits Istanbul, it was so safe , they told me it could handle an earthquake of 8 degree, breakfast was good , for people love to walk it's great place

If you don’t want to eat at the hotel, there are many places around, but the cheapest and most popular seems to be Bakirkoy, about 15-20 min walk from the hotel

The hotel looked after us very well. It was thoroughly cleaned every day and every wish was fulfilled. You can reach Taksim Beşiktaş or Galatasaray by bus without changing. The bus stop is directly opposite the hotel

It looks a bit old, but the hotel provides it with a place to stay (its name is ADA, and sometimes it goes to the door of the Novotel next door to lie down). The whole Istanbul is very friendly to dogs and cats

The hotel is 200m away from the cross-sea bridge. You can experience the sudden enlightenment by walking. Souvenirs were given on Women's Day. You can also walk to Independence Avenue!

The rooms are irregular due to the renovation of the old building. The tower view terrace room is especially not recommended (the small terrace is shaded and you can't see the strait)

In fact, the king-size bed room is more cost-effective than this room type. But the hotel breakfast is good, and the breakfast restaurant is on the top floor overlooking the strait
