Another point to be improved the main hall cafe does not offer fresh juice other than orange or grapefruit ! I only drink freshly squeezed juices so it was disappointing to have only two choices in a very beautiful hotel

This hotel has a nice bar and italian restaurant with lovely view of istanbul at floor 17. If you want to swim in nice swimming pool indoor it is available also. All in all I found this hotel perfect

When I lived there was a repair of access roads due to metro station construction. I hope this temporary inconvenience will be completed quickly and access will become even more convenient.

Yagmur was really sweet and caring. She provided us with the excellent customer service. The hotel view is relaxing as we can see marina port outside. Breakfast was top notch and we truly enjoyed it

Rooms were clean and if there is anything needed migros was close by for anything you may need. I will definitely recommend people to come and stay at the Sheraton Hotel

After having a couple of issues with our we were upgraded to an amazing room, great comfort and amazing customer service. Caner, reception supervisor listened to us and was very courteous

The Gama with swimming pool gym. there are even a few boutiques. that is very important for every woman! There is also a Nice opportunity to stroll the promenade along the sea and enjoy a Cup of Turkish coffee or tea

Fitness and SPA facilities are good. Food is a huge problem! Quality of the food is way below of the Worldwide Marriott standard. Food choices are not so wide neither. Overall because the location is value for money

Worth it onky for the breakfast. The room stincked tobacco. We were moved to a smoke free room, but seemed weird that they did not ask on check in. The pool and jacuzzi are extremely cold.

Wow - we landed after a long night flight and arrived at the hotel for 7am. To our astonishment they had a room ready for us and at didn't charge us to check in early

We swim because he wants to clean and the time is set from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM. We were there from 8:30 PM until 9:10 PM. He said that the pool will be closed for cleaning purposes

The only thing was we had to check out by 15h00 which we did, however they had already locked our room and didn’t want us to go back in at around 14h00 which I think is ridiculous

This was a free nights hotel stay due to a very long airport layover. It gave us the chance to get some rest and shower. Came with a wonderful breakfast buffet with lots of food

Very high quality hotel, excellent value stay. Miracle is located only a 9 minute taxi ride from Sabiha Gokcen airport, so was perfect for my stopover between two flights in and out of there

I like this hotel as it's in the center of Istanbul you can walk to duck SIand sticklers to treat with a 4 double the price on wide varieties of activities inside the hotel including sauna, massage, spa, and gym, I highly recommend this place for anyone who want to spend 2 to 3 nights near the center of Istanbul

The hotel is located near our favorite street and of course shopping stores On the roof of the hotel is located our favorite restaurant Hamdi. The room is nice, and wide, and looks to a beautiful view

They made a mistake with giving a room with a double bed instead of two single beds in one of the rooms, but they changed the room for us fast at arrival, so it was no problem at all

So often nowadays hotel staff can't be bothered for the simplest things but everyone here went out of their way to make our stay great and make us feel at home

Getting taxis can be difficult due to traffic but Omer helped greatly. Could watch Netflix in the rooms too. Lots of restaurants within walking distance
