I was there because of May Clinic and the surgery I had with them. The hotel was calm and quiet, clean with very nice attentive staff. I had no room service but lots of sudden and not timely housekeeping services

The ladies were patient and clean and caring. I had to ask them to change my bloody bedsheets after each visit from my nurses one more time each day and they were friendly enough even at those times

Breakfasts were very exciting and full of international and traditional Turkish choices with the best Simits you can find in town. The meals were very expensive but very delicious and good quality

I even once asked for a housekeeping service while the ladies were not there and soon a lady came in and happily changed my bedsheets which I am pretty sure it was not that easy and pleasant

There are plenty of people in your hotel from other countries so it would be very effective and welcoming if the staff could speak English and we could communicate with them verbally

There are three things to improve though. It would be nice if we have Tissue boxes and toothpaste in the rooms and also a usb port on the walls for the chargers

Erdal and temel were very friendly and attentive to our needs. Very hospitable. Selami the chef is an excellent cook the food was plentiful for an appetizer. My daughter loved the veggie pizza. Well done.

The entire team, including, Baki, were friendly, professional, courteous, and attentive. Baki was the first to greet and the last to wish us safe travels. The entire hotel was very clean and pleasant

I was very pleasant with my stay at the hotel. The service was perfect and the employees were very friendly. Omer at the restaurant introduced the buffet nicely and his hospitality was stunning

We have enjoyed our exceptional stay at the hotel. Reception staff were very nice, helpful, and friendly and showed generous hospitality. Room service was welcoming and trustworthy

The individual who took care of our rooms was great. and he cleaned and ordered the rooms very well. 1 thing i found odd is that extra water is chargeable

It really makes a difference to your deserving vacation or business trip. I will definitely recommend this hotel

The room was ok, mostly clean and we had two adjoining rooms which was helpful. No tea or coffee in the room, but they sent a hot water kettle when we requested one. A few minutes drive from the beach

I have stayed there fir a course with the company I work for. Surprisingly everything was perfect. Food was good especially the breakfast , maybe it is not the best in Istanbul but it is way beyond my expectation

And hotel staffs were so nice and they let me upgrade our room on the arrival. Front office ladies Selim and Beyam are very sweet. Foods were good and multiple choices. Totally recommend for the hotel

I had trouble open the window so they sent the staff in less than 5 mins to help. Also they have a lot of place to play games and saloons along with two swimming pools. Room service was nice as well

The buffets and played meals were done well, the mezes were especially good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The meeting room was set up well, though there was a light smell of mold

Awesome place to rest and rejuvenate. The spa is divine. Enjoyed every day and left feeling 10 years younger. I will visit again or buy a house here… absolutely wonderful

Fabulous staff, excellent food, superb rooms with architectural concept. There is a beautiful beach, suitable for children, number 10. We will definitely come again every time we come to Istanbul 😊👍🏼

It is a nice place to relax, close to Istanbul. You can come for breakfast, you can use the pool and beach for the day. If you wish, the rooms are ideal for accommodation. I think you can come as a family and relax

Excellent beds, very comfortable rooms, clean staff, very concerned, in short, a nice place to listen to your head. Beachfront beach. People who don't like the sea can also enter various pools.

Let them raise an experienced person on their own. The beach is beautiful, the sand is beautiful. As a result, performance is very poor for the nightly rate they charge

We stayed 2 nights in the coral block family room. The location, the beach is beautiful, so is the facility

I'm giving five stars especially so that it looks like I will never choose a hotel again, breakfast terrible food, terrible staff, no attention, we were able to get it done even by asking for zero cleaning

Just a small note, our bedroom wasn't cleaned or bed made up for the last 4 days, however, we didn't mind too much and we did receive new clean towels everyday. Everybody who works at the hotel is very friendly

My partner and I are very pleased with Golden Saray. The hotel is included breakfast (very healthy and lots of to choose from). Everyday we received clean towels and our bed were made nicely

Golden Saray Ist This was our first time in Istanbul (10 days and 9 nights). We found this beautiful hotel online on Google and because of the reviews and service they offer, we booked here for 9 nights to stay

We have some friends coming to Istanbul soon and we will recommend them to come! The location of the hotel is amazing, we have only been using our feet to everywhere. We didn't need a bus, taxi or train at all

The beautiful lady who served us breakfast everyday was always smiling and friendly. The young guy who said "goodmorning" in the evening and "goodevening" in the morning to us, always made us laugh

The other man who always tried to speak English to us was always so helpful and friendly. They even provide cleaning service for our clothes which was very nice (thank you!)

If you walked for a few minutes you will land up on Istiklal street- this place has the most amazing vibe. We mostly interacted with Yusuf who was very friendly. The breakfast included was impressive

The wifi worked so efficiently. There was no need for us to buy a turkish sim card. I will definitely go back! Miss it already

Waw Hotel was a lovely experience for many reasons. It was a 1 minute walk from the tram which made treavelling easy

The staff was very nice and helped with luggage and finding direction. The hotel has a very good location. The bus station is just at the other side of the road

By walkkng 5 minutes you can reach Eminönü and eat some delicious fish. You can take the ship to Uskudar. There's a lot of small bazar nearby and by walking for 10-15 minutes you should be able to reach Grand Bazar

Very good hotel with a nice staff. We stayed there for 5 days and didn't have any complains. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people. There was breakfeast every morning

There's a lot of restaurants so you shouldn't be worrying about the food. Salam to the nice Mohammad from the bosnians

Good location, small and nice hotel. However, standard room is extremely small, not enough place to keep your luggage. Shower is not separated in the bathroom. There is the mosque just in front of the door.

i strongly recommand this hotel while visiting istanbul. i and my wife was staying on it in a family room landmark view. it's located in the city center sultanAhmet, very close to tram and metro (arround 100 m only)

there is a bus , metro and tram however we prefered to walk , its not very far and the walking path is amazing. if you want to go somewhere else , you have many public buses in Eminonu kantarcilar station

we used google map and it was very helpful and we did not ask single of poeple. yoi need to have package of 10 gb data and full charge in your mobile. istanbul is a nice place , poele also good

Right outside is the Arsenal Cafe, there is a laundry place right underneath the hotel and literally its 300ft from the tram that runs up and down Sultanahmet street which is the main street

the area very proper ,very safe , the staff is very friendly honestly. You can enjoy morning and evening walking to historical monuments such as blue mosque,aya sofia ,topkapi palace meusum

even you can walk to Eminou where grand bazar , mahmutpasha bazar and egyptian bazard are located. ferries also available in Eminonu to go kadikoy,adalar (princess iles),
