Beautiful hotel, great food, great service. A traveling companion left a passport in the safe, the hotel was able to get it to the airport in a taxi to make the flight on time! Very attentive service.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Movenpick, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed here while I had a hair transplant. The food was really good. Coffee was great and the service from amine was fantastic!

The hammam experience was good but a little overpriced but yet you definitely need to keep in mind that your stay is one of the most sought for hotel experience in Istanbul

If you walked for a few minutes you will land up on Istiklal street- this place has the most amazing vibe. We mostly interacted with Yusuf who was very friendly. The breakfast included was impressive

i strongly recommand this hotel while visiting istanbul. i and my wife was staying on it in a family room landmark view. it's located in the city center sultanAhmet, very close to tram and metro (arround 100 m only)

there is a bus , metro and tram however we prefered to walk , its not very far and the walking path is amazing. if you want to go somewhere else , you have many public buses in Eminonu kantarcilar station

we used google map and it was very helpful and we did not ask single of poeple. yoi need to have package of 10 gb data and full charge in your mobile. istanbul is a nice place , poele also good

The service in the hotel hall is to be improved you can have a seat for one hour and the servers might not even ask you if you need anything ! I was disappointed by this behavior and I found the service to be improved in this cafe with a very beautiful view, but the view does not make the service

Fantastic breakfast, no doubt about it… however eating the same or similar items daily for 4 days in a row could be a bit boring for anyone

I recommend to not take the breakfast package right up front for your entire stay and take it as the days go by, unless you are staying for a day or two OR you got a great deal, then get it! Beautiful and spacious outdoor pool area, we thoroughly enjoyed it

They are telling you that you don’t pay us for the mini-bar and you come from Russia, so suffer! You should buy paper cups, like we did, so that you always have something to drink from the water that is brought to your Crown Plaza Florya room every day

The closest public transport is Ataköy Metro Station, a fifteen to twenty minute walk. The standard rooms are a good size with a queen bed, a sizeable bathtub, a large working desk and outstanding storage options

Location is perfect just next to Bosporus sea. If you’re lucky you see a cat walking past the window. The first night we arrived we had a few things not in working order but the hotel fixed quickly after we reported

Why it is not worth it? 1) Staff in restaurants are not trained. Outside guests get preferred table. You are not appreciated as Hotel guest. 2) Butler not trained or not helpful. 3) Housekeeping not reliable

Even their top brands Hakkasan and Novikov are much worse compared to other locations around the globe. 6) Wrong prices being charged in the restaurant. I ordered a wine which was 9500 TL on the menu

Location is fantastic because it is literally attached to the very fancy gated area of Galataport which is reserved for wealthy people, there is a small high-end shopping mall in front of the hotel, a Starbucks and a plethora of small and cool restaurants in 3 streets around the hotel

This hotel is truly amazing from the impeccable service, to food quality + venue is superb. Rooms are very comfortable with great beds

Breakfast is also one of the best I had, make sure to order extra Baklavas from the waiters
